Claims (5)

  1. Ventilateur de refroidissement étanché à l'eau, à la poussière et au brouillard salin, comprenant :
    - un cadre de ventilateur (6), dans lequel
    - une table ronde fixe (66) est agencée sur une partie centrale du cadre de ventilateur (6),
    - un manchon fixe (65) est agencé au centre de la table ronde fixe (66),
    - une fente annulaire en forme de U (64) est agencée dans la surface terminale de la table ronde fixe (66),
    - une bague d'étanchéité (4) est agencée dans la fente en forme de U (64),
    - un corps de couverture étanche à l'eau (1), le corps de couverture étanche à l'eau (1) étant relié au cadre de ventilateur (6) par le biais de la bague d'étanchéité (4),
    - un moyeu de ventilateur axial (8) avec une table fixe en forme de cône renversé (82) s'étendant à partir du centre de la cavité intérieure du moyeu de ventilateur axial (8), et
    - la table fixe en forme de cône (82) est reliée à un arbre principal (81), ladite table ronde fixe (66) étant un trou borgne (62), avec son ouverture détournée du moyeu de ventilateur axial,
    - la table ronde fixe (66), la bague d'étanchéité (4) et ledit corps de couverture (1) forment une cavité scellée, et
    - un stator du ventilateur de refroidissement et un ensemble de circuit imprimé (5) sont agencés dans la cavité scellée, et
    - une autre bague d'étanchéité (83) s'étend vers le bas à partir de la surface intérieure de la cavité intérieure dudit moyeu de ventilateur axial (8),
    - des couples de lames d'élimination de poussière (84) à intervalles égaux s'étendent à partir du profil extérieur de l'autre bague d'étanchéité (83),
    - et ladite autre bague d'étanchéité (83) coulisse en sens inverse sur le manchon fixe (65) et forme un canal labyrinthe en forme de U renversé coopérant avec ladite table fixe (82).
  2. Ventilateur de refroidissement étanché à l'eau, à la poussière et au brouillard salin selon la revendication 1, dans lequel
    - quatre fentes (63) sont agencées par intervalles dans la surface terminale de ladite table ronde (66),
    - quatre boucles (11) coopérant avec les fentes (63) s'étendent à partir de la paroi latérale du profil dudit corps de couverture étanche à l'eau (1), et
    - les boucles (11) coopérant avec les fentes (63) fixent le corps de couverture étanche à l'eau (1) sur ladite table ronde (66).
  3. Ventilateur de refroidissement étanché à l'eau, à la poussière et au brouillard salin selon la revendication 1, dans lequel
    - un tuyau de guidage transversal (12) est agencé sur la paroi latérale du profil dudit corps de couverture étanche à l'eau (1),
    - un manchon (2) est enfoncé sur la surface extérieure du tuyau de guidage (12), et
    - le fil conducteur (52) dudit circuit imprimé (5) est guidé à l'extérieur dudit tuyau de guidage (12) et du manchon (2), et
    - un cache supérieur étanche à l'eau (3) est agencé à l'autre extrémité du manchon (2) pour couvrir l'espace entre le tuyau de guidage (2) et le fil conducteur (52), afin d'assurer une efficacité de scellage fiable pour la cavité scellée.
  4. Ventilateur de refroidissement étanché à l'eau, à la poussière et au brouillard salin selon la revendication 1, dans lequel
    - une colonne (13) s'étend depuis le centre dudit corps de couverture étanche à l'eau (1) en partant dans la même direction que la boucle (11), et
    - la colonne (13) s'enfonce directement sur le manchon fixe (65) au centre de la table ronde (66).
  5. Ventilateur de refroidissement étanché à l'eau, à la poussière et au brouillard salin selon la revendication 1, dans lequel
    - un arbre (61) est agencé dans le manchon fixe (65) au centre de ladite table ronde (66), sachant que
    - l'arbre (61) rejoint l'arbre principal (81) au centre du moyeu de ventilateur axial (8).
