Claims (21)

  1. Film de recouvrement pour jantes (2) pour peindre une jante (5) d'un véhicule automobile, comportant un évidement (4), dont la circonférence est inférieure à la circonférence extérieure (π DH) d'un rebord (8) de la jante (5), ledit film de recouvrement pour jantes (2) étant élastique au moins en partie, avec une dimension de l'évidement (4) et une élasticité du film de recouvrement pour jantes (2), caractérisé en ce que
    a) moyennant un élargissement élastique uniquement du film de recouvrement pour jantes (2), l'évidement (4) peut être amené à une circonférence de l'évidement (4) qui est supérieure à une circonférence extérieure (π DH) du rebord (8) de la jante (5), et un rappel élastique uniquement du film de recouvrement pour jantes (2) est possible jusqu'à une circonférence (π D) de l'évidement (4) qui est inférieure à la circonférence extérieure (π DH) du rebord (8) de la jante (5), ou
    b) l'évidement (4) peut être amené d'abord dans une partie de son pourtour derrière le rebord (8) de la jante (5) et le film de recouvrement pour jantes (2) continue à être tendu successivement dans la direction circonférentielle moyennant une dilatation élastique du film de recouvrement pour jantes (2) et peut être amené derrière le rebord (8) de la jante (5).
  2. Film de recouvrement pour jantes (2) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le film de recouvrement pour jantes (2) est réalisé sous forme élastique avec une dimension de l'évidement (4) et une élasticité du film de recouvrement pour jantes (2) telles qu'un rappel élastique est possible jusqu'à une circonférence (π D) de l'évidement (4), laquelle correspond à peu près à la circonférence extérieure (π DFB) de la base de jante (10) au voisinage du rebord (8) de la jante (5) ou est inférieure à celle-ci.
  3. Film de recouvrement pour jantes (2) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le film de recouvrement pour jantes (2) est renforcé dans la zone d'une paroi (18) de l'évidement (4).
  4. Film de recouvrement pour jantes (2) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la dimension extérieure du film de recouvrement pour jantes (2) est supérieure à un diamètre extérieur d'un pneumatique (11) monté sur la jante (5).
  5. Film de recouvrement pour jantes (2) selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que le film de recouvrement pour jantes (2) peut être replié au moins sur une partie de son pourtour autour d'un pneumatique (11) monté sur la jante (5).
  6. Film de recouvrement pour jantes (2) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu au moins un moyen de fixation destiné à immobiliser la position du film de recouvrement pour jantes (2) par rapport à la jante (5) et/ou du pneumatique (11).
  7. Film de recouvrement pour jantes (2) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le film de recouvrement pour jantes (2) est réalisé dans un matériau accrochant la peinture ou est revêtu d'un tel matériau.
  8. Film de recouvrement pour jantes (2) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le film de recouvrement pour jantes (2) est réalisé dans une matière plastique.
  9. Film de recouvrement pour jantes (2) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la circonférence de l'évidement (4), ainsi que l'élasticité du matériau sont conçues de telle sorte que le film de recouvrement pour jantes (2) peut être utilisé pour des jantes (5) de différentes géométries, du fait que
    a) la circonférence de l'évidement (4) peut être agrandie à une circonférence qui est supérieure à la circonférence du plus grand rebord (8) des différentes jantes (5), et
    b) la circonférence de l'évidement (4), sous l'effet d'un rappel élastique, peut être amené à une circonférence qui est inférieure à la circonférence du plus petit rebord (8) des différentes jantes (5).
  10. Film de recouvrement pour jantes (2) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu au moins un élément de support ou de retenue.
  11. Film de recouvrement pour jantes (2) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le film de recouvrement pour jantes (2) est formé par deux films de recouvrement partiels (31, 32) identiques ou différents, réalisés chacun avec un évidement (4), lesquels
    a) sont configurés de manière appropriée pour être agencés chacun sur un côté du pneumatique (11) entre le rebord (8, 9) et le pneumatique (11), avec la jante (5) passant à travers l'évidement (4), et
    b) peuvent être assemblés l'un à l'autre radialement à l'extérieur du pneumatique (11).
  12. Film de recouvrement pour jantes (2) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le film de recouvrement pour jantes (2) est réalisé avec une partie d'un demi-tuyau flexible (34) avec deux couches ou films de recouvrement partiels (31, 32), comportant chacun un évidement (4), sachant que
    a) les couches ou films de recouvrement partiels (31, 32) sont reliés l'un à l'autre dans la zone d'un bord (35) du demi-tuyau flexible (34), et
    b) lorsque la jante (5) passe à travers les évidements (4), chacune des couches ou chacun des films de recouvrement partiels (31, 32) peut être disposé sur un côté du pneumatique (11) entre le rebord (8, 9) et le pneumatique (11), le bord (35) étant disposé radialement à l'extérieur du pneumatique (11).
  13. Film de recouvrement pour jantes (2) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le film de recouvrement pour jantes (2) est réalisé sous la forme d'une poche (45) avec deux couches (40, 41), lesquelles
    a) sont reliées l'une à l'autre dans la zone d'une partie du pourtour,
    b) tandis que le pourtour restant forme une ouverture (46), et
    c) les deux couches (40, 41) comportant chacune un évidement (4), et
    d) lorsque la jante (5) passe à travers les évidements (4), chacune des couches (40, 41) peut être disposée sur un côté du pneumatique (11) entre le rebord (8, 9) et le pneumatique (11).
  14. Bande (1) avec plusieurs films de recouvrement pour jantes (2) élastiques, reliés les uns aux autres de manière détachable ou séparable, selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 13.
  15. Procédé pour peindre une jante (5) d'un véhicule automobile, comportant les étapes suivantes :
    a) retournement d'un film de recouvrement pour jantes (2) élastique avec un évidement (4) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 13, sur un rebord (8) d'une jante (5), moyennant un élargissement élastique,
    b) agencement du film de recouvrement pour jantes (2) sur un côté intérieur du rebord (8) de la jante (5) à une faible distance du rebord (8) de la jante (5) ou en appui contre celui-ci,
    c) diminution de la circonférence de l'évidement (4) jusqu'à une circonférence inférieure à la circonférence extérieure (π DH) du rebord (8) de la jante (5),
    d) peinture de la jante (5), sachant que la peinture qui déborde sur le rebord (8) de la jante (5) est reçue sur le film de recouvrement pour jantes (2),
    e) enlèvement du film de recouvrement pour jantes (2) et
    f) séchage de la peinture.
  16. Procédé selon la revendication 15, caractérisé en ce que le processus de peinture est effectué lorsque le pneumatique (11) est monté sur la jante (5).
  17. Procédé selon la revendication 16, caractérisé en ce que l'air est expulsé hors du pneumatique (11), et le film de recouvrement pour jantes (2) est posé dans un espace intermédiaire (30) qui, sous l'effet de l'expulsion de l'air, se forme ou s'agrandit entre le pneumatique (11) et la jante (5).
  18. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le film de recouvrement pour jantes (2) est prélevé d'un rouleau ou d'une boîte de distribution sur une bande (1) avec plusieurs films de recouvrement pour jantes (2), reliés les uns aux autres de manière détachable ou séparable.
  19. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'évidement (4) du film de recouvrement pour jantes (2) est élargi élastiquement pour la pose sur le rebord (8) de la jante (5).
  20. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le film de recouvrement pour jantes (2) est enroulé autour du pneumatique (11).
  21. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que, avec ou sans film de recouvrement pour jantes (2), le séchage de la peinture de la jante (5) est effectué dans un four avec un dispositif de chauffage à infrarouge ou dans un local exempt de poussière.
