Description
- Die Erfindung betrifft einen Transportverbund nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1.
- Ein gattungsgemäßer Transportverbund ist beispielsweise aus der
DE 200 08 530 U1 bekannt. - Beispielsweise zum Transport von Doppelwänden in einem Fertigteilwerk und zur Montage auf der Baustelle werden vorzugsweise bügelartige Ankervorrichtungen aus Bewehrungsstahl verwendet. Die Bügel binden dabei in beide Wandschalen ein. Ein Problem bei diesen Ankervorrichtungen ist, dass beim Anheben der Wände, bedingt durch die Geometrie der Bügel, ein hoher Druck auf die Druckbolzen zwischen den Schenkeln auftritt. Dieser Druck entsteht, weil die Bügel aus einem gebogenen Stahlbügel bestehen, der sich bei Lastzunahme zu einer Geraden strecken würde. Das soll der Druckbolzen zwischen den Bügeln verhindern.
- Wird der Druck jedoch zu hoch, beginnt der Druckbolzen zu knicken und damit wird der Stahl durch die Momente im Bereich des Einbindens in die Betonhälften herausgezogen und es kommt zu Abplatzungen des Betons und schließlich zum Versagen. Dies geschieht auch, wenn der Bügel in Zugrichtung, üblicherweise 30°- 45°, eingebaut wird.
- Beim sogenannten Querzug, also wenn ein liegendes Bauteil aufgerichtet wird, werden die Bügel ungleichmäßig belastet und verstärken dieses Problem zusätzlich.
- Es sind auch Ankervorrichtungen bekannt, die in jeder Schale mit zwei Bügeln so eingebunden sind, dass die Lasten schräg in die jeweilige Wandhälfte eingeleitet werden und somit höhere Auszugswerte erreichen. Diese Ankervorrichtungen sind jedoch nicht sehr verbreitet, da sie geometriebedingt nur für eine Wandstärke eingesetzt werden können, was die Lagerhaltung in Betonwerken erschwert.
- Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, einen Transportverbund der eingangs genannten Art zu schaffen, der hohe Tragkräfte zulässt und sowohl für Axial- als auch für Schrägzug bestens geeignet ist, wobei die Ankervorrichtung sowohl als Transportanker als auch als Verbundanker zwischen den Betonwänden genutzt wird.
- Die der Erfindung zugrundeliegende Aufgabe wird gelöst durch den Transportverbund gemäß Anspruch 1. Durch die flächige Ausgestaltung weist die Ankervorrichtung eine wesentlich größere Biegesteifigkeit auf als der herkömmliche Transportbügel. Zudem ist eine größere Oberfläche dieses Ankers mit dem zu tragenden Bauteil in Kontakt bringbar, so dass größere Tragkräfte zwischen der Ankervorrichtung und dem zu tragenden Bauteil übertragbar sind.
- Erfindungsgemäß ist die Geometrie des Ankerelementes entsprechend einem Kraftverlauf durch das Ankerelement in mehr als einem Belastungszustand modifiziert. Der Belastungszustand bezieht sich vorzugsweise auf einen Einbauzustand der Ankervorrichtung, wie er beispielsweise in
Fig. 1 oderFig. 2 dargestellt ist. In diesem Einbauzustand wird die Ankervorrichtung beispielsweise über einen Lasthaken mit einer Hebevorrichtung in Eingriff gebracht, so dass die Ankervorrichtung das Gewicht der daran verankerten Last, d.h. des daran verankerten Bauteils oder der daran verankerten Bauteile trägt. Die Ankervorrichtung stellt das Bindeglied zwischen der Hebevorrichtung und der Last dar. Man kennt Bauteile, die für mindestens einen Belastungszustand hinsichtlich der Geometrie modifiziert sind, beispielsweise aus dem Bereich der Leichtbautechnik, wo die Bauteile derart ausgelegt werden, um bei minimalem Gewicht und Materialeinsatz ein Maximum an Festigkeit und Steifigkeit zu erhalten. Die Geometrie des Ankerelementes ist dementsprechend mindestens für den Belastungszustand optimiert, der vorliegt, wenn der aus der Ankervorrichtung und der angehängten Last bestehende Transportverbund an der Hebevorrichtung hängt. Die Geometrie des Ankerelements ist für mehr als einen Belastungszustand ausgelegt bzw. optimiert, so dass das Ankerelement in unterschiedlichen Anwendungen (Fig. 1 oderFig. 2 ) zum Einsatz kommen kann. - Bevorzugte Ausführungen und Weiterbildung der Erfindung werden in den Unteransprüchen beansprucht.
- Es kann von Vorteil sein, wenn das Ankerelement mindestens einen Abschnitt mit verringerter Dicke aufweist. Der Abschnitt mit verringerter Dicke ist vorzugsweise in einem schwach beanspruchten Abschnitt des Ankerelements ausgebildet und trägt dazu bei, das Gewicht des Ankerelements zu verringern. Durch den Abschnitt mit verringerter Dicke verringert sich auch die Wärmeleitung durch das Ankerelement.
- Es kann sich auch als nützlich erweisen, wenn das Ankerelement mindestens eine Ausnehmung aufweist. Die Ausnehmung ist vorzugsweise in einem sehr schwach beanspruchten Abschnitt des Ankerelements ausgebildet und trägt dazu bei, das Gewicht des Ankerelements zu verringern. Durch die Ausnehmung verringert sich auch die Wärmeleitung durch das Ankerelement.
- Es kann auch von Nutzen sein, wenn die Ankervorrichtung zumindest ein Vorsprungselement aufweist, das gegenüber der plattenförmigen Grundstruktur des Ankerelements hervorsteht und sich vorzugsweise quer, bevorzugt senkrecht zum Ankerelement erstreckt. Dadurch gewinnt die Ankervorrichtung eine räumliche Struktur mit größerer Oberfläche, so dass die Ankervorrichtung besser in dem Bauteil verankerbar und einbindbar ist. Außerdem kann das Vorsprungselement gezielt dazu eingesetzt werden, die Festigkeit und Steifigkeit des Ankerelements in kritischen Bereichen zu erhöhen.
- Es kann sich als vorteilhaft erweisen, wenn zumindest ein Vorsprungselement als Rippe, Wulst, Ausbauchung, Wölbung, Abkantung, Aufdickung, Prägung oder als Bewehrungselement, vorzugsweise Bewehrungsstahl ausgebildet ist. Dadurch kann die Ankervorrichtung besser in dem Bauteil verankert werden und größere Lasten tragen. Die Rippe ist ein ideales Versteifungselement und kann zur Verbesserung der Festigkeit und Steifigkeit des Ankerelements gezielt auf dem Ankerelement positioniert werden. Vorzugsweise sind mehrere als Versteifungselemente vorgesehene Rippen derart angeordnet, dass sie im Wesentlichen die gesamte plattenförmige Grundstruktur des Ankerelements fachwerkartig überziehen, um die Geometrie des Ankerelementes entsprechend mindestens einem Belastungszustand zu optimieren. Ein als Wulst ausgebildetes Vorsprungselement ist vorzugsweise in einem Randbereich des Ankerelements, z.B. in einem Randbereich angrenzend an Ausnehmungen bzw. Öffnungen und/oder in einem Randbereich angrenzend an Abschnitte mit verringerter Dicke vorgesehen, um das Ankerelement diesen Bereichen gezielt zu verstärken. Ein als Ausbauchung, Wölbung, Abkantung ausgebildetes Vorsprungselement ist vorzugsweise integral mit dem Ankerelement ausgebildet und verleiht dem Ankerelement eine räumliche Dimension im Wesentlichen ohne Veränderung der Dicke des Ankerelements. Die Abkantung ist vorzugsweise im äußeren Randbereich des Ankerelements vorgesehen, kann aber auch in einem inneren Randbereich des Ankerelements, z.B. in einem Randbereich angrenzend an Öffnungen oder Ausnehmungen vorgesehen sein. Ein als Aufdickung ausgebildetes Vorsprungselement ist vorzugsweise integral mit dem Ankerelement ausgebildet und verleiht dem Ankerelement eine räumliche Dimension durch lokale Verdickung des Ankerelements. Ein als Prägung ausgebildetes Vorsprungselement ist vorzugsweise integral mit dem Ankerelement ausgebildet und verleiht dem Ankerelement eine räumliche Dimension durch musterartige Hervorhebung von bestimmten Bereichen des Ankerelements im Wesentlichen ohne Veränderung der Dicke des Ankerelements. Ein als Bewehrungselement ausgebildetes Vorsprungselement ist vorzugsweise ein gesondertes Element, dass mit dem Ankerelement verbindbar ist und dem Ankerelement eine räumliche Dimension verleiht. Das Bewehrungselement ist vorzugsweise ein Element von größerer Festigkeit und Steifigkeit als das Ankerelement selbst und wird vorzugsweise nur lokal in besonders stark beanspruchten Abschnitten des Ankerelements angeordnet.
- Es kann sich als hilfreich erweisen, wenn das Vorsprungselement integral mit der Ankerplatte ausgebildet ist. Dadurch weist das Ankerelement eine besonders große Festigkeit und Steifigkeit auf und die Fertigung des Ankerelements erweist sich einfach.
- Es kann sich als nützlich erweisen, wenn das Vorsprungselement mit dem Ankerelement lösbar verbindbar ist, vorzugsweise gegenüber dem Ankerelement verrastbar und/oder auf das Ankerelement aufsteckbar ist. Dadurch kann das Vorsprungselement zweckoptimiert gefertigt werden. Die Ankervorrichtung kann bedarfsgerecht mit einem oder mehreren Vorsprungselementen aufgerüstet werden, die vorzugsweise in unterschiedlichen Positionen angeordnet werden, um unterschiedliche Funktionen zu erfüllen. Nach dem Baukastenprinzip können für ein Ankerelement unterschiedliche Vorsprungselemente vorgesehen sein, die bei Bedarf mit dem Ankerelement verbunden werden, um die Geometrie des Ankerelementes entsprechend einem Kraftverlauf durch das Ankerelement in mindestens einem Belastungszustand zu modifizieren und zu optimieren.
- Es kann sich als praktisch erweisen, wenn eine Ausnehmung eine Eingriffsöffnung für eine Hebevorrichtung, vorzugsweise für einen Kranhaken bildet. Dadurch, dass die Aufnahmeöffnung für die Hebevorrichtung in das Ankerelement integriert ist, können große Kräfte über die Ankervorrichtung übertragen werden.
- Es kann sich auch als vorteilhaft erweisen, wenn eine Ausnehmung eine Aufnahmeöffnung für zumindest ein Vorsprungselement bildet. Dadurch kann die Ankervorrichtung bedarfsgerecht aufgerüstet werden. Wenn kein Vorsprungselement benötigt wird, ist das Gewicht des Ankerelements aufgrund der Öffnung verringert.
- Es kann sich auch von Vorteil sein, wenn zumindest ein Vorsprungselement eine Ausnehmung oder einen Abschnitt mit verringerter Dicke zumindest abschnittsweise umrandet. Dadurch wird das Ankerelement in kritischen Bereichen gezielt verstärkt.
- Es kann sich auch als hilfreich erweisen, wenn das Ankerelement aus Stahl hergestellt, vorzugsweise geschmiedet, gestanzt, gegossen oder gekantet ist, oder aus einem faserhaltigen Werkstoff, vorzugsweise einem glasfaser- und/oder kohlefaserhaltigen Werkstoff gefertigt ist. Diese Werkstoffe zeichnen sich durch große Festigkeit und Steifigkeit aus und eignen sich besonders zum Tragen großer Lasten.
- Es kann sich auch als nützlich erweisen, wenn das Ankerelement einen im Wesentlichen polygonalen, vorzugsweise rechteckigen, Umriss aufweist. Dadurch ist das Ankerelement mit geringem Aufwand und Materialverbrauch herstellbar.
- Es kann sich auch als praktisch erweisen, wenn das Ankerelement symmetrisch, vorzugsweise spiegelsymmetrisch und/oder rotationssymmetrisch, bevorzugt mehrfach symmetrisch, aufgebaut ist. Dadurch ist das Ankerelement in unterschiedlichen Anordnungen in einem Bauteil einbindbar und verankerbar. Die spiegelsymmetrische Ausbildung des Ankerelements begünstigt insbesondere die Verwendung als Ankerplatte für Doppelwände.
- Es kann sich auch als vorteilhaft erweisen, wenn das Ankerelement und/oder die Ankervorrichtung stapelfähig ist. Dadurch können die Ankerelemente und/oder die Ankervorrichtungen mit geringem Raumbedarf gelagert werden. Vorzugsweise ist das Ankerelement und/oder die Ankervorrichtung derart stapelfähig, dass sich die Stapelhöhe pro zusätzlichem Ankerelement bzw. pro zusätzlicher Ankervorrichtung jeweils nur um die Dicke eines Ankerelements erhöht, wobei vorderseitige Erhebungen eines Ankerelements bzw. einer Ankervorrichtung in rückseitige Vertiefungen eines benachbarten Ankerelements bzw. einer benachbarten Ankervorrichtung passend eingreifen. Etwaig überstehende Vorsprungselemente einer Ankervorrichtung werden vorzugsweise vor dem Stapeln abmontiert und werden gesondert gelagert. Bei Gebrauch wird die Ankervorrichtung wieder bedarfsgerecht aufgerüstet.
- Erfindungsgemäß ist die Ankervorrichtung abschnittsweise in zwei Betonwände eingebunden. Ein fließfähiges, abbindendes Medium wie Beton kann die Ankervorrichtung im fließfähigen Zustand umfließen und im gebundenen Zustand formschlüssig umgreifen, so dass die Ankervorrichtung nur durch Zerstörung aus dem Betonteil herausziehbar ist. Dadurch kann die Ankervorrichtung große Lasten tragen.
- Es kann sich auch als hilfreich erweisen, wenn sich das Ankerelement quer, vorzugsweise senkrecht zu einer Oberfläche des Bauteils erstreckt. Wenn das Ankerelement quer, vorzugsweise senkrecht von einer Oberfläche des Bauteils hervorsteht, ist das Ankerelement für eine Hebeeinrichtung leicht zugänglich und die Kraftübertragung zwischen Hebeeinrichtung und Bauteil ist ideal.
- Erfindungsgemäß erstreckt sich die Ankervorrichtung abschnittsweise zwischen den Betonwänden. Dadurch werden die unterschiedlichen Betonwände durch die Ankervorrichtung auf Distanz gehalten mit hoher Maßhaltigkeit zueinander positioniert.
- Es kann sich auch als nützlich erweisen, wenn die Ankervorrichtung und zwei sich gegenüber liegende Flächen der Bauteile im Wesentlichen senkrecht zueinander ausgerichtet sind. Durch werden Kräfte optimal zwischen der Ankervorrichtung und den Bauteilen übertragen.
- Erfindungsgemäß ist der Transportverbund als Doppelwand ausgebildet. Die erfindungsgemäße Ankervorrichtung hat sowohl beim Transport der Doppelwand als auch bei der Montage bzw. beim Einbau der Doppelwand entscheidende Vorteile gegenüber der herkömmlichen Ankervorrichtung. Mit der erfindungsgemäßen Ankervorrichtung können z.B. wesentlich größere Lasten getragen werden, als dies mit herkömmlichen Ankeworrichtungen der Fall ist.

- Die Erfindung betrifft einen Transportverbund mit zwei Betonteilen 8 und einer Ankervorrichtung, die abschnittsweise in die Betonteile eingebunden ist und sich abschnittsweise zwischen den Betonteilen 8 erstreckt, wobei die Ankervorrichtung ein Ankerelement 1 mit plattenförmiger Grundstruktur aufweist. Das Ankerelement 1 wird demnach auch als Ankerplatte 1 bezeichnet.
- Das Ankerelement 1 weist vorzugsweise einen polygonalen, insbesondere dreieckigen, viereckigen, fünfeckigen, sechseckigen, siebeneckigen, achteckigen, neuneckigen, zehneckigen, elfeckigen oder zwölfeckigen Umriss auf.
- Die Geometrie des Ankerelements 1 ist entsprechend einem Kraftverlauf durch das Ankerelement 1 in mindestens einem Belastungszustand der Ankervorrichtung modifiziert. Ein erster Belastungszustand liegt vor, wenn die Ankervorrichtung entsprechend
Fig. 1 jeweils abschnittsweise in zwei Betonwände 8 eingebunden ist, so dass sich die Betonwände 8 parallel zueinander und senkrecht zur Ankerplatte 1 erstrecken und mit der Ankervorrichtung einen Transportverbund bilden, wobei ein Kranhaken einer Hebeeinrichtung (nicht dargestellt) in die inFig. 1 oben liegende Ausnehmung 2 in der Ankerplatte 1 eingehängt ist und das Gewicht des Transportverbunds trägt. Die Hebekraft der Hebeeinrichtung wird durch den Pfeil dargestellt. Die Ankervorrichtung bzw. Ankerplatte 1 weist in diesem Ausführungsbeispiel einen im Wesentlichen rechteckigen Umriss auf und ist derart in die Betonwände 8 eingebunden, dass eine Längsmittelachse der Ankerplatte 1 parallel zu den Oberflächen der Betonwände 8 ausgerichtet ist. Die Geometrie des Ankerelements 1 ist entsprechend dem Kraftverlauf durch das Ankerelement 1 im ersten Belastungszustand gemäßFig. 1 modifiziert. Dabei ist der Materialeinsatz für die Ankerplatte für die jeweilige Last (= Gewichtskraft der Betonwände 8 plus Aufschlag bzw. Sicherheitsmarge) minimiert bzw. optimiert. Man kennt derartige Modifikationen von Elementen mit plattenförmiger Grundstruktur z.B. aus der Leichtbautechnik. In schwach beanspruchten Bereichen wird die Plattenstärke bzw. die Plattendicke entsprechend verringert und in stärker beanspruchten Bereichen entsprechend erhöht. Dem Kraftverlauf folgend sind Ausnehmungen 2, 3, 6, Abschnitte mit verringerter Dicke 4 und Vorsprungselemente 5, 7, an der Ankerplatte 1 vorgesehen. - Die in
Fig. 1 dargestellte Ankervorrichtung umfasst vier kreuzförmig angeordnete und von wulstförmigen Vorsprungselementen 5 zumindest abschnittsweise umrandete Eingriffsöffnungen 2 für Kranhaken und dergleichen. Die Eingriffsöffnungen 2 weisen zur jeweiligen Außenkante der Ankerplatte 1 hin einen bogenförmigen Rand auf und werden zum Mittelpunkt der Ankerplatte 1 hin schmaler. Der Kraftangriffspunkt z.B. für den Kranhaken ist jeweils mittig an einem die Eingriffsöffnung 2 umrandenden, bogenförmigen Randbereich der Ankerplatte 1 vorgesehen, wenn der Transportverbund entsprechend der Darstellung inFig. 1 angehoben wird. Bei Querzug verschiebt sich der Kraftangriffspunkt entlang des die Eingriffsöffnung 2 umrandenden, bogenförmigen Randbereichs der Ankerplatte 1 entsprechend. Die Ankerplatte 1 ist daher im bogenförmigen Randbereich durch die wulstförmigen Vorsprungselemente 5 entsprechend verstärkt. Zwischen den Eingriffsöffnungen 2 sind im Wesentlichen kreisförmige Ausnehmungen 3 vorgesehen, die an einem zum Mittelpunkt der Ankerplatte 1 weisenden Bogenbereich in Abschnitte mit verringerter Dicke 4 übergehen. Die Ausnehmungen 3 sowie die Abschnitte mit verringerter Dicke 4 dienen der Gewichtseinsparung und verringern die Wärmeleitung durch die Ankerplatte 1. Daneben umfasst die Ankerplatte 1 weitere Ausnehmungen bzw. Öffnungen und Vorsprungselemente 5, um eine formschlüssige Verbindung zu den Bauteilen bzw. Betonwänden 8 zu bewerkstelligen. Die Ankerplatte 1 weist einen im Wesentlichen doppelt spiegelsymmetrischen Aufbau auf, wobei die Längsmittelachse sowie die Quermittelachse der Ankerplatte 1 die Spiegelachsen bilden. - Die wulstförmigen Vorsprungselemente 5 stehen quer bzw. im Wesentlichen senkrecht zur Ankerplatte 1 hervor. Weitere Vorsprungselemente 5 in der Gestalt von zylindrischen und/oder kegel- bzw. kegelstumpfförmigen Elementen, die über die Ankerplatte 1 senkrecht hervorstehen, sind z.B. paarweise im äußeren Randbereich der Ankerplatte 1 entlang der Außenkanten der Ankerplatte 1 angeordnet. Vorzugsweise in den Eckbereichen der Ankerplatte 1 sind Auskragungen in Form von ¾-Bögen dargestellt, die jeweils mittig eine Aufnahme 6 für Bewehrungsstähle 7 bilden. Die Bewehrungsstähle 7 sind quer bzw. senkrecht zur Ankerplatte 1 anordenbar, um der Ankervorrichtung eine räumliche Dimension zu verleihen, und werden ebenfalls als Vorsprungselemente 5 bezeichnet.
- Bewehrungsstähle 7 unterschiedlicher Durchmesser sind vorzugsweise über Adapterstücke in die jeweils vorgesehene Aufnahme 6 der Ankerplatte 1 einsteckbar und sind mit der Ankerplatte 1 lösbar verbindbar. Alternativ oder zusätzlich definiert ein Vorsprungselement selbst eine Aufnahme für ein weiteres Vorsprungselement 7, wie beispielsweise in
Fig. 2 dargestellt ist. - Die Ankervorrichtung erreicht durch das Ankerelement mit plattenförmiger Grundstruktur (Ankerplatte 1) bei entsprechender Einbindung im Beton 8 wesentlich höhere Auszugskräfte als die herkömmlichen Transportbügel. Durch die entsprechend dem Kräfteverlauf optimierte Konstruktion bzw. Geometrie der Ankerplatte 1 kann der Materialeinsatz optimiert werden.
- Die Geometrie der Ankerplatten 1 kann unterschiedlichste Formen aufweisen. Die Ankerplatte 1 kann aus Stahl geschmiedet, gestanzt, gegossen oder gekantet sein oder aus anderen Materialien, wie z.B. glasfaserhaltigen oder kohlefaserhaltigen Werkstoffen, gefertigt sein.
- Die Ankervorrichtung, die in den
Fig. 1 und2 dargestellt ist, ist für mindestens zwei unterschiedliche (Doppel-)Wandstärken, z. B. 240 mm und 300 mm einsetzbar. Im Einbauzustand gemäßFig. 1 ist die Längsmittelachse der Ankerplatte 1 parallel zu den Oberflächen der Betonwände angeordnet, und der Abstand der Betonwände 8 ist geringer als im Einbauzustand gemäßFig. 2 , wo die Längsmittelachse der Ankerplatte 1 senkrecht zu den Oberflächen der Betonwände angeordnet ist. Dieselbe Ankervorrichtung kann sowohl für zwei, oder bei Schrägstellung für mehrere Wandstärken eingesetzt werden, was die Lagerhaltung und auch die Stückkosten erheblich verringert. Eine Ankervorrichtung, bei welcher die Ankerplatte 1 einen oktogonalen Umriss aufweist, kann für noch mehrere Wandstärken eingesetzt werden. Bedingt durch die flächige Ausbildung der Ankervorrichtung kann diese darüber hinaus nicht nur als Abhebeanker genutzt werden, sondern auch zur Fixierung und Positionierung zweier Bauteile untereinander mit hoher Maßhaltigkeit, anstelle von Nadeln oder punktförmigen Ankern, gemäß dem Stand der Technik. - Die Ankervorrichtung wird dabei so ausgeführt, dass die Abschnitte, welche in die Betonplatten 8 einbinden, durch eine Erhöhung der Oberfläche bessere Haftung und somit höhere Auszugswerte erreichen. Dies wird durch Elemente bewerkstelligt, die im Rahmen dieser Erfindung generisch als Vorsprungselemente 5, 7 bezeichnet werden. Dies können Rippen, Wülste, Ausbauchungen, Wölbungen, Abkantungen, Aufdickungen, Prägungen oder Bewehrungselemente, wie Bewehrungsstähle, etc. sein. Zudem können die Auszugswerte durch das Einstecken der Bewehrungsstähle 7 oder anderen Verbundhilfen erhöht werden. Optional sind die Oberflächen der in die Betonplatten 8 einbindenden Abschnitte der Ankervorrichtung aufgeraut, beispielsweise durch Riffelung oder dgl..
- Die Ankervorrichtung gemäß
Fig. 3 umfasst ein Ankerelement 1 mit im Wesentlichen rechteckigem Umriss. Jeweils zwei diagonal gegenüberliegende Ecken des Ankerelements 1 sind zur gleichen Seite des Ankerelements 1 ca. 45° abgebogen, um Abkantungen auszubilden. Die inFig. 3 dargestellte Ankervorrichtung umfasst vier kreuzförmig angeordnete und im Wesentlichen kreisförmige Eingriffsöffnungen 2 für Kranhaken und dergleichen. Zwischen den Eingriffsöffnungen 2 sind Im Wesentlichen kreisförmige Ausnehmungen 3 vorgesehen, die der Gewichtseinsparung dienen und die Wärmeleitung durch die Ankerplatte 1 verringern. Daneben umfasst die Ankerplatte 1 weitere Ausnehmungen bzw. Öffnungen und Vorsprungselemente 5, um eine formschlüssige Verbindung zu den Bauteilen bzw. Betonwänden 8 zu bewerkstelligen. - Bei bestimmungsgemäßem Gebrauch wird die Ankervorrichtung derart in zwei Betonwände 8 eingebunden, dass sich die Betonwände 8 parallel zueinander und senkrecht zur Ankerplatte 1 erstrecken und mit der Ankervorrichtung einen doppelwandigen Transportverbund bilden. Dieser doppelwandige Transportverbund ist zum Transport durch eine Hebeeinrichtung (nicht dargestellt) vorgesehen, wobei ein Kranhaken der Hebeeinrichtung in die in
Fig. 1 oben liegende Ausnehmung 2 in der Ankerplatte 1 eingehängt wird. - Der doppelwandige Transportverbund kann auch mehrere Ankervorrichtungen umfassen, welche die zwei Wände der Doppelwand auf Distanz halten und genau zueinander positionieren. Durch die Ausnehmungen 3 in der Ankerplatte 1 wird die Wärmedurchleitung durch die Ankerplatte 1, d.h. die Wärmedurchleitung durch die gesamte Doppelwand, minimiert, was für die bauphysikalischen Eigenschaften der Doppelwand im Hinblick auf Wärmeschutz und zur Vermeidung von Taupunktunterschreitungen durch Wärmebrücken von großer Bedeutung ist.
- Für den Fachmann ist offensichtlich, dass die Form und Größe der Ankervorrichtung, insbesondere der Ankerplatte, sowie die Form und Größe der gestalterischen Elemente, wie z.B. der Vorsprungselemente, variiert werden können.
Claims (14)
- Transportverbund, umfassend zwei Betonwände (8) und eine als Transportanker dienende Ankervorrichtung, die abschnittsweise in die Betonwände (8) eingebunden ist und sich abschnittsweise zwischen den Betonwänden (8) erstreckt, um eine Doppelwand zu bilden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ankervorrichtung ein Ankerelement (1) mit einer plattenförmigen Grundstruktur aufweist, das als Ankerplatte (1) für Doppelwände ausgebildet ist, wobei die Geometrie des Ankerelementes (1) entsprechend einem Kraftverlauf durch das Ankerelement (1) in mehr als einem Belastungszustand modifiziert ist, wobei die Plattendicke in schwach beanspruchten Bereichen verringert und in stärker beanspruchten Bereichen erhöht ist.
- Transportverbund nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Ankerelement (1) mindestens einen Abschnitt mit verringerter Dicke (4) aufweist.
- Transportverbund nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Ankerelement (1) mindestens eine Ausnehmung (2,3,6) aufweist.
- Transportverbund nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ankervorrichtung zumindest ein Vorsprungselement (5,7) aufweist, das gegenüber der plattenförmigen Grundstruktur des Ankerelements (1) hervorsteht und sich vorzugsweise quer, bevorzugt senkrecht zum Ankerelement (1) erstreckt.
- Transportverbund nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest ein Vorsprungselement (5,7) als Rippe, Wulst, Ausbauchung, Wölbung, Abkantung, Aufdickung, Prägung oder als Bewehrungselement, vorzugsweise Bewehrungsstahl (7) ausgebildet ist.
- Transportverbund nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Vorsprungselement (5) integral mit der Ankerplatte (1) ausgebildet ist.
- Transportverbund nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Vorsprungselement (7) mit dem Ankerelement (1) lösbar verbindbar ist, vorzugsweise gegenüber dem Ankerelement (1) verrastbar und/oder auf das Ankerelement (1) aufsteckbar ist.
- Transportverbund nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Ausnehmung (2) eine Eingriffsöffnung für eine Hebevorrichtung, vorzugsweise für einen Kranhaken bildet.
- Transportverbund nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Ausnehmung (6) eine Aufnahmeöffnung für zumindest ein Vorsprungselement (7) bildet.
- Transportverbund nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest ein Vorsprungselement (5) eine Ausnehmung (2) oder einen Abschnitt mit verringerter Dicke (4) zumindest abschnittsweise umrandet.
- Transportverbund nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Ankerelement (1) aus Stahl hergestellt, vorzugsweise geschmiedet, gestanzt, gegossen oder gekantet ist, oder aus einem faserhaltigen Werkstoff, vorzugsweise einem glasfaser- und/oder kohlefaserhaltigen Werkstoff gefertigt ist.
- Transportverbund nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Ankerelement (1) einen im Wesentlichen polygonalen, vorzugsweise rechteckigen, Umriss aufweist.
- Transportverbund nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Ankerelement (1) symmetrisch, vorzugsweise spiegelsymmetrisch und/oder rotationssymmetrisch, bevorzugt mehrfach symmetrisch, aufgebaut ist.
- Transportverbund nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Ankerelement (1) und zwei sich gegenüber liegende Flächen der Betonteile (8) im Wesentlichen senkrecht zueinander ausgerichtet sind.
