Claims (9)

  1. Porte (8, 12) qui est munie, le long d'au moins un côté périphérique, d'une poutre de bord ignifuge (2, 19; 3, 13, 14), par exemple un montant (2, 19) ou une poutre (3, 13, 14) ignifuge, caractérisée en ce que la poutre de bord ignifuge (2, 9; 3, 13, 14) est fabriquée à partir d'un corps massif allongé, dans lequel est formée au moins une rainure longitudinale s'étendant, dans la position d'utilisation, dans une direction parallèle au plan principal de la porte (12), rainure longitudinale dans laquelle est logé un matériau ignifuge (4) introduit à l'état liquide et durci ultérieurement.
  2. Porte (8, 12) selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'au moins deux rainures longitudinales sont formées dans le corps allongé (2, 19; 3, 13, 14) qui, dans la position d'utilisation, s'étendent dans une direction parallèle au plan principal de la porte (12), rainures longitudinales dans lesquelles est logé un matériau ignifuge (4) introduit à l'état liquide et durci ultérieurement.
  3. Porte selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 ou 2, munie d'une bande de stabilisation (24) et d'une bande de renforcement (25) pour celle-ci, caractérisée en ce que la bande de renforcement (25) est fabriquée à partir d'un corps allongé massif dans lequel est formée au moins une rainure longitudinale s'étendant, dans la position d'utilisation, dans une direction parallèle au plan principal de la porte (8), rainure longitudinale dans laquelle est logé un matériau ignifuge (4) introduit à l'état liquide et durci ultérieurement.
  4. Porte (8) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, munie de poutres de vitrage (6) destinées à recevoir un panneau de verre (9), caractérisée en ce que les poutres de vitrage (6) sont chacune fabriquées à partir d'un corps allongé massif, dans lequel est formée au moins une rainure longitudinale s'étendant, dans la position d'utilisation, dans une direction parallèle au plan principal de la porte (8), rainure longitudinale dans laquelle est logé un matériau ignifuge (4) introduit à l'état liquide et durci ultérieurement.
  5. Porte (8, 12) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce que le corps massif (2, 19; 3, 13, 14) est formé substantiellement à partir d'un matériau composite contenant du bois.
  6. Porte (8, 12) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce que le corps massif (2, 19; 3, 13, 14) est formé substantiellement à partir de bois de sapin ou de pin.
  7. Porte (8, 12) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisée en ce que le matériau ignifuge (4) est une résine époxy.
  8. Porte (8, 12) selon la revendication 7, caractérisée en ce que la résine époxy est une résine époxy à deux composants à base d'amine de polyéthylène.
  9. Procédé de fabrication au choix d'une poutre de bord (2, 19; 3, 13, 14) pour une porte (8, 12) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, d'une bande de renforcement (25) pour une porte selon la revendication 3 ou d'une poutre de vitrage (6) pour une porte (8) selon la revendication 4, comprenant les étapes suivantes:
    (i) procurer et traiter un corps allongé massif pour former un semi-produit (11) destiné respectivement à une poutre de bord (2, 19; 3, 13, 14), une bande de renforcement (25) ou une poutre de vitrage (6), muni d'au moins une rainure longitudinale (21),
    (ii) remplir la rainure longitudinale (21) avec un matériau ignifuge liquide durcissant,
    (iii) durcir le matériau liquide, et
    (iv) enlever l'excédent de matériau d'une manière telle que l'on obtienne respectivement une poutre de bord (2, 19; 3, 13, 14), une bande de renforcement (25) ou une poutre de vitrage (6).
