Claims (5)
- Procédé de fabrication d'une porte de particules agglomérées, dans lequel on découpe des creux pour des panneaux à angles droits à partir d'une seule lame (1) de panneau de particules pour former la portion intérieure d'un encadrement extérieur pour le battant, cet encadrement étant complété en l'entourant avec des rails et des montants solides en bois (2) usinés autour de leurs bords par une toupilleuse en utilisant une fraise rotative, les surfaces des bords usinés étant finies à la suite, en les recouvrant avec des bandes de moulure (3), ces bandes étant coupées en onglet à leurs extrémités pour former des connexions à angle droit, caractérisé en ce que lors de l'usinage de chaque bord d'une ouverture de panneau, la course de la fraise rotative de la toupilleuse s'étend au-delà de la position dans laquelle le sommet extérieur de la connexion angulaire de la bande de moulure reposera à une distance égale au rayon de la fraise, en formant ainsi deux cavités semi-circulaires (1.2) à chaque angle d'une ouverture.
- Procédé de fabrication d'une porte de particules agglomérées, selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les rails et les montants solides en bois (2) sont déposés latéralement, entre deux panneaux de stratification à pression élevée (4) et deux panneaux en bois solides à double couche (5) de manière que la course de la fraise rotative de la toupilleuse qui s'étend au-delà de la position dans laquelle le sommet extérieur de la connexion angulaire de la bande de moulure reposera, est recouverte par les bords des panneaux (4) et (5).
- Procédé de fabrication d'une porte de particules agglomérées, selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce qu'a la suite que le bord (3.3) des bandes de moulure est finement poli, en obtenant ainsi le bord (3.4) de la mortaise de moulure coplanaire avec les bords (4.1) et (5.1) desdits panneaux (4, 5).
- Procédé de fabrication d'une porte de particules agglomérées, selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'entre un des panneaux de stratification à pression élevée (4) et un des panneaux solides en bois à double couche (5) on ajoute une plaque de protection métallique.
- Porte de particules agglomérées obtenues par le procédé de fabrication selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 a 4.
