Claims (16)
- Schieberahmenvorrichtung, umfassend eine Zarge und ein oder mehrere Schiebeelemente und die Zarge mit dem bzw. den Schiebeelement(en) verknüpfend, wobei die Zarge (100) in zwei Teile (300 und 400) unterteilt ist, die durch Wärmebrückenunterbrechungsstege (510 und 520) verbunden sind und im unteren mittleren Teil eine Ausnehmung (600) bilden, die ein U-Profil annimmt, wobei die Zarge ein Profil aufnimmt, wobei das Profil seine Abstützung und seine Positionshaltung in der Zarge (100) sicherstellt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Profil ein Wärmeisolationsprofil (700) ist, das aus mindestens zwei Teilen (710 und 720) besteht, die miteinander verbunden sind, wobei ein erster Teil (710) die Abstützung und das Positionshalten in der Zarge (100) sicherstellt und ein zweiter Teil (720), der im Wesentlichen zum Boden des U parallel ist und sich möglichst nahe an den Enden des Profils der Öffnungselemente (200) befindet, in die mittlere Ausnehmung (600) eindringt, wobei die Verbindung zwischen den beiden Teilen (710 und 720) elastisch ist und dabei die Verschiebung des zweiten Teils (720) zum ersten Teil (710) und seine Positionsrückkehr erlaubt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindung zwischen den ersten (710) und zweiten (720) Teilen durch zwei Wände (721 und 722) ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste Teil (710) aus einer waagerechten Wand besteht, die sich auf dem Boden des U abstützt und deren Ränder seitliche Schenkel (711 und 712) bilden, die sich unter einem bestimmten Winkel spannen, um sich den Schenkeln des U zu nähern, in welches das Profil (700) einbeschrieben ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindungswände (721 und 722) mindestens einer Faltlinie (L) folgen, welche die Annäherung des zweiten Teils (720) mit dem Boden des U erleichtert.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindung zwischen den ersten und zweiten Teilen (710 und 720) des Profils (700) durch mindestens eine Wand aus elastischem Material (721 und 722) ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zweite Teil (720) zwei äußere Vorsprünge (725 und 726) umfasst, die sich spannen, um die Enden (211) der Öffnungselemente (200) zu erreichen, die in der Zarge (100) gleiten.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2 und/oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zweite Teil (720) und die Verbindungswände (721 und 722) aus einem biegsamen Material ausgebildet sind, das eine Härte zwischen 65 und 95 Shore A annimmt, die geringer als die des ersten Teils (710) ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die ersten und zweiten Teile (710 und 720) sowie die Verbindungswände (721 und 722) verbunden sind, da sie in ein- und demselben Koextrusionsarbeitsgang ausgebildet werden.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die ersten und zweiten Teile (710 und 720) aus PVC bestehen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das U-Profil, das durch die Zarge gebildet wird, auf seinen Schenkeln (410 und 310) einen inneren Vorsprung (311 und 411) aufweist, dessen Abstand im Verhältnis zum Boden des U die Positionshaltung des ersten Teils (710) durch das Zurückhalten seiner seitlichen Schenkel (711 und 712) sicherstellt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Wärmeisolationsprofil (700) an dem Wärmebrückenunterbrechungssteg (520) befestigt ist, der einen Teil des U bildet.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Wärmeisolationsprofil (700) mit dem Wärmebrückenunterbrechungssteg (520), der einen Teil des U bildet, einstückig ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Zarge (100) zwei Pfosten und zwei Querleisten umfasst, wobei mindestens einer der Pfosten eine Verriegelungsvorrichtung aufnimmt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens ein Pfosten (130) der Zarge (100) aus zwei Teilen besteht: einem Teil aus Aluminium (131) und einem untertrennten Teil (132) aus Kunststoff, der den Teil aus Aluminium (131) bedeckt und der Vorsprünge vorweist, die, indem sie mit den Formen des Pfostens (220) des Öffnungselements (200) zusammenwirken, Abtrennungen (C') bilden, die zur Wärmeisolation beitragen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie mindestens einen Schließhaken (800) umfasst, der eines der Elemente der Verriegelungsvorrichtung bildet, das auf den Pfosten (130) der Zarge geschraubt wird und dabei durch den Kunststoffteil (132) geht, um die Befestigung des Kunststoffteils (132) und die des Schließhakens (800) in dem Aluminiumteil (131) sicherzustellen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Aluminiumteil (131) in mindestens zwei Profile unterteilt ist, die durch Wärmebrückenunterbrechungsstege (133) verbunden sind, die innere Vorsprünge (134) aufweisen, die rechtwinklig zu den durch die Stege (133) definierten Ebenen angeordnet sind, um andere Abtrennungen (C") zu bilden.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie Trennprofile (900) umfasst, die in Aussparungen (212) angeordnet sind, die in den Profilen des Rahmens vorhanden sind, die eine U-Form annehmen, die kleiner ist als das Volumen einer Aussparung (212) des Profils, das sie aufnimmt, und deren obere und untere Enden der Schenkel als Basis für Flügel (910) dienen, die sich angewinkelt erstrecken, um mit den Innenflächen in Berührung zu kommen, die jeweils die Aussparungen (212) bilden.
