Claims (18)

  1. Verschlussrahmen vom Typ Schiebeelement oder Ähnliches mit einem Profil (Pro), wobei dieses letztere aufweist:
    • einen Sockel (10),
    • zumindest eine Führungsschiene (12) eines Schiebeflügels (Cou2), der mit einer Fläche (11) des Sockels fest verbunden ist, wobei die Schiene aus zwei ersten und zweiten Wänden (14, 16) gebildet ist, die zueinander im Wesentlichen parallel sind und im Wesentlichen senkrecht zu der Fläche (11) des Sockels (10) in einem von null verschiedenem Abstand voneinander stehen, um einen Gesamtzwischenwandraum (18) zu begrenzen, wobei die Schiene (12) auf ihrem Scheitel (80), der zwischen den freien Enden der ersten und zweiten Wand (14, 16) definiert wird, die denjenigen gegenüberliegen, welche mit dem Sockel (10) fest verbunden sind, aufweist:
    eine Rollbahn (81) des Schiebeflügels (Cou2), die auf den zwei freien Enden der ersten und zweiten Wand (14, 16) und zwischen diesen eingeklemmt ist, und Fluidentleerungsmitteln (19) in einer Richtung, wobei diese Fluidentleerungsmittel in einer Richtung zumindest eine erste Öffnung (21) aufweisen, die in der ersten Wand (14) ausgebildet ist und zumindest eine zweite Öffnung (22) aufweisen, die in der zweiten Wand (16) ausgebildet ist, und die zumindest beiden ersten und zweiten Öffnungen (21, 22) auf eine Weise gebildet sind, um im Wesentlichen durch die Fläche (11) des Sockels (10) begrenzt zu sein, wobei der Rahmen dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass die Fluidentleerungsmittel in einer Richtung Klappenmittel (30) aufweisen, die in dem Gesamtzwischenwandraum (18) angebracht sind, und diese Klappenmittel (30) zudem angeordnet sind, um eine Fluidverbindung in einer ersten Richtung (Ps1) zu bilden, welche von der ersten Öffnung (21) zu der zweiten (22) verläuft, und um diese Fluidverbindung in der zweiten Richtung (Ps2), die der ersten (Ps1) entgegengesetzt ist, zu unterbinden.
  2. Verschlussrahmen nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die Klappenmittel (30) aufweisen:
    • zumindest eine Lamelle (40),
    • Mittel (41) zum in Rotation Versetzen der Lamelle in dem Gesamtzwischenwandraum (18) und in Bezug auf die erste Wand (14) in einer Weise, dass die Lamelle in der Lage ist, zumindest zwei, erste und zweite Positionen in dem Gesamtzwischenwandraum (18) einzunehmen, einer ersten Position, in der sie die erste Öffnung (21) verschließt, und eine zweite Position, in der sie den Durchgang durch die erste Öffnung (21) auf eine Weise freigibt, um ein Ausfließen des Fluids durch diese erste Öffnung (21) zu erlauben, und
    • Spannmittel zum Halten der Lamelle (40) in ihrer ersten Position.
  3. Verschlussrahmen nach Anspruch 2,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die Mittel (41) zum in Rotation Versetzen der Lamelle in dem Zwischenwandgesamtraum (18) und in Bezug auf die erste Wand (14) aufweisen:
    • zumindest eine Trennwand (43),
    • zumindest einen Durchbruch (44), der in der Trennwand (43) gebildet ist,
    • Mittel zum in Eingriff Bringen der Trennwand (43) mit der Schiene (12) in dem Gesamtzwischenwandraum (18) und im wesentlich relativ dichten Kontakt mit der Innenfläche der ersten Wand (14) in einer Weise, dass die Bohrung (44) im Wesentlichen der ersten Öffnung (21) gegenüberliegt und dass sie eine Seite aufweist, die im Wesentlichen auf der Fläche (11) des Sockels (10) angeordnet ist,
    • Mittel (41) zum in Rotation Versetzen der Lamelle (40) in Bezug auf die Trennwand (43) in einer Weise, dass die Trennwand (43) ständig zwischen der ersten Wand (14) und der Lamelle (40) angeordnet ist, und dass in ihrer ersten Position die Lamelle (40) den Durchbruch (44) und folglich die erste Öffnung (21) verschließt.
  4. Verschlussrahmen nach einem der Ansprüche 2 und 3,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die Mittel zum Gespannthalten der Lamelle (40) in ihrer ersten Position durch elastische Rückstellmittel gebildet sind.
  5. Verschlussrahmen nach Anspruch 4,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die elastischen Rückstellmittel durch das Merkmal gebildet sind, dass die Lamelle (40) durch einen partiellen Zuschnitt eines Materialbogens (45), der eine bestimmte Elastizität zeigt, erhalten wird, und die Teile (48), welche die Lamelle (40) mit den verbliebenen Abschnitten (46) des partiell beschnittenen Bogens (45) verbinden, Rotationsgelenke (47) durch elastische Verformung des Materials dieser Verbindungsteile (48) zwischen den verbliebenen Bogenabschnitten (46) und der Lamelle (40) bilden.
  6. Verschlussrahmen nach Anspruch 5,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die Mittel (41) zum in Rotation Versetzen der Lamelle (40) in Bezug auf die Trennwand (43) durch Befestigungsmittel (49) der verbliebenen Abschnitte (46) des Bogens (45) auf der Trennwand (43) gebildet sind.
  7. Verschlussrahmen nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 6, wenn er von Anspruch 3 abhängig ist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die Mittel zum in Eingriff Bringen der Trennwand (43) mit der Schiene (12) zumindest einen Fuß (50) aufweisen, der mit der Trennwand (43) einstückig ist, um mit ihr ein Stück im Wesentlichen in L-Form zu bilden, und Mittel, um in dem Gesamtzwischenwandraum (18) die Einheit des Fußes (50) und der Trennwand (43) mit der Schiene (12) fest zu verbinden.
  8. Verschlussrahmen nach Anspruch 7,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die Mittel zum festen Verbinden der Einheit Fuß-Trennwand mit der Schiene (12) in dem Gesamtzwischenwandraum (18) aufweisen:
    • zumindest zwei erste und zweite Rippen (51, 52), die jeweils mit der ersten und zweiten Wand (14, 16) fest verbunden sind, und diese beiden Rippen entsprechend überstehend auf den inneren Flächen der ersten und zweiten Wand (14, 16) in Richtung des Gesamtzwischenwandraums (18) ausgebildet sind, indem sie zwischen ihren freien Enden einen Zwischenrippenraum (53) begrenzen, und diese beiden Rippen (51, 52) im Wesentlichen in der gleichen Ebene in einem Abstand von dem Sockel (10) angeordnet sind, der zumindest gleich ist zu der Höhe der Trennwand (43) in Bezug auf eine Richtung senkrecht zum Sockel (10) auf eine Weise, dass der Fuß (50) in der Lage ist, sich in Kontakt mit zumindest der Fläche der ersten Rippe (51) unterzubringen, die in Richtung der Fläche (11) des Sockels (10) gedreht ist, und
    • Mittel zum Befestigen durch Verklemmung der Einheit Fuß-Trennwand in dem ersten partiellen Zwischenwandraum (55), der durch die erste und zweite Wand (14, 16), die erste und zweite Rippe (51, 52) und den Sockel (10) begrenzt ist.
  9. Verschlussrahmen nach Anspruch 8,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die Mittel zum Befestigen durch Verklemmen der Einheit Fuß-Trennwand in dem ersten partiellen Zwischenwandraum (55) zumindest eine erste elastische Klammerklaue (60), Mittel zum Befestigen eines ersten Endes der ersten Klammerklaue (60) an zumindest einem der beiden Elemente der Einheit Fuß-Trennwand aufweisen, und die erste Klammerklaue (60) zudem auf eine Weise angeordnet ist, damit die Einheit Fuß-Trennwand in dem ersten partiellen Zwischenwandraum (55) angeordnet ist, und die Trennwand (43) in Kontakt mit der Innenfläche der ersten Wand (14) ist, und das andere, zweite Ende der ersten Klammerklaue (60) gegen die Fläche der zweiten Rippe (52) angrenzt, welche in Richtung der Fläche (11) des Sockels (10) gedreht ist.
  10. Verschlussrahmen nach Anspruch 9,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die Mittel zum Befestigen durch Verklemmen der Einheit Fuß-Trennwand in dem ersten partiellen Zwischenwandraum (55) zudem zumindest eine zweite Klammerklaue (61), Mittel zum festen Verbinden eines ersten Endes der zweiten Klammerklaue (61) an zumindest einem der Elemente der Einheit Fuß-Trennwand aufweisen, und die zweite Klammerklaue (61) zudem auf eine Weise angeordnet ist, damit die Einheit Fuß-Trennwand in dem ersten partiellen Zwischenwandraum (55) angeordnet ist, und die Trennwand (43) in Kontakt mit der Innenfläche der ersten Wand (14) ist, und das andere zweite Ende der zweiten Klammerklaue (61) mit dem freien Rand der ersten Rippe (51) in Kontakt kommt, und beim Kreuzen des Zwischenrippenraumes (53) in den zweiten partiellen Zwischenwandraum (56) mündet, der komplementär ist zum ersten partiellen Zwischenwandraum (55) in dem ersten Gesamtzwischenwandraum (18).
  11. Verschlussrahmen nach Anspruch 9 oder 10,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die Mittel zum festen Verbinden der ersten Enden der ersten und zweiten Klammerklauen (60, 61) mit zumindest einem der Elemente der Einheit Fuß-Trennwand eine Membran (64) aufweisen, die im Wesentlichen in einer Ebene definiert ist, welche senkrecht zu der Trennwand (43) und zu dem Fuß (50) ist und einstückig an zwei Rändern beziehungsweise des Fußes (50) und der Trennwand (43) befestigt ist, und Mitteln zum festen Verbinden der ersten Enden beziehungsweise der ersten und zweiten Klammerklauen (60, 61) mit der Membran (64).
  12. Verschlussrahmen nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 11,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass er eine Positionierungsklammerklaue (70) und Mittel zum festen Verbinden der Positionierungsklammerklaue auf dem Fuß (50) aufweist, und die Positionierungsklammerklaue (70) zudem auf eine Weise angeordnet ist, dass sie in der Lage ist, den Zwischenrippenraum (53) zu kreuzen und in Abstützung auf dem freien Ende der zweiten Rippe (52) zu kommen, indem sie eine elastische Kraft erzeugt, um die Trennwand (43) gegen die Innenfläche der ersten Wand (14) zu pressen und auf diese Weise den Durchbruch (44) im Wesentlichen gegenüber der zweiten Öffnung (21) zu erhalten.
  13. Verschlussrahmen nach Anspruch 12,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die Trennwand (43), der Fuß (50), die Membran (64), die beiden ersten und zweiten Klammerklauen (60, 61) und die Zentrierklaue (70) in einem einzigen Stück durch Guss in ein Plastikmaterial gebildet sind.
  14. Verschlussrahmen nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 13,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die Breite des Fußes (50), bezogen auf eine Richtung senkrecht zur ersten und zweiten Wand (14, 16) höchstens gleich ist zu der Breite bezogen auf die gleiche Richtung des Zwischenrippenraumes (53).
  15. Verschlussrahmen nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wenn er von Anspruch 7 abhängig ist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die Rollbahn (81) der Schiene (12) ein Teil (82) aufweist, das in den Gesamtzwischenwandraum (18) eintaucht, und dieses Teil (82) der Rollbahn (81) einen Zuschnitt (84) aufweist, der es ihm erlaubt, sich zumindest um den Fuß (50) herum anzuordnen.
  16. Verschlussrahmen nach einem der Ansprüche 14 oder 15,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die Breite des Fußes (50) bezogen auf eine Richtung senkrecht zur ersten und zweiten Wand (14, 16) möglichst gleich ist zu dem kleinsten der folgenden Abstände: die Breite bezogen auf die gleiche Richtung von dem Zwischenrippenraum (53) und dem Abstand, welcher die freien Enden der ersten und der zweiten Wand (14, 16) trennt, zwischen denen das Teil (82) der Rollbahn (81) eintaucht.
  17. Verschlussrahmen nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass er zudem eine Rampe (90) und Mittel (92) zum Verbinden der Rampe (90) mit dem Sockel aufweist, und die Rampe Entleerungslöcher (91) aufweist, die in Übereinstimmung mit zumindest einem der ersten und zweiten Öffnungen (21, 22) ausgebildet sind.
  18. Verschlussrahmen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 17,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass der Schiebeflügel (Cou2) einen Rahmen aufweist, wovon ein Teil die äußeren Oberflächen der beiden ersten und zweiten Wände (14, 16) bedeckt.
