Claims (18)

  1. Sliding type closure frame or similar, including a profile (Pro), the latter comprising:
    • a base (10),
    • at least one rail (12) for guiding a sliding leaf (Cou2), integral with a face (11) of said base, said rail being made up of two first and second walls (14, 16) substantially parallel to one another and substantially perpendicular to said face (11) of the base (10) at a non-null distance from each other to delineate a total inter-wall space (18), the rail (12) comprising, at its top (80) defined between the free ends of the first and second walls (14, 16) opposite those that are integral with the base (10), a runner track (81) for the sliding leaf (Cou2) snapped onto said two free ends of the first and second walls (14, 16) and between the latter and means (19) for removing fluid in one direction, said means for removing fluid in one direction comprising at least one first opening (21) formed in the first wall (14) and at least one second opening (22) formed in the second wall (16), the at least two first and second openings (21, 22) being formed so as to be substantially edged by said face (11) of the base (10), the frame being characterised in that said means for removing fluid in one direction comprises valve units (30) mounted in said total inter-wall space (18), these valve units (30) being additionally arranged to form a fluidic communication in a first direction (Ps1) from the first opening (21) to the second (22) and to prevent this fluidic communication in the second direction (Ps2) opposite to the first (Ps1).
  2. Closure frame according to claim 1, characterised in that said valve units (30) comprise:
    • at least one strip (40),
    • means (41) for mounting said strip rotatably in said total inter-wall space (18) and relative to the first wall (14) so that said strip is capable of assuming at least two first and second positions in the total inter-wall space (18), a first position in which it closes off said first opening (21) and a second position in which it clears the passage through said first opening (21) so as to allow a flow of fluid through this first opening (21), and
    • means tending to hold said strip (40) in its first position.
  3. Closure frame according to claim 2, characterised in that the means (41) for mounting said strip rotatably in said total inter-wall space (18) and relative to the first wall (14) comprise:
    • at least one partition (43),
    • at least one aperture (44) formed in said partition (43),
    • means for mounting said partition (43) in cooperation with said rail (12) in said total inter-wall space (18) and substantially in relatively leaktight contact with the inner face of the first wall (14) so that said aperture (44) is substantially facing the first opening (21) and so that it has a side substantially located on said face (11) of said base (10),
    • means (41) for mounting said strip (40) rotatably relative to said partition (43) so that said partition (43) is constantly located between said first wall (14) and said strip (40) and that, in its first position, said strip (40) closes off said aperture (44) and consequently the first opening (21).
  4. Closure frame according to any one of claims 2 and 3, characterised in that the means tending to hold said strip (40) in its first position comprise resilient return means.
  5. Closure frame according to claim 4, characterised in that said resilient return means are comprised by the fact that said strip (40) is obtained by a partial cutout of a sheet (45) of material having a certain resilience, the parts (48) connecting said strip (40) with the remaining portions (46) of said partially cut sheet (45) forming hinges of rotation (47) by elastic deformation of the material of these connecting parts (48) between the remaining portions of sheet (46) and the strip (40).
  6. Closure frame according to claim 5, characterised in that said means (41) for mounting said strip (40) rotatably relative to said partition (43) comprise means (49) for fixing the remaining portions (46) of said sheet (45) on said partition (43).
  7. Closure frame according to any one of claims 3 to 6 when it is dependent on claim 3, characterised in that the means for mounting said partition (43) in cooperation with said rail (12) comprise at least one foot (50) integral with said partition (43) to form therewith a substantially L-shaped part and means for integrally connecting, in said total inter-wall space (18), the assembly of said foot (50) and said partition (43) with said rail (12).
  8. Closure frame according to claim 7, characterised in that said means for integrally connecting, in said total inter-wall space (18), said foot-partition assembly with said rail (12) comprise:
    • at least two first and second ribs (51, 52) integral respectively with the first and second walls (14, 16), these two ribs being respectively formed projecting from the inner face of the first and second walls (14, 16) towards said total inter-wall space (18) delineating, between their free ends, an inter-rib space (53), these two ribs (51, 52) being located substantially in the same plane at a distance from said base (10) at least equal to the height of said partition (43) taken in a direction perpendicular to said base (10), so that said foot (50) is capable of coming into contact with at least the face of the first rib (51) turned towards said face (11) of said base (10), and
    • means for fixing by snap attachment of the foot-partition assembly in said first partial inter-wall space (55) delineated by the first and second walls (14, 16), the first and second ribs (51, 52) and the base (10).
  9. Closure frame according to claim 8, characterised in that said means for fixing by snap attachment of the foot-partition assembly in said first partial inter-wall space (55) comprise at least one first resilient snap lug (60), means for securing a first end of said first snap lug (60) to at least one of the two elements of the foot-partition assembly, said first snap lug (60) being additionally arranged so that, when said the foot-partition assembly is positioned in said first partial inter-wall space (55), said partition (43) being in contact with the inner face of the first wall (14), the other second end of said first snap lug (60) comes into abutment against the face of said second rib (52) turned towards said face (11) of the base (10).
  10. Closure frame according to claim 9, characterised in that said means for fixing by snap attachment of the foot-partition assembly in said first partial inter-wall space (55) additionally comprise at least one second snap lug (61), means for securing a first end of said second snap lug (61) to at least one of the elements of said foot-partition assembly, said second snap lug (61) being additionally arranged so that, when said foot-partition assembly is positioned in said first partial inter-wall space (55), said partition (43) being in contact with the inner face of the first wall (14), the other second end of said second snap lug (61) comes into contact with free edge of said first rib (51) and emerges, passing though said inter-rib space (53), into said second partial inter-wall space (56) which is complementary to the first partial inter-wall space (55) in said first total inter-wall space (18).
  11. Closure frame according to claims 9 and 10, characterised in that said means for securing the first ends respectively of the first and second snap lugs (60, 61) to at least one of the elements of said foot-partition assembly comprise a membrane (64) substantially defined in a plane perpendicular to said partition (43) and to said foot (50) and integrally fixed to two edges respectively of the foot (50) and of the partition (43), and means for securing the first ends respectively of the first and second snap lug (60, 61) to said membrane (64).
  12. Closure frame according to any one of claims 7 to 11, characterised in that it comprises a positioning snap lug (70), means for securing said positioning snap lug on said foot (50), said positioning snap lug (70) being additionally arranged so that it is capable of traversing said inter-rib space (53) and to bear on the free end of the second rib (52) generating a resilient force to press said partition (43) against the inner face of the first wall (14), and thus hold said aperture (44) substantially opposite said first opening (21).
  13. Closure frame according to claim 12, characterised in that the said partition (43), said foot (50), said membrane (64), the two first and second snap lugs (60, 61) and said positioning lug (70) are made in one piece by moulding in a plastic material.
  14. Closure frame according to any one of claims 8 to 13, characterised in that the width of said foot (50), taken in a direction perpendicular to the first and second walls (14, 16), is at most equal to the width, taken in the same direction, of the inter-rib space (53).
  15. Closure frame according to any one of the preceding claims when it is dependent on claim 7, characterised in that the runner track (81) of said rail (12) has a part (82) projecting into said total inter-wall space (18), this part (82) of the runner track (81) incorporating a cutout (84) allowing it to be positioned at least around said foot (50).
  16. Closure frame according to claims 14 and 15, characterised in that the width of the foot (50), taken in a direction perpendicular to the first and second walls (14, 16), is at most equal to the shorter of the following distances: the width, taken in the same direction, of the inter-rib space (53) and the distance separating the free ends of the first and second walls (14, 16) between which projects the part (82) of the runner track (81).
  17. Closure frame according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that it additionally includes a ramp (90) and means (92) for associating said ramp (90) with said base, said ramp including drain holes (91) formed in correspondence with at least one of the first and second openings (21, 22).
  18. Closure frame according to any one of claims 1 to 17, characterised in that said sliding leaf (Cou2) comprises a frame of which a part covers the external surfaces of said two first and second walls (14, 16).
