Claims (9)

  1. Führungsvorrichtung für ein Industrietor (1) mit zwei lateralen Pfosten (2, 3) und einem flexiblen Vorhang (5), wobei die Vorrichtung zwei Führungsschienen (11) aufweist, die jeweils fest mit einem der Pfosten (2, 3) verbunden werden sollen, um die Führung des flexiblen Vorhangs (5) zwischen einer Öffnungsposition und einer Schließposition zu gewährleisten, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede Führungsschiene (11) aus zwei halbstarren Stegen (9, 10) besteht, die durch einen Boden (12, 14) verbunden sind, wobei jeder Steg (9, 10) einstückig ist, wobei das Profil der halbstarren Stege (9, 10) gestattet, eine Führungsschiene (11) zu definieren, die einen Bereich mit verringerten Abmessungen (13, Z1, Z2) zusammen mit einem Boden (12, 14) mit gewölbtem Profil aufweist, wodurch das funktionale Spiel des flexiblen Vorhangs (5) mit dem Boden (12, 14) und den halbstarren Stegen (9, 10) jeder Führungsschiene (11) reduziert wird, um das Phänomen von Luftleckage zwischen den beiden durch das Industrietor (1) getrennten Stellen zu begrenzen und zu reduzieren.
  2. Führungsvorrichtung für ein Industrietor nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die halbstarren Stege (9, 10) durch eine Wand (12) miteinander verbunden sind und sich von dieser Wand (12) aus in Richtung der Hauptachse (XX') der Schiene (11) erstrecken, um über die ganze Höhe der Führungsvorrichtung (8) einen Einlass (13) mit verringerten Abmessungen zu definieren, die kleiner sind als die Innenabmessungen der Wand (12).
  3. Führungsvorrichtung für ein Industrietor nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die halbstarren Stege (9, 10) durch eine Wand (12) miteinander verbunden sind und sich von dieser Wand (12) aus entlang einem gekrümmten Profil erstrecken, so dass die Führungsschiene (11) einen Bereich (Z1) mit verringerten Abmessungen aufweist, die kleiner sind als die Innenabmessungen der Wand (12).
  4. Führungsvorrichtung für ein Industrietor nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die halbstarren Stege (9, 10) durch eine Wand (12) miteinander verbunden sind und sich von dieser Wand (12) aus entlang einem unterbrochenen Profil erstrecken, so dass die Führungsschiene (11) einen Bereich (Z2) mit verringerten Abmessungen aufweist, die kleiner sind als die Innenabmessungen der Wand (12).
  5. Führungsvorrichtung für ein Industrietor nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wand (12) zwischen den halbstarren Stegen (9, 10) fest mit einem angefügten Element (14) verbunden ist, das eine gewölbte Fläche (16) aufweist.
  6. Führungsvorrichtung für ein Industrietor nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das angefügte Element (14) eine ebene Fläche (15), die in Anlage an die Innenfläche der Wand (12) kommt, und gegenüber der ebenen Fläche eine gewölbte Fläche (16) aufweist.
  7. Führungsvorrichtung für ein Industrietor nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das angefügte Element (14) über seine ganze Höhe mit mehreren Löchern (17) versehen ist, durch die Schrauben (18) zur gleichzeitigen Befestigung des angefügten Elements (14) an der Wand (12) und der Führungsvorrichtung (8) an der entsprechenden Fläche des Pfostens (2, 3) passieren können.
  8. Führungsvorrichtung für ein Industrietor nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führungsschiene (11) einen Einlass (13) aufweist, dessen Abmessungen in Abhängigkeit von dem Profil der halbstarren Stege (9, 10) variieren.
  9. Führungsvorrichtung für ein Industrietor nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die halbstarren Stege (9, 10) am Einlass (13) und über die ganze Höhe der Führungsvorrichtung (8) einen Verstärkungswulst (19) aufweisen.
