Claims (11)

  1. Vorrichtung zum Aufrechterhalten oder Verursachen eines Unterschieds bei Flüssigkeitspegeln, in einem im Voraus oder nachfolgend bestimmten Verhältnis, zwischen einem ersten Zustand, der mit einem ersten Unterschied in einem Flüssigkeitspegel verbunden ist, und einem zweiten Zustand, mit einem zugehörigen zweiten Unterschied in einem Flüssigkeitspegel, wobei die Vorrichtung umfasst:
    - ein Gestell (6), in dem wenigstens eine Öffnung angeordnet ist;
    - ein Ventilmittel, das in der Öffnung für ein wenigstens teilweises Schließen davon angeordnet ist;
    - ein Anpassmittel, das mit dem Ventilmittel gekoppelt ist, für ein Anpassen des im Voraus oder nachfolgend bestimmten Verhältnisses des Unterschieds in dem Flüssigkeitspegel (72, 74);
    wobei das Anpassmittel umfasst:
    - ein oder mehrere Schwimmelemente (64), deren Auftrieb anpassbar ist;
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    eine Position (66), an der das Anpassmittel mit dem Ventilmittel gekoppelt ist, versetzbar ist, um den Auftrieb zu variieren.
  2. Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 1, bei der das Anpassmittel mit dem Ventilmittel mittels einem oder mehreren Scharnieren gekoppelt ist.
  3. Vorrichtung gemäß einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, bei der das Anpassmittel mit dem Ventilmittel über ein oder mehrere Gestänge (76, 78, 80) gekoppelt ist.
  4. Vorrichtung gemäß einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, ferner umfassend ein oder mehrere Ballastmittel (60, 68) zum Dämpfen von Vibrationen und/oder Ausgleichen des Ventilmittels.
  5. Vorrichtung gemäß einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, bei der das Ventilmittel und/oder die Schwimmelemente (64) aus Kunststoff, Metall oder Holz hergestellt sind.
  6. Vorrichtung wie in einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 2 beansprucht, bei der eine Breite des Ventilmittels in dem Bereich von 0,1 bis 30 m liegt.
  7. Vorrichtung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, bei der das vorher festgelegte Verhältnis ungefähr konstant oder ungefähr linear oder ungefähr logarithmisch vorgesehen ist.
  8. Vorrichtung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, bei der ein Schwimmelement (64) zentral mit dem Gestell verbunden ist.
  9. Verfahren zum Aufrechterhalten oder Verursachen eines Unterschieds bei Flüssigkeitspegeln, mit einem im Voraus oder nachfolgend festgelegten Verhältnis, zwischen einem ersten Zustand, der mit einem ersten Unterschied in einem Flüssigkeitspegel verbunden ist, und einem zweiten Zustand, der mit einem zweiten Unterschied in einem Flüssigkeitspegel verbunden ist, umfassend die Schritte:
    - Bestimmen des Verhältnis zwischen dem ersten Zustand, der mit ersten Flüssigkeitspegeln verbunden ist, an der ersten und der zweiten Seite eines Gestells (6), und dem zweiten Zustand, der mit zweiten Flüssigkeitspegeln verbunden ist, an der ersten und der zweiten Seite des Gestells (6);
    - Anpassen eines Anpassmittels, das mit einem Ventilmittel gekoppelt ist, zum Anpassen des Verhältnisses der Flüssigkeitspegelunterschiede auf der ersten und der zweiten Seite des Gestells (6) zwischen dem ersten und zweiten Zustand, wobei das Ventilmittel in einer Öffnung des Gestells (6) zum wenigstens teilweise Schließen davon angeordnet ist;
    wobei ein Anpassen des Anpassmittels ein Anpassen des Auftriebs von einem oder mehreren Schwimmelementen (64) umfasst;
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    ein Anpassen des Auftriebs des einen oder der mehreren Schwimmelementen (64) den Schritt eines Versetzens einer Position (66) umfasst, an der das Anpassmittel mit dem Ventilmittel gekoppelt ist.
  10. Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 9, weiter umfassend den Schritt eines Ausgleichens des Ventilmittels mit einem oder mehreren Ballastmittel(n) (60, 68).
  11. Verfahren zum Aufrechterhalten eines Unterschieds in einer Wasserhöhe oder -pegel gemäß einem der Ansprüche 9 oder 10 unter Verwendung einer Vorrichtung, wie sie in einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8 beansprucht ist.
