Description

The invention relates to a multi-part telescopic apron for an elevator car, which has at least four plate-shaped telescopic elements, which are fastened on both sides to telescopic rails and from a retracted state to an extended state and back are feasible, each telescopic rail an outer U-shaped rail section whose leg ends after are angled inside, and having at least one further ball-bearing rail portion, said rail portions having spaced holes for fastening elements, with which the telescopic rails are attached to the plate-shaped telescopic elements.

Car aprons of elevator car baskets are designed to prevent persons from falling into the elevator shaft in the event of an elevator car parked between two floors and to be damaged if the elevator door is opened to release persons. It is therefore mandatory to attach a car apron to the underside of the car, for which a skirt minimum height of 750 mm is required in accordance with DIN EN 81-1, 8.4: 1998.

There are different versions of car aprons. Often rigidly connected to the car car skirts are used, which bring with it the disadvantage that the elevator must have a correspondingly deep shaft pit when the car is in the lowest station.

When designing and assembling lift cage car skirts, it is generally considered that the available space is very limited, so that the dimensions of the car apron, including the mounting elements, must be as small as possible.

At one in the FR 2 841 886 A1 described three-part telescopic apron for an elevator car a telescopic rail system is provided, consisting of plastic guide rails with lateral guide grooves, in which engage the inwardly angled leg ends of U-shaped metal guide rail sections. Such, designed according to the tongue and groove principle telescopic rail systems must be made with a very high dimensional accuracy and are therefore relatively expensive to manufacture. Despite these high demands on the dimensional accuracy and in spite of the choice of material, in order to avoid blocking, between the inwardly angled U-profile legs and the side guide grooves sufficient clearance must be present, which over the length of the extended car apron the risk of uncontrolled lateral movements in harbors that can affect the proper extension of the car apron in extreme cases.

With the use of inexpensive, commercially available, ball-bearing telescopic rails occur in telescopic car aprons with three or four plate-shaped telescopic elements or apron plates difficulties in the strength and stability of the extended car apron, especially in the region of the lower ends of the upper outer U-shaped rail sections ,

To remedy these difficulties, the treated in claim 1 construction.

Another problem is that commercially available telescopic rails generally have standard mounting holes and the rails have fixed lengths with standard extension lengths getting produced. The standard holes usually have a diameter between 4.2mm - 4.5mm for preferred telescopic rail designs.

Since in a four-part telescopic apron with four plate-shaped telescopic elements or apron plates three pairs of telescopic rails are mounted with four mounting holes on the apron plates, the tolerances add in such a way that at a horizontally acting on the bottom apron plate force at an assumed diameter of the mounting holes of , 5mm and the usual use of 4mm OD fasteners with a total skirt length of 750mm can result in a deflection of approximately 20mm, increasing the gap between the car and the elevator shaft by that amount. Since further tolerances are added with ball-bearing telescopic rails, solutions are required which reduce a deflection or deflection of the lowermost plate.

Zur Behebung dieses Problems dienen die Maßnahmen gemäß Patentanspruch 3.To remedy this problem, the measures according to claim 3 serve.

Since commercially available telescopic rails usually have a predetermined total extension length, arises when using these telescopic rails in the range of car aprons for elevator cars usually the problem that the total extension length of a telescopic car apron does not match the possible total extension length, for example three combined telescopic rail pairs.

This problem is solved by the measures according to claim 6.

By the use of stiffening profiles according to the invention, the distance between adjacent side walls of the individual plate-shaped telescopic elements is also increased at the same time, so that sufficient space is available for extending and retracting the car apron for the interacting stops and counterstops.
