Description
- Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Befestigungseinrichtung zum Befestigen einer Hörvorrichtung. Insbesondere betrifft die vorliegende Erfindung ein Behältnis oder ein Ladegerät mit einer derartigen Befestigungseinrichtung. Darüber hinaus bezieht sich die vorliegende Erfindung auch direkt auf eine Hörvorrichtung. Unter dem Begriff Hörvorrichtung wird hier insbesondere ein Hörgerät, aber auch jedes andere am/im Ohr tragbare Gerät zur Schallausgabe, wie beispielsweise ein Headset, Kopfhörer und dergleichen verstanden.
- Hörgeräte sind tragbare Hörvorrichtungen, die zur Versorgung von Schwerhörenden dienen. Um den zahlreichen individuellen Bedürfnissen entgegenzukommen, werden unterschiedliche Bauformen von Hörgeräten wie Hinter-dem-Ohr-Hörgeräte (HdO), Hörgerät mit externem Hörer (RIC: receiver in the canal) und In-dem-Ohr-Hörgeräte (IdO), z.B. auch Concha-Hörgeräte oder Kanal-Hörgeräte (ITE, CIC), bereitgestellt. Die beispielhaft aufgeführten Hörgeräte werden am Außenohr oder im Gehörgang getragen. Darüber hinaus stehen auf dem Markt aber auch Knochenleitungshörhilfen, implantierbare oder vibrotaktile Hörhilfen zur Verfügung. Dabei erfolgt die Stimulation des geschädigten Gehörs entweder mechanisch oder elektrisch.
- Hörgeräte besitzen prinzipiell als wesentliche Komponenten einen Eingangswandler, einen Verstärker und einen Ausgangswandler. Der Eingangswandler ist in der Regel ein Schallempfänger, z. B. ein Mikrofon, und/oder ein elektromagnetischer Empfänger, z. B. eine Induktionsspule. Der Ausgangswandler ist meist als elektroakustischer Wandler, z. B. Miniaturlautsprecher, oder als elektromechanischer Wandler, z. B. Knochenleitungshörer, realisiert. Der Verstärker ist üblicherweise in eine Signalverarbeitungseinheit integriert. Dieser prinzipielle Aufbau ist in
FIG 1 am Beispiel eines Hinter-dem-Ohr-Hörgeräts dargestellt. In ein Hörgerätegehäuse 1 zum Tragen hinter dem Ohr sind ein oder mehrere Mikrofone 2 zur Aufnahme des Schalls aus der Umgebung eingebaut. Eine Signalverarbeitungseinheit 3, die ebenfalls in das Hörgerätegehäuse 1 integriert ist, verarbeitet die Mikrofonsignale und verstärkt sie. Das Ausgangssignal der Signalverarbeitungseinheit 3 wird an einen Lautsprecher bzw. Hörer 4 übertragen, der ein akustisches Signal ausgibt. Der Schall wird gegebenenfalls über einen Schallschlauch, der mit einer Otoplastik im Gehörgang fixiert ist, zum Trommelfell des Geräteträgers übertragen. Die Stromversorgung des Hörgeräts und insbesondere die der Signalverarbeitungseinheit 3 erfolgt durch eine ebenfalls ins Hörgerätegehäuse 1 integrierte Batterie 5. - Hörgeräte sind Wasser, Schweiß und vielerlei Umweltschmutz ausgesetzt. Die Reinigung der Hörgeräte ist aufgrund der empfindlichen Elektronik, der Mikrofone und der Hörer mit Wasser oder gar Reinigungsmitteln nicht ohne Weiteres möglich. Aus hygienischen Gründen wäre jedoch eine tägliche Reinigung wünschenswert.
- Bislang werden Kunststoffteile von Hörgeräten, z.B. Ohrpassstücke, üblicherweise in mehr oder weniger großen Zeitabständen beim Besuch eines Akustikers gereinigt. Darüber hinaus sind auch Reinigungssets bekannt, die Bürsten, Tücher etc. umfassen, und mit denen die Hörgerätenutzer ihre Hörgeräte selbst reinigen können.
- Weiterhin ist aus der Druckschrift
US 7 182 820 B2 ein Verfahren und ein Gerät zum Reinigen von Hörgeräten bekannt. Das Gerät umfasst einen Behälter, in dem das Hörinstrument durch eine Kombination eines Heizers und eines Trocknungsmittels getrocknet wird. - Aus dem Degussa Science Newsletter "elements" 03/2003, Seite 8 sind weiterhin Anti-Verschmutzungs-Beschichtungen auf der Basis von Titandioxid, die photokatalytisch aktiv und hydrophob sind, bekannt. Durch Bestrahlung mit UV-Licht und Luftfeuchte wird die Beschichtung aktiv und zeigt einen photooxidativen Effekt gegenüber organischen Verunreinigungen. So werden beispielsweise Fette, die sich auf dem jeweiligen Material absetzen, bis zu Kohlendioxid und Wasser zersetzt.
- Die Druckschrift
WO 2007/066908 A1 offenbart eine Hörhilfe mit sterilisierendem Ladegerät. Das Ladegerät ist mit einer UV-LED oder UV-Lampe ausgestattet, um ein Hörhilfegerät für den öffentlichen Gebrauch zu sterilisieren. - Ferner offenbart die Druckschrift
US 2007/0207071 A1 einen Hörgeräteentfeuchter mit Desinfektionskammer. Die Sterilisation erfolgt nicht durch UV-Licht, sondern durch Ozon. Damit können auch Innenräume der Hörhilfe sterilisiert werden. - Aus der Druckschrift
JP 09 065 493 A - Die Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung besteht darin, das Reinigen von Hörvorrichtungen für Nutzer zu erleichtern und zu verbessern.
- Erfindungsgemäß wird diese Aufgabe gelöst durch eine Befestigungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 1. Die Befestigungseinrichtung weist ein Halteelement zum Halten der Hörvorrichtung aus UV-durchlässigem Kunststoff oder Glas auf. Dadurch kann das UV-Licht praktisch an alle Stellen der Hörvorrichtung gelangen. Das Halteelement stellt einen Lichtleiter dar, der das Licht in Richtung auf die zu haltende Hörvorrichtung auskoppelt. Damit erhält das Halteelement eine doppelte Funktionalität, nämlich neben dem gewöhnlichen Halten auch das Führen des Lichts.
- In vorteilhafter Weise kann durch die Reinigung mit Licht, insbesondere UV-Licht, verhindert werden, dass die Elektronik, die Mikrofone und die Hörer insbesondere von Hörgeräten beim Reinigen beschädigt werden. Gleichzeitig wird mit der (UV-) Strahlung eine sehr hohe Reinigungswirkung insbesondere im Hinblick auf Bakterien erzielt.
- Vorzugsweise besteht die mindestens eine Lichtquelle aus einem UV-LED. Diese besitzen einen sehr hohen Wirkungsgrad und gleichzeitig die speziell im Hörgerätebereich notwendigen kleinen Abmessungen.
- Besonders vorteilhaft ist, wenn ein Behältnis zum Aufbewahren der Hörvorrichtung, z.B. eine Aufbewahrungsbox für Hörgeräte, mit einer derartigen Befestigungseinrichtung ausgestattet ist. Damit lässt sich die Hörvorrichtung komfortabel, ohne die Notwendigkeit eines Zusatzgeräts, im nicht genutzten Zustand reinigen.
- Ebenso kann es günstig sein, wenn ein Ladegerät zum Laden der Hörvorrichtung die oben genannte Befestigungseinrichtung mit Lichtquelle aufweist. Hierbei kann die Energieversorgung für das Laden der Hörvorrichtung auch gleichzeitig für die Lichtquelle verwendet werden.
- Weiterhin kann das Behältnis beziehungsweise das Ladegerät einen Deckel aufweisen, in den mehrere UV-LEDs integriert sind. Dadurch kann auch eine UV-Bestrahlung von der Oberseite des Geräts her erfolgen.
- Darüber hinaus kann es von Vorteil sein, wenn die Innenfläche des Behältnisses zur Aufbewahrung der Hörvorrichtung zumindest teilweise verspiegelt ist. Hierdurch lässt sich eine allseitige (UV-)Bestrahlung realisieren.
- Die oben genannte Aufgabe, eine Hörvorrichtung einfacher und besser reinigen zu können, wird auch gelöst durch eine Hörvorrichtung zum Tragen im oder am Ohr, die zumindest an einem Teil ihrer Außenfläche mit einem Photokatalysator beschichtet ist. Insbesondere kann der Photokatalysator Titandioxid enthalten. Bei (UV-)Bestrahlung wird dann der photooxidative Effekt gegenüber organischen Substanzen zur Reinigung ausgenutzt.
- Die vorliegende Erfindung wird anhand der beigefügten Zeichnungen näher erläutert, in den zeigen:

- Die nachfolgend näher geschilderten Ausführungsbeispiele stellen bevorzugte Ausführungsformen der vorliegenden Erfindung dar.
- Zur Reinigung wird eine Hörvorrichtung, hier ein Hörgerät, in einer Befestigungseinrichtung mit sichtbarem Licht oder UV-Licht bestrahlt. In dem Beispiel von
FIG 2 ist die Befestigungseinrichtung in eine Aufbewahrungsbox integriert, die eine Schale 10 und einen daran schwenkbar befestigten Deckel 11 besitzt. Die Befestigungseinrichtung besteht hier symbolisiert aus einem Quader 12 mit einer Vertiefung 13. In die Vertiefung 13 ist das aufzubewahrende und zu reinigende Hörgerät 14 eingesteckt. Es ragt mit einem Teil des Hörgerätegehäuses sowie dem daran befestigten Hörerschlauch 15 und dem Ohrstück 16 aus der Vertiefung 13 heraus. Es kann also leicht in die Vertiefung 13 eingesetzt und wieder entnommen werden. - Falls die Aufbewahrungsbox gleichzeitig als Ladegerät verwendet wird, enthält der Quader 12 die entsprechende Ladeeinrichtung und in der Vertiefung 13 sind Kontakte vorgesehen, die im eingesetzten Zustand des Hörgeräts Verbindung mit korrespondierenden Kontakten des Hörgeräts besitzen (in
FIG 2 nicht dargestellt). Im Falle eines reinen Ladegeräts kann beispielsweise nur der Quader 12 mit der Vertiefung 13 als Befestigungseinrichtung mit integrierter Ladeeinrichtung aber ohne die Schale 10 und den Deckel 11 vorgesehen sein. - Erfindungsgemäß sind nun in, an oder in der Nähe der Befestigungseinrichtung mehrere UV-Strahler, gegebenenfalls auch nur einer, angeordnet. In dem Beispiel von
FIG 2 handelt es sich bei den UV-Strahlern um UV-LEDs 17. Sie sind hier sowohl in dem Quader 12 als auch an der Innenseite des Deckels 11 angeordnet. Damit kann das aufzubewahrende beziehungsweise zu ladende Hörgerät von allen Seiten mit UV-Licht bestrahlt werden. Dabei ist der Quader 12, d.h. die Halterung für das Hörgerät 14 aus UV-durchlässigem Kunststoff beziehungsweise Glas hergestellt. Damit kann das UV-Licht ohne Weiteres von den in die Halterung integrierten UV-LEDs 17, aber auch von den am/im Deckel 11 montierten UV-LEDs 17 auch an diejenigen Stellen des Hörgeräts 14 beziehungsweise des Hörgerätegehäuses gelangen, die körperlich mit der Halterung in der Vertiefung 13 in Kontakt stehen. - Als UV-Strahler können handelsübliche UV-LEDs eingesetzt werden. Gegebenenfalls werden ihre UV-Bereiche hinsichtlich optimaler bakterizider beziehungsweise oxidativer Wirkung ausgewählt.
- Die Wirkung des UV-Lichts kann durch spezielle Katalysatoren verstärkt werden. So ist es günstig, das Gehäuse des Hörgeräts 14, den Schallschlauch 15 und/oder das Ohrstück 16 mit einem derartigen Katalysator zu beschichten. Als derartiger Photokatalysator eignet sich beispielsweise Titandioxid (TiO2), welches als weiße Pigmente in Anstrichfarben verwendet wird. Konkret wird also eine TiO2-haltige Beschichtung auf das Hörgerät beziehungsweise seine Komponenten aufgebracht.
- Eine weitere Ausführungsform einer erfindungsgemäßen Befestigungseinrichtung für Hörgeräte ist in
FIG 3 skizzenhaft dargestellt. Es handelt sich hier um einen Lichtleiterrahmen 18, der in der Mitte eine Aussparung 19 zum Einführen beziehungsweise Halten eines Hörgeräts besitzt. Auch der Quader 12 vonFIG 2 kann als Lichtleiter realisiert sein, so dass das Bild vonFIG 3 eine Draufsicht auf den Quader 12 darstellen würde, wobei die Aussparung 19 der Vertiefung 13 entsprechen würde. - Das Licht einer UV-LED 17 wird dann entsprechend den in
FIG 3 dargestellten Pfeilen 20 in Richtung auf die Aussparung 19 geleitet. Das Licht verteilt sich gleichmäßig um die Aussparung 19 und wird in ihr also in Richtung auf das eingesteckte Hörgerät (nicht dargestellt) ausgekoppelt. - Eine weitere Möglichkeit, das (UV-)Licht zu verteilen, bietet die Verspiegelung der Oberflächen im Inneren des Ladegeräts beziehungsweise der Aufbewahrungsbox. Durch die Verspiegelung lässt sich erreichen, dass mit einem oder wenigen UV-Strahlern die gesamte Oberfläche oder zumindest ein großer Teil davon mit (UV-)Licht bestrahlt wird, ohne dass ein wesentlicher Anteil dieses Lichts an der Oberfläche der Aufbewahrungsbox absorbiert wird.
Claims (8)
- Befestigungseinrichtung zum Befestigen einer Hörvorrichtung (14), mit- mindestens einer UV-Lichtquelle (17) zum Bestrahlen der zu befestigenden Hörvorrichtung (14),gekennzeichnet durch- ein Halteelement zum Halten der Hörvorrichtung (14) aus UV-durchlässigem Kunststoff oder Glas, wobei- das Halteelement (12, 18) einen Lichtleiter darstellt, der das UV-Licht in Richtung auf die zu haltende Hörvorrichtung (14) auskoppelt.
- Befestigungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei die mindestens eine Lichtquelle(17) ein UV-LED ist.
- Behältnis (10, 11) zum Aufbewahren der Hörvorrichtung (14), in die die Befestigungseinrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche integriert ist.
- Ladegerät zum Laden der Hörvorrichtung (14), das eine Befestigungseinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 2 aufweist.
- Behältnis (10, 11) nach Anspruch 3 oder Ladegerät nach Anspruch 4, das einen Deckel (11) aufweist, in den mehrere UV-LEDs integriert sind.
- Behältnis nach Anspruch 3 oder 5, dessen Innenfläche zumindest teilweise verspiegelt ist.
- Hörvorrichtung (14) zum Tragen im oder am Ohr, die zumindest an einem Teil ihrer Außenfläche für einen photooxidativen Effekt mit einem Photokatalysator beschichtet ist.
- Hörvorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, wobei der Photokatalysator Titandioxid enthält.
