Description
The invention relates to a sales blister pack for a roll with wound tape comprising a plate-shaped base with flat front and back, a fixed to the base, protruding on its front hood-like blister molding and the roll of tape in a through the base and the Form part formed blister space is held captive. Such, also referred to as blister card packaging usually has a hanging hole to hang the package on hooks or rods of a sales stand and darzubieten. The blister cards are a wrapping means for flat strip material wound on rolls such as in particular adhesive tapes, insulating tapes, sealing tapes or the like. The roll of tape is safely housed in the mostly transparent blister molding for storing, shipping, presenting and selling. Suitably, the blister molding forms the band against external influences, in particular against contact and contamination protective closed hood, which is usually made of plastic, but also of cardboard or cardboard.
In contrast, the invention has the object to provide a reel blister pack with integrated Abrollereinrichtung, the packaging should be easy and inexpensive to produce and use and handling of the package as a tape dispenser particularly convenient, universal and obvious.
The object of the invention is achieved in conjunction with the features of the aforementioned Blisterverpackung characterized in that the tape roll for unwinding of the tape in the blister space in relation to the base front-upright position is rotatably held, that in the base a passage is formed through which gripping the outer tape take-up end and having it unwound out of the tape into the area in front of the base-back side, and providing on the base at least one separating element for separating outwardly drawn roll tape. The invention provides a tape roll blister package which forms a complete roll-off device with all the associated elements. The front side of the packaging is associated with the packaging function, wherein the role is secured in the blister molding and expediently housed completely enclosed outside. The back of the package are essential functions of the unwinding device. In addition, the upright position of the roller in the blister molding contributes to the proper maneuverability for rotating the tape roll. Since the passage is arranged in the base wall, it can be easily designed. At least one separating element arranged at the base has the advantage that the tape can be separated from the roll or the packaging without any auxiliary means. As a result of the invention arranged Base passage, the tape enters a guide at the back of the package. This favors the attachment of the tape to an object by means of the dispenser package according to the invention. In addition, the packaging with ribbon roll or blister molding in an upright position and with protruding card sections can be particularly convenient for performing the Abroller function capture and handle. Also available on the packaging for printing with advertising / product information suitable areas.
In a particularly advantageous and preferred embodiment, the base passage is closed and openable to release the tape take-up in the open state to the outside. It is achieved in conjunction with a closed hood, that the role is protected on all sides from external influences. Suitably, the openable base passage is provided with an opening element, which is preferably formed by a separable material part. Such a separation part is advantageously a tear-open part, which can be formed expediently in particular in the form of a tear-off part or strip detectable on at least one tab, in particular on a base made of cardboard, cardboard, or the like. But it is also the formation of a Ausbrechteils z. B. on a base plate made of plastic into consideration.
The base passage expediently has a deflection / control element which deflects the roller belt out of the passage when it is pulled out. It forms a guiding and handling aid for attaching the tape to an object to be provided with it. For this function, an edge or an edge of the through opening is already quite easily suitable.
Appropriately, the separating element, preferably provided with a simple knife-like separating edge, in the extension direction of the roller belt extending over the deflecting guide element behind the latter at a protruding from the blister molding base portion. In a particularly advantageous and preferred embodiment, the separating element is at the same time arranged and configured as a pressing element for controlling the adhesive side of a single-sided coated adhesive tape to an object to be provided with it. A particularly suitable arrangement according to the invention for this purpose is that the separating element in the region of a preferably made of two material layers formed base edge is formed, which is designed as a support / support edge to set up the package for applying tape to an object and lead. The dispenser blister package according to the invention is not limited to use with an adhesive tape roll. Thus, in the packaging rolls with tack-free tapes, z. As paper tapes, foil tapes or textile tapes are used. However, the packaging according to the invention is particularly preferably and advantageously provided for an adhesive film roll. The tapes may be single-sided or double-sided, optionally with the intermediate layer of a release tape, adhesive coated.
The dispenser blister pack according to the invention can be provided on the back of the pack, preferably in the region of a base section projecting from the blister molding, in a simple manner with a depositing device. This takes after tape separation, the roller belt in the region of the beginning of the tape for releasable frictional and / or adhesive locking on the packaging. Suitably, the storage device is formed by a storage surface, which adheres the adhesive tape tape and a detachable adhesive. Advantageously, the support surface is formed by a non-stick coating such that the desired adhesion / release function for the tape without destroying the same and the coating is achieved. The coating is advantageously carried out particularly heat-resistant, so that the blister molding can be connected by sealing without affecting the shelf with particular double-layered base. This is important if the seal contact heat is applied to the back of the card.
In a preferred embodiment of a band side of the withdrawn from the base passage roller belt is associated with the separating element of the blister base, while the other opposite hinge side is associated with a storage device on the base for releasable adhesive bond with the roller belt.
In a particular and preferred embodiment of the invention, the Blisterbasis from the front and the back forming sections preferably from cardboard, cardboard od. Like. Double-layered joined together. A particular embodiment is that formed in the front side portion of a tape dispensing opening of the passage and in the rear side portion delimited by lines of weakness tear-off are. Accordingly, blank parts according to the invention for producing a package according to the invention are provided such that a first blank part is formed, which forms the front side portion of the packaging base with the blister space associated cut or punched dispensing opening, and that a second blank portion is formed, the rear side portion of the packaging base with the formed by material weakening material part separable, wherein the two blank parts are provided and tailored so that covered in the packaging base double-layer assembly of the blank parts, the separable material part covers the discharge opening or releases after separation.
The two-ply base gives this particular rigidity and kink resistance. The tear-open part covers the discharge opening for closing the passage or releases it after tearing open. In this embodiment, the blister base is expedient and advantageous od by a single blank of cardboard, cardboard or the like. Formed with the formed by a first blank portion front side portion and formed by a second blank portion rear side double-layered around one of the two sections to form the Base is folded together hinged fold line, wherein the two sections are preferably fixed together by gluing.
A preferred embodiment consists in that the separating element of the blister base is preferably formed by a preferably glued fixed by cutting element in the form of a knife blade around which the blank is folded in a transition region between the front side portion and rear side portion. At least in this transition region, a tear-open part delimited by weakening lines is formed which at least partially covers the release element or releases it after it has been torn open. Advantageously, the cutting element has a separating edge which at least substantially coincides with an inwardly folding fold line over which the front side portion and the rear side portion of the base are hinged together. The blank placed around the separating element with the tear-open part in this state excludes any risk of injury at a cutting edge of the separating element. In another design, the separating edge may terminate with an outer edge of the base.
Furthermore, a particularly advantageous and preferred embodiment of the invention is that in the front side portion of the two-ply blank a tape dispensing opening of the base passage is formed and that the tearing around the partition tearing piece integrally with a below the base rear side section extending below the discharge opening, this covering Separate tear-off is. The tearing element formed thereby covers the cutting element in the open state and closes the dispensing opening, while after tearing it releases both the cutting element and the dispensing opening. Conveniently, the tear-open element is punched with a tear-open tab on both the front-side section and the back-side section, so that the tear-open element can be conveniently grasped on both sides of the package for separation.
In a preferred embodiment, the base dispensing opening and the separating part covering it for closure are arranged so that the roll of tape engages with its base-side apex in the dispensing opening. The role is then when rolling on edges of the discharge opening, so that a special guide-bearing for the coreless, therefore only circumferentially held, also largely unwound tape roll is provided.
It is expedient to use a blister molding made of plastic, which is usually a transparent hood molded from PVC, PET or the like, sealed to the base wall by contact heat. The front side portion forming the base front side is then coated with sealing wax at least in the attachment area of the blister molding. Advantageously, the rear side portion forming the base rear side is also coated with a lacquer. Such a varnish is strong and heat-resistant in the sealing compound curing area so as not to interfere with the back coating when sealing the blister molding with the base. The blister molding is mass-joined on blister sealers to the base wall of the blister card. A particular advantage of the invention is that blister moldings can be used, with which conventional blister cards packed in upright position roles be equipped. Therefore, conventional blister hoods and available blister sealers can be used without retooling.
