- An actuating device (1) for an electromechanical lock (25) for opening and/or closing a movable part (22) of a vehicle, in particular a door, a tailgate or the like, having
a housing (2) and
a movable protective flap (3), via which a user (29) can gain access into the actuating device (1), and
an actuating element (7), which is provided in the housing (2), for electrically actuating the lock (25),
characterised in that
a front flap (8) adjacent the protective flap (3) is arranged so as to be movable, as a result of which the lock (25) can be actuated mechanically. - The actuating device (1) according to claim 1,
characterised in that
the protective flap (3) can be actuated by a motor (4), whereby a user's (29) approach up to the actuating device (1) can be detected by a sensor (5), which serves to activate the motor (4), as a result of which the protective flap (3) can be automatically retracted upon approach. - The actuating device (1) according to claim 2,
characterised in that
the sensor (5) is arranged at or in the protective flap (3). - The actuating device (1) according to one of claims 1 to 3,
characterised in that
the actuating element (7) is arranged at or in the movable front flap (8). - The actuating device (1) according to one of claims 1 to 4,
characterised in that
the movable front flap (8), via rotating or pivoting hinges (10), is arranged at the casing (2) or can be arranged on the movable part (22) of the vehicle. - The actuating device (1) according to one of claims 1 to 5,
characterised in that
a bowden cable (12) or a rod assembly (13) exerts an effect on the movable front flap (8), as a result of which the movement of the front flap (8) can be mechanically transmitted onto the lock (25). - The actuating device (1) according to one of claims 1 to 5,
characterised in that
in the mounted state, the movable front flap (8) directly acts mechanically on the lock (25). - The actuating device (1) according to one of claims 1 to 7,
characterised in that
in the mounted state, the protective flap (3) and/or the movable front flap (8), in their rest positions, conform to the outer shape of the movable part (22), whereby in particular the protective flap (3) and/or the front flap (8) can be spring loaded. - The actuating device (1) according to one of claims 1 to 8,
characterised in that
in the mounted state, the front flap (8) can be pulled out of the outer shape of the movable part (22), or in that the front flap (8) can be pushed into the outer shape of the movable part (22). - The actuating device (1) according to one of claims 1 to 9,
characterised in that
a force blocking unit (14) is in operative connection with the movable front flap (8) and applies a resisting force indirectly or directly onto the front flap (8), as a result of which the front flap (8) can be moved out of the rest position only after overcoming the resisting force. - The actuating device (1) according to claim 10,
characterised in that
the resisting force is greater than 60N, in particular greater than 100N, 120N, 140N or 160N. - The actuating device (1) according to claim 10 or 11,
characterised in that
the force-blocking unit (14) contains a spring (15) for generating the resisting force, which in particular acts permanently on the front flap (8). - The actuating device (1) according to claim 10 or 11,
characterised in that
the force-blocking unit (14) has a spring-loaded latch (17), as a result of which the front flap (8) can be actuated smooth-runningly after the resisting force is overcome, whereby the spring-loaded latch (17) holds the front flap (8) indirectly or directly positive-fittingly in the rest position. - A vehicle, in particular a motor vehicle having an actuating device (1) according to one of the preceding claims.
