Description

The invention relates to a pool wall module for the lining of a raw wall of a swimming pool according to claim 1. This pool wall module is prefabricated and has a support element which comprises a wall portion. This wall section has a basin-side surface, which is formed so as to laterally border the later water body of the swimming pool directly or with the interposition of a cladding. In addition, an adjoining the wall section end portion for the formation of a pool edge is provided on the support element. Furthermore, the invention comprises a swimming pool with such a prefabricated pool wall module.

Such pool wall modules can be prefabricated, for example, in sandwich construction with all the funds required for the surface sealing and as individually manageable elements. Later, they can then be transported as a kit to the respective site where they can be used for the construction or renovation of swimming pools. For this purpose, they are successively placed and fixed on a raw wall of the swimming pool, which consists for example of a concrete or brick wall or an old pool wall. Then, for example, with regard to their basin-side wall structure partially or completely prefabricated pool wall modules then only compared to the rest of the pool, which may for example also have pelvic floor modules for lining a pelvic floor, and sealed to each other to complete the pool.

The document DE19811260 shows a wall module, from which the side parts of a swimming pool are built. The wall module has at the top a recess for forming a channel and a console for the Bekenumfang. The wall modules are connected to each other by gearing and bending.

Out US 3,885,364 a prefabricated pool wall module is known which has a carrier element made of fiberglass reinforced plastic. The carrier element in this case has a laterally delimiting the swimming pool wall section, whose lower end is poured into concrete for sealing. Furthermore, the carrier element has a convexly curved end section. At this end, a concrete is poured in the construction of the swimming pool such that its top is flush with an upper surface of the end portion.

A disadvantage of the known pool wall module that the seal is very time consuming by the separate casting with concrete. This effort is also increased by the fact that adjacent to the top of the end section, a gradient must be incorporated into the adjoining concrete to ensure sufficient discharge of the overflowing, for example, as a result of waves water during operation of the swimming pool.

The object of the invention is to avoid the disadvantages mentioned and to ensure in a generic pool wall module or swimming pool with simplified installation sufficient dissipation of accumulating during operation overflow water.

This object is achieved by a pool wall module with the features of claim 1. In this case, the pool wall module has an overflow channel formed in the end section. As a result, a faster and cheaper installation of the swimming pool is possible because the overflow channel is already integrated into the prefabricated pool wall module and thus mounted on mounting the pool wall module on the Rohwand same. In this way, all required for the discharge of overflow water gradient can be prefabricated directly on the pool wall module. As a result, a safe discharge of the overflow water can be ensured during operation.

In a particularly advantageous embodiment, the overflow channel is arranged on a projection of the end portion, which extends from the wall portion substantially perpendicular away. By such a projection, the carrier element at the end portion to a particularly large depth, whereby a lot of space for the overflow channel is available. This makes it possible to provide the channel with a relatively large flow cross-section to ensure sufficient drainage of the overflow water. At the same time, the protrusion can also be used to form the overflow channel such that it can be provided with a walk-in cover or that it can be committed even without tripping hazards. In addition, such a projection also allows easier installation, since it can be placed directly on top of the raw wall or with the interposition of a mounting means, whereby the pool wall module in the direction of gravity at least provisionally fixed.

Furthermore, it is favorable if the overflow channel is open at least to one side face of the end section. In this way, when putting the pool wall modules together also an overflow channel can be formed, which extends over two or more pool wall modules.

Advantageously, both on a basin-side surface of the wall portion as well as on the overflow gutter pelvic cladding elements are mounted in a prefabricated manner. The pelvic lining elements can be formed by all materials that are known and suitable for the covering of swimming pools, such as tiles, stainless steel or plastic elements. In this way, the entire free surface of the pool wall module, which is still accessible after installation on the Rohwand and which can come into contact with stagnant or running water or splash water during operation of the finished swimming pool, particularly smooth and thus less susceptible to dirt and easy to clean become. The pelvic lining elements are already attached to the same during the prefabrication of the pelvic wall module, whereby a particularly accurate installation or assembly is possible. Overall, thus a particularly good surface sealing of the pool wall module can be ensured.

Moreover, it is favorable if the carrier element has on an outside mounting means for the provisional or permanent fixing of the carrier element to counter-mounting means of the rough wall. This allows the positioning the pelvic wall module or their attachment to the Rohwand be further simplified.

Advantageously, the mounting means at least one groove for receiving a rail-shaped counter-mounting means, which is embedded in the outside of the support element. This allows a particularly accurate positioning of the pool wall module relative to the raw wall.

Furthermore, it is expedient if a plurality of passage recesses are embedded in the carrier element, via which the outside can also be provided with an adhesive even when the basin wall module is already positioned on the rough wall. As a result, the pelvic wall modules can first be positioned exactly opposite the rough wall before they are finally glued to the same. Alternatively, however, the adhesive may also be applied in advance to the pool wall modules in order to simultaneously bond them with their positioning on the rough wall.

In a further particularly advantageous embodiment, the support element is made of polyurethane, whereby the pool wall modules can be equipped in a cost effective manner with a particularly easy to handle and mountable profile.

Furthermore, the object is achieved by a swimming pool having the features according to claim 8. In this case, the swimming pool on the pool wall module in one of the above embodiments. Furthermore, the pelvic wall module is held by means of an adhesive bond to the rough wall. As a result, the pool wall module is attached flat to the rough wall, which allows a particularly stable connection.

In a particularly advantageous embodiment, the adhesive connection is made by means of a foamed plastic, whereby the space between the pool wall module and the raw wall reliably kept free of water can be. As a result, a high density of the swimming pool can be achieved.

Furthermore, it is advantageous if the foamed plastic is formed by polyurethane, whereby the adhesive connection is particularly easy and inexpensive to produce.

Fig. 1 shows a pool wall module 2, with a rough wall 4, for example in the form of a concrete wall, a swimming pool 6 can be lined. In this case, the pool wall module 2 has a carrier element 8 made of polyurethane. This is essentially composed of a wall section 10, which is at least largely below a water level WS during operation of the swimming pool 6, and an upper end section 12 which forms a pool edge 14 of the swimming pool 6.

Furthermore, an overflow channel 18 is inserted into an upper side 16 of the end section 12, via which overflow water, which passes over the edge of the basin 14 during operation of the swimming pool 6, can be collected and fed to a drain. In order to be able to line up the overflow channels 18 of several basin wall modules 2 to each other, the overflow channel 18 is executed open in the illustrated embodiment to both side surfaces 19 of the end portion 12. It is possible, at all pool wall modules 2 a constant level a gutter bottom RB provide, which allows the use of several identically formed pool wall modules 2.

Alternatively, in order to accelerate the discharge of overflow water, a prefabricated longitudinal gradient (not shown) can be formed. For this purpose, several pool wall modules 2 are provided, the channel floors RB are formed with a longitudinal gradient, the channel floors are made with a coordinated gradation.

The overflow channel 18, as well as the remaining top 16 of the end portion 12 and a basin-side surface 20 of the wall portion 10 are provided in a prefabricated manner with pool lining elements in the form of tiles 22. Alternatively, it is also possible to provide the pool wall modules 2 only after their installation with pool lining elements. In any case, as shown, between the tiles 22 and the support member 8 also a seal 21 may be provided. Furthermore, it is possible to provide the overflow channel 18, as shown, with a slotted cover 23 on the upper side.

As in particular from Fig. 2 can be seen, the overflow channel 18 is formed on a projection 24 of the end portion 12 which extends perpendicularly from the wall portion 10 of the support member 8 away. On a lower side 25 of the overhang 24, a first groove-shaped mounting means 26 is provided which serves to receive a rail-shaped counter-mounting means 28 which is arranged on the rough wall 4.

Die Unterseite 25 des Überstandes 24 und die rohwandseitige Oberfläche 30 des Wandabschnittes 10 bilden dabei zusammen eine der Rohwand 4 zugewandte Außenseite 36 des Trägerelementes 8.Furthermore, a second groove-shaped mounting means 32 is provided on a side facing away from the basin-side surface 20 rohwandseitigen surface 30 of the wall portion 10, which serves to receive a corresponding second rail-shaped counter-mounting means 34, which is also arranged on the raw wall. The underside 25 of the supernatant 24 and the raw-wall-side surface 30 of the wall section 10 together form an outer side 36 of the carrier element 8 facing the blank wall 4.

As an alternative to the illustrated embodiment, it is also possible to carry out the mounting means 26, 32 in the shape of a rail on the carrier element 8 and the counter-mounting means 28 in a groove shape on the rough wall 4. In addition, the rail-shaped counter-mounting means 28, 34 are shown by way of example only with an H-profile and may alternatively have any other known and suitable profile.

When assembling the swimming pool 6, the pool wall module 2 is placed on the rough wall 4, wherein the mounting means 26, 32 are brought into engagement with the counter-mounting means 28, 34 to position the pool wall module 2 exactly opposite the rough wall. Here, the mounting means 26, 32 and the counter-mounting means 28, 34 are formed such that both at the bottom 25 and on the rough-wall-side surface 30, a gap 38 between the outside of the support member 8 and the blank wall 4 remains.

This space 38 serves to receive an adhesive in the form of a foamed plastic 40, which may be formed, for example, of polyurethane. This foamed plastic 40 can already be applied to the outside 36 before the basin wall module 2 is positioned on the rough wall 4. Alternatively, it is also possible, as indicated by dashed lines, to provide on the pool wall module 2 through recesses 42 extending from the outside 36 to the basin side surface 20 and up to the top 16. In this way, it is possible to inject the foamed plastic through the passage openings 42 into the intermediate space 38 from the sides of the swimming pool 6 or the upper side 16. In this way, on the one hand a permanent adhesive bond between the pool wall module 2 and the raw wall 4 made and on the other hand, a water inlet into the gap 38 at least largely avoided.
