Claims (9)
- Installation d'aiguilletage d'une nappe de non-tissé (9) comprenant plusieurs aiguilleteuses (1) disposées les unes derrière les autres avec respectivement au moins une barre d'aiguilles (5) et une paire de cylindres d'alimentation (10) et de cylindres délivreurs (11), caractérisée en ce que les aiguilleteuses (1) sont mobiles dans la direction de transport de la nappe de non-tissé (9) le long d'une glissière (14) et peuvent être bloquées mutuellement à des distances définissables quelconques.
- Installation suivant la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que chaque aiguilleteuse (1) présente deux excentriques (3), qui présentent les mêmes excentricités et dont les arbres à excentriques (2) sont couplés entre eux pour un mouvement synchrone, et que les suiveurs d'excentriques (4), montés sur les excentriques (3) et dont l'un au moins supporte au moins une barre d'aiguilles (5), sont assemblés entre eux par au moins un élément d'accouplement (13) mobile.
- Installation suivant la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que les suiveurs d'excentriques (4) sont réalisés sous forme d'unité intégrale et l'élément d'accouplement (13) est formé par une rangée de fentes, s'étendant parallèlement les unes à côté des autres, dans l'unité intégrale.
- Installation suivant l'une des revendications 2 et 3, caractérisée en ce que les arbres à excentriques (2) sont juxtaposés à la même hauteur et l'élément d'accouplement (13) entre les suiveurs d'excentriques (4) n'est flexible perpendiculairement aux axes des arbres que dans le plan fixé par les axes des arbres à excentriques (2), mais est rigide transversalement au plan cité.
- Installation suivant l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la glissière (14) est formée par deux rails.
- Installation suivant la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que chaque aiguilleteuse (1) présente un dispositif de serrage (18), qui fixe l'aiguilleteuse (1) par force d'adhérence ou par coopération de forme sur les rails (14).
- Installation suivant l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que chaque aiguilleteuse (1) est montée debout sur des roues (16), qui servent au déplacement le long de la glissière (14).
- Installation suivant la revendication 7, caractérisée en ce que l'installation présente un dispositif de commande (20), qui commande des moteurs pas à pas, qui servent au déplacement contrôlé des roues (16).
- Procédé de modification du modèle de piquage lors de l'aiguilletage d'une nappe de non-tissé (9), guidée au travers de plusieurs aiguilleteuses (1) disposées les unes derrière les autres dans la direction de transport de la nappe de non-tissé (9), caractérisé en ce que la distance mutuelle des aiguilleteuses (1) est réglée le long d'une glissière (14) dans la direction de transport de la nappe de non-tissé (9), et les aiguilleteuses (1) sont ensuite bloquées.
