Lediglich in einem dem Boden 31 direkt benachbarten Übergangsbereich der Seitenwände 32, der als Hohlkehle 33 ausgebildet ist, können auch die Seitenwände 32 in diesem Bereich hydrophob ausgeführt sein. Die Hydrophobisierung des Bodens 31 beziehungsweise die Hydrophilisierung der Seitenwände 32 wird durch unterschiedliche Rauhigkeiten des Bodens 31 und der Seitenwände 32 erreicht. Der Boden 31 hat beispielsweise eine gemittelte Rauhigkeit mit einer Tiefe von kleiner oder gleich 0,1 µm, während die gemittelte Rauhigkeit der Seitenwände 32 ungefähr 4 µm beträgt. Die unterschiedlichen Rauhigkeitsgrade können durch eine entsprechende Oberfläche der Werkzeuge erreicht werden, die zum Herstellen des Behälters 3 verwendet werden. Ebenso ist es möglich, die unterschiedlichen Rauhigkeitswerte oder die unterschiedliche Benetzbarkeit für Wasser durch Beschichtungen der Oberflächen oder dergleichen zu erreichen. Auch die Nachbehandlung der Oberflächen nach der Herstellung des Behälters 3 ist denkbar, beispielsweise durch Chemikalien oder mechanische Bearbeitung, wie Schleifen oder Polieren. Der hohlkehlenförmige Übergangsbereich 33 wird ebenfalls mit einer geringen Rauhigkeit, hier von kleiner oder gleich 0,1 µm Tiefe, versehen, so dass auch in diesem Bereich die Oberfläche hydrophob eingestellt ist. Bei der Ausführung des Behälters 3 aus spritzgegossenem Kunststoff wird die geringe Rauhigkeit des Bodens 31 oder des Übergangsbereichs 33 durch ein sehr glattes Werkzeug für das Spritzgießverfahren erreicht. Claims (12)

  1. Dispensing device (E) for a washing machine (W), comprising a container (3) which together with a base (31) and side walls (32) delimits at least one chamber (3A, 3B, 3C), the chamber (3A, 3B, 3C) being adapted and arranged to receive a detergent and the chamber (3A, 3B, 3C) being adapted and arranged in such a way that detergent can be flushed out of it with the liquid, characterised in that the surfaces of the base (31) are constructed so as to be hydrophobic and the surfaces of the side walls (32) are constructed so as to be hydrophilic.
  2. Dispensing device (E) according to claim 1, characterised in that the side walls (32) comprise a hollow channel (33) as a transition region to the base (31), the hollow channels (33) and the base (31) being hydrophobic.
  3. Dispensing device (E) according to either claim 1 or claim 2, characterised in that the container (3) comprises a plurality of chambers (3A, 3B, 3C) for receiving the detergent, each of these chambers being delimited by a base (31) and side walls (32).
  4. Dispensing device (E) according to either claim 1 or claim 2, characterised in that the surfaces of the base (31) or of the transition region (33) and of the side walls (32) have a different roughness to provide the hydrophobisation or hydrophilisation.
  5. Dispensing device (E) according to claim 4, characterised in that the roughness of the base (31) or of the transition region (33) is less than the roughness of the side walls (32).
  6. Dispensing device (E) according to claim 5, characterised in that the average roughness of the base (31) or of the transition region (33) has a depth of less than or equal to 1 µm.
  7. Dispensing device (E) according to claim 6, characterised in that the average roughness of the base (31) or of the transition region (33) has a depth of less than or equal to 0.1 µm.
  8. Dispensing device (E) according to any one of claims 1 to 5, characterised in that the average roughness of the side walls (32) has a depth of greater than 3 µm.
  9. Dispensing device (E) according to any one of claims 4 to 8, characterised in that the container (3) consists of an injection-moulded plastics material, it being possible to obtain the different degrees of roughness with an appropriate surface of tools which are to be used in the production of the container (3).
  10. Dispensing device (E) according to any one of claims 4 to 8, characterised in that the different degrees of roughness can be obtained by coatings on the surfaces of the base (31) and side walls (32).
  11. Dispensing device (E) according to any one of claims 4 to 8, characterised in that the different degrees of roughness can be obtained by chemical or mechanical aftertreatment of the surfaces of the base (31) and side walls (32).
  12. Washing machine (W) comprising a dispensing device (E) according to any one of claims 1 to 11.
