Detailed Description
First, it should be understood by those skilled in the art that these embodiments are merely for explaining the technical principles of the present invention, and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention. And can be adjusted as needed by those skilled in the art to suit particular applications. For example, although the self-cleaning dispensing device of the present invention is described in conjunction with a washing machine, this is not intended to be limiting, and other devices requiring a metered dose of detergent or other liquid or solid may be equipped with the self-cleaning dispensing device of the present invention, such as automatic detergent dispensing dishwashers, automatic food or seasoning dispensing machines, and the like. The detergent is put into the washing machine as an example, and those skilled in the art can easily derive the detergent from the following.
Currently, automatic detergent dispensing devices are widely used in various types of washing machines or other household appliances. The automatic putting refers to that in the washing process, the washing machine can automatically add corresponding metered detergent and/or softener according to the weight of clothes, washing procedures and other factors, and the intellectualization of the washing machine is upgraded to a new standard. Consumers can accurately put in the detergent more than hundred times only by adding the detergent once, so that the detergent is labor-saving and labor-saving, and the best washing effect can be achieved. The detergent may be a solid detergent powder or a liquid detergent.
It should be noted that the amount of detergent required for dosing the reservoir from the container storing the laundry detergent is prior art and will not be described further. The problem to be solved by the present invention is that the detergent in the reservoir can enter the washing tub of the washing machine under the action of the water flow. However, the water flow does not completely carry the detergent out of the reservoir, so that residual detergent remains in the reservoir. In a humid environment, the detergent is easy to scab and agglomerate, the surface adhesion is strong, and the phenomena of scab and agglomeration are further aggravated when the detergent is added into the storage device in the subsequent use process, so that the detergent is prevented from playing a cleaning role, and the water inlet of the clothes treatment device is also seriously influenced. In addition, if the scabbed detergent is brought into the laundry treatment apparatus during the water intake process, the scabbed detergent adheres to the laundry, is difficult to dissolve, affects the laundry treatment effect, and contaminates the laundry.
Therefore, how to clean the residual detergent in the storage is particularly important, which is the technical problem to be solved by the invention. It will be appreciated that the flow of water after flushing the reservoir will carry the detergent out, and the presence of residual detergent in the reservoir is believed to be caused by insufficient flushing force from the flow of water. Increasing the flushing force of the water stream can be varied by increasing the flow rate of the water stream. Therefore, the self-cleaning throwing device can spray water flow with high speed into the storage through the high-pressure spray head arranged on the water outlet, so as to improve the flushing force of the water flow on the storage and realize the cleaning purpose of the storage.
The concept of the self-cleaning dispensing device according to the invention is explained below in conjunction with the above-mentioned concepts.
Fig. 1 is a front view of a self-cleaning dispensing device according to an exemplary embodiment, and referring first to fig. 1, a self-cleaning dispensing device includes: the water-saving device comprises a shell 1, a base 2 positioned in the shell 1 and a water inlet pipe 3 communicated with the shell 1. Here, it should be noted that "the housing 1" can be understood in a broad sense, that is, it should be understood that: the housing 1 may be present independently of the tub of the washing machine, or the housing 1 may be the tub.
For example, when the housing 1 is independent (as shown in fig. 1 of the present invention), the housing 1 may be provided with a liquid outlet 11, and the liquid outlet 11 may be connected to a washing tub. Wherein the liquid outlet 11 can be communicated with the washing tub by communicating a liquid outlet pipe between the liquid outlet 11 and the washing tub; the washing machine can also be realized by opening the liquid outlet 11 on the side wall of the washing tub, or positioning the outer shell 1 in the washing tub, or positioning the outer shell 1 at the upper end of the washing tub (the upper end of the washing tub is provided with an opening), and in this way, the washing liquid coming out from the liquid outlet 11 directly flows into the washing tub without passing through the liquid outlet pipe, so that the loss of the washing liquid flowing through the liquid outlet pipe is reduced.
For another example, when the casing 1 is a washing tub, the base 2 is located inside the washing tub, and the water outlet pipe is connected to the washing tub. In this manner, since the base 2 occupies the inner space of the tub, the laundry may be placed in a position in which it is difficult to wash the laundry.
Fig. 1 is a front view of a self-cleaning dispensing device according to an exemplary embodiment, and referring to fig. 1, a base 2 is provided with a storage hole 21, and the storage hole 21 is used for storing a preset volume of liquid. It will be appreciated that the base 2 as referred to herein and the reservoir as referred to above all function in concert to provide a metered reservoir for washing liquid. Wherein the washing liquid can be quantitatively put in the storage hole 21. In addition, one end of the storage hole 21 may be opened for the placement of the detergent.
It is understood that at least one storage hole 21 may be provided. One storage hole 21 may be provided, two storage holes 21 may be provided, and two storage holes 21 may be located at both ends of the base 2, so as to facilitate stability and symmetry of the base 2; the storage holes 21 may be provided with three, four or even more. Here, the number and arrangement of the storage holes 21 can be determined according to actual requirements, and are merely illustrative and not particularly limited.
Fig. 1 is a front view of a self-cleaning dispensing device according to an exemplary embodiment, referring to fig. 1, a water inlet pipe 3 is provided with at least one water outlet, the water outlet is matched with a storage hole 21, a high-pressure nozzle 4 is connected to the at least one water outlet, and the high-pressure nozzle 4 sprays high-pressure water flow.
Wherein "the water outlet is fitted to the storage hole 21" means that the water flow from the water outlet is aligned with the storage hole 21 when putting or washing, so as to save water resources.
It is worth noting that the liquid requires a certain pressure during the operation of the pipeline, the pipe pressure will generate a certain resistance, and the high pressure nozzle 4 is designed to suck a certain amount of air, and the water and the air are mixed to generate a water-air mixture. The liquid running in the pipeline also generates resistance, and the introduction of a certain amount of compressed air can cause the pressure of the pipeline to drop suddenly, so that the resistance reduces and the flow speed increases. In addition, the high pressure nozzle 4 can control the flow rate of water by controlling the flow rate of the outlet nozzle. The impact force of the water flow with high flow speed on the storage hole 21 is large and is larger than the adhesive force between the residual detergent and the inner wall of the storage hole 21, so that the residual detergent is peeled off and washed away, and the purpose of cleaning the storage hole 21 is achieved.
In summary, according to the self-cleaning dispensing device of the present invention, the high pressure nozzle 4 is disposed on the water outlet of the water inlet pipe 3, and the high pressure nozzle 4 sprays the high pressure water flow into the storage hole 21, so that the cleaning liquid adhered to the storage hole 21 is flushed out by the high pressure water flow, thereby achieving the purpose of cleaning the storage hole 21, facilitating to maintain the cleanness of the storage hole 21, and facilitating to maintain the accuracy of the detergent dispensing amount.
In the above embodiment, there is at least one water outlet on which the high pressure nozzle 4 is mounted. Only one high-pressure spray head 4 can be arranged, and only one water outlet can be arranged; two high-pressure spray heads 4 can be arranged, and the two high-pressure spray heads 4 are respectively arranged on the two water outlets; the number of high-pressure nozzles 4 may also be more than two. The number of high-pressure nozzles 4 can be determined according to the actual requirements, and is only illustrated here.
For example, all the water outlets may be provided with high pressure nozzles 4, and when detergent is put into the washing tub, the high pressure nozzles 4 spray a large flow of water to the storage holes 21. So that the storage hole 21 is also cleaned at the same time when dispensing.
As another example, all the water outlets may be provided with the high pressure nozzle 4, and the high pressure nozzle 4 is provided with a pressure regulating device, which can change the flow rate of the fluid flowing out from the high pressure nozzle 4. For example, when dispensing, the high pressure nozzle 4 may slow down the flow rate of the fluid by increasing the cross-sectional area at its nozzle, so that more fluid per unit area contacts the storage hole 21; after the dispensing is completed, the cross-sectional area of the nozzle of the high pressure nozzle 4 is reduced to increase the flow speed of the fluid during cleaning, so that the storage hole 21 can be cleaned.
As another example, at least two water outlets may be provided, wherein at least one of the water outlets is provided with a high-pressure nozzle 4 capable of discharging a fluid with a large flow rate; at least one of the high-pressure nozzles 4 is not provided with a high-pressure nozzle, and fluid with a small relative flow rate flows out.
In the above example, the water inlet pipe 3 is communicated with at least two branch pipes, the water outlet is formed at one end of the branch pipe, which is far away from the water inlet pipe 3, and at least one branch pipe is provided with a high-pressure nozzle 4.
In the above example, the branch pipe is provided with a control valve, and the control valve is used for controlling the on-off of the branch pipe. Optionally, the self-cleaning dosing device further comprises a timer, an output contact of which is connected to an input contact of the control valve.
For convenience of description, the branch pipe where the high pressure nozzle 4 is not installed is referred to as a first branch pipe 31, and the control valve on the first branch pipe 31 is a first control valve; the branch pipe to which the high pressure nozzle 4 is attached is referred to as a second branch pipe 32, and the control valve on the second branch pipe 32 is referred to as a second control valve.
Alternatively, N first branch pipes 31 may be provided, N second branch pipes 32 may be provided, or N-1 second branch pipes, and the first branch pipes 31 and the second branch pipes 32 may be arranged in a crossing manner, that is, one second branch pipe 32 is provided between two adjacent first branch pipes 31, or one first branch pipe 31 is provided between two adjacent second branch pipes 32; the number of the first branch pipes 31 can be N, only one second branch pipe 32 can be provided, one second branch pipe 32 can be positioned at the forefront or the rearmost of the N first branch pipes 31, and the second branch pipe 32 can also be positioned between two adjacent first branch pipes 31; the second branch pipes 32 may be provided with two, three, etc., which are only illustrated here, and the number of the second branch pipes 32 is not limited.
Fig. 1 is a front view of a self-cleaning dispensing device according to an exemplary embodiment, and referring to fig. 1, the self-cleaning dispensing device further includes a driving assembly 5, wherein the driving assembly 5 is used for driving the base 2 to be slidably connected to the housing 1 along its own axis direction, so that the water outlet corresponds to the storage hole 21.
Wherein, base 2 is equipped with a plurality of first teeth of a cogwheel 22, and drive assembly 5 includes gear 51, driving piece 52, and gear 51 meshes first teeth of a cogwheel 22, and driving piece 52 is connected to shell 1, and is used for drive gear 51 to rotate. Optionally, the housing 1 may be provided with a limiting groove, the base 2 may be connected with a limiting protrusion, and the limiting protrusion may be connected to the limiting groove in a matching manner, so that the base 2 can move stably.
In the above example, the method for cleaning a self-cleaning dispensing device comprises the steps of:
s1, starting a starting program;
s2, determining the dosage of the detergent according to the weight of the clothes;
s3, adding a detergent into the storage hole 21;
s4, starting an automatic putting program;
s5, starting an automatic cleaning program;
here, the determination in step S2 is automatically performed by the control system. The cleaning method of the automatic feeding device can automatically judge the dosage of the detergent before each cleaning.
Further, step S4 includes:
a1, the control system controls the first control valve to open, the first branch pipe 31 is conducted, and water is sprayed to the storage hole 21; the control system controls the second control valve to close, and the second branch pipe 32 is cut off;
a2, calculating the accumulated time of water spraying of the first branch pipe 31 by the control system;
a3, detecting by a control system in real time, wherein whether the water spraying time reaches a preset value or not; if yes, go to step S5;
still further, step S5 includes:
b1, the control system controls the first control valve to close, and the first branch pipe 31 is cut off; the control system controls the second control valve to be opened, the second branch pipe 32 is conducted, and water is sprayed to the storage hole 21;
b2, the control system calculates the accumulated time of the water spraying of the second branch pipe 32;
b3, detecting by the control system in real time, wherein whether the water spraying time reaches a preset value or not; if yes, go to step B4;
b4, the control system controls the second control valve to close, and the second branch pipe 32 is cut off.
On the basis of the above embodiment, the cross-sectional radius of the storage hole 21 is gradually reduced from the opening of the storage hole 21 to the bottom of the storage hole 21, so as to better flow out the washing liquid in the storage hole 21.

Alternatively, the position of the liquid outlet 11 on the housing 1 can be set freely, and fig. 2 illustrates that the liquid outlet 11 is located below the base 2. At least a portion of the base 2 and the inner wall of the housing 1 may have a gap therebetween, so that the mixture of water and washing liquid flows to the liquid outlet 11 through the gap. Also can not set up the interval between the inner wall of base 2 and shell 1, two can open on base 2 and be equipped with the through-hole, and the mixed liquid of water and washing liquid flows to liquid outlet 11 through the through-hole.
