By setting the main pipe shell 1 as a venturi tube, water flow enters the first pipe section 11 through the liquid inlet end and then flows through the second pipe section 12 and the third pipe section 13 in sequence, and because the flow area of the second pipe section 12 is the smallest, large negative pressure can be generated in the process that water flow passes through the second pipe section 12, and lotion and gas can be sucked into the main pipe shell 1 through the suction inlet 10 by utilizing the negative pressure effect. Wherein, the lotion and the gas can enter the main shell 1 through the suction inlet 10 only by the negative pressure; alternatively, the gas enters the main casing 1 through the suction port 10 by the above-mentioned negative pressure action, and the lotion enters the main casing 1 through the suction port 10 mainly by the pumping action of the pump.
In addition, in the process of mixing the detergent, the gas and the water flow in the second pipe section 12, since the flow area of the second pipe section 12 is small, the water flow speed is increased, and the turbulent motion effect is good, the mixing effect is good, the dissolving effect and the foaming effect of the detergent can be further improved, and the cleaning effect can be improved.
Further, through setting up inner tube 3 in first pipeline section 11, because the cross-sectional area of inner tube 3 can be less than the cross-sectional area of main tube shell 1, thereby can increase the velocity of flow of rivers, the velocity of flow can increase after the rivers flow through inner tube 3, rivers can be in higher velocity of flow blowout to second pipeline section 12 from the export 30 of inner tube 3, strengthen the impact effect of rivers, and combine lotion and gas to inhale flow space 301 through sunction inlet 10 and fully mix after flowing into second pipeline section 12 and contact rivers, make water, lotion and gas fully mix, the foaming in main tube shell 1, and then can further improve the dissolving effect and the foaming effect of lotion, improve the washing effect.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, a control valve for opening and closing the intake port 20 is provided at the intake port 20. Thereby, the control of the gas into the main vessel shell 1 is facilitated. For example, when the control valve is open, gas may enter from the gas inlet 20 and flow into the main housing 1 from the suction inlet 10; when the control valve is closed, the supply of gas into the main pipe casing 1 is stopped.

Therefore, the control of the control valve is convenient and reliable.
Referring to fig. 1, a dispensing device for dispensing a lotion according to an embodiment of the second aspect of the present invention comprises: a dispensing assembly according to the above-described embodiment of the first aspect of the present invention, and a lotion storage case 4.
Lotion case 4 establishes in the outside of main tube shell 1 and lotion case 4 links to each other with main tube shell 1, and lotion case 4 links to each other and communicates with connecting pipe 2, and the inner chamber of lotion case 4 communicates through connecting pipe 2 with sunction inlet 10, and lotion in lotion case 4 is suitable for flowing into main tube shell 1 through sunction inlet 10.
Wherein, the lotion storage box 4 can be used for storing detergent, and the lotion storage box 4 can also be used for storing various types of lotions such as detergent, softener, disinfectant and the like. When the washing machine is in a washing stage, the detergent in the detergent storage box 4 can enter the main pipe shell 1 through the suction port 10; when the washing machine is in the rinsing stage, the softener and the disinfectant in the lotion storage box 4 can enter the main pipe shell 1 through the suction opening 10. After the corresponding detergent is put in the washing stage and the rinsing stage of the washing machine, a water flow may be sucked through the suction port 10 to wash the suction port 10.
According to the dispensing device for dispensing the lotion, the dispensing component is arranged, so that the lotion can be fully dissolved in water flow, the foaming effect of the lotion can be improved, the cleaning effect can be improved, the caking risk of the residual lotion can be reduced, and the blocking risk of a pipeline can be reduced. And moreover, the throwing device is compact in structure, and occupied space is saved.
A washing machine according to an embodiment of a third aspect of the present invention includes: the washing machine comprises a washing barrel and a throwing device, wherein the throwing device is the throwing device according to the embodiment of the second aspect of the invention, the throwing device is suitable for throwing the washing agent into the washing barrel, and the liquid outlet end is communicated with the washing barrel. When a washing agent needs to be put into a washing barrel of the washing machine in the working process of the washing machine, water flow can enter the main pipe shell 1 through the liquid inlet end, the washing agent and gas enter the main pipe shell 1 through the suction inlet 10, the washing agent, the gas and the water flow are fully mixed in the main pipe shell 1, and the mixed washing agent, gas and water flow out of the liquid outlet end into the washing barrel.
According to the washing machine provided by the embodiment of the invention, the dosing device is arranged, so that the lotion can be fully dissolved in water flow, the foaming effect of the lotion can be improved, the washing effect can be improved, the caking risk of the residual lotion can be reduced, the blocking risk of a pipeline can be reduced, and the dosing device can save the space occupied in the washing machine.
According to the lotion feeding method of the washing machine of the fourth aspect of the present invention, the washing machine comprises a feeding device for feeding lotion into a washing tub of the washing machine, the feeding device comprises a feeding assembly and a lotion storage box 4, the feeding assembly comprises a main pipe shell 1 and a connecting pipe 2, the main pipe shell 1 has a liquid inlet end and a liquid outlet end, the liquid outlet end is communicated with the washing tub, water is suitable for flowing into the main pipe shell 1 through the liquid inlet end and flowing out from the liquid outlet end, a suction inlet 10 is formed on the side wall of the main pipe shell 1, the suction inlet 10 is located between the liquid inlet end and the liquid outlet end, the connecting pipe 2 is arranged at the suction inlet 10 and is communicated with the suction inlet 10, an air inlet 20 is formed on the connecting pipe 2, air entering from the air inlet 20 is suitable for flowing into the main pipe shell 1 through the suction inlet 10, the lotion storage box 4 is arranged at the outer side of the main pipe shell 1 and the lotion storage, lotion in the lotion storage case 4 is adapted to flow into the main casing 1 through the inhalation port 10, and the lotion dispensing method comprises the steps of:
firstly, controlling water to flow into the main pipe shell 1 through the liquid inlet end, so that water flow is formed in the main pipe shell 1;
the flow of lotion and gas from the inlet port 10 into the main housing 1 is controlled.
From this for the rivers in being responsible for shell 1 are opened before the input of gas and lotion, and lotion and gas can just contact rivers from the beginning like this, and make lotion not too much accumulation in the pipeline for lotion dissolves abundant, even, reduces and remains the caking risk, thereby reduces the pipeline and blocks up the risk.
In the process of controlling the flowing of the lotion and the gas from the suction port 10 into the main casing 1, the lotion can be supplied first through the suction port 10 and then the gas is supplied, or the lotion and the gas can be alternately supplied.

Moreover, the dispensing device of the second aspect of the embodiment can be used in the washing machine of the embodiment, and the lotion is dispensed by using the lotion dispensing method.
According to the lotion feeding method of the washing machine, in the process that the lotion flows into the main pipe shell 1 through the suction inlet 10, the air is introduced into the main pipe shell 1 through the air inlet 20, so that the lotion can be fully dissolved in water flow, the foaming effect of the lotion can be improved, the cleaning effect can be improved, the caking risk of residual lotion can be reduced, and the blocking risk of pipelines can be reduced. And, make lotion and gas reentrant in being responsible for the shell 1 after the rivers enter being responsible for shell 1 through control, so lotion and gas can contact the rivers from the beginning, and make lotion not too much accumulation in the pipeline to can further promote lotion dissolving effect, further reduce lotion residual caking risk and pipeline jam risk.

Claims (14)

1. A dispensing assembly for dispensing a lotion, comprising:
the main pipe shell is provided with a liquid inlet end and a liquid outlet end, water is suitable for flowing into the main pipe shell through the liquid inlet end and flowing out of the liquid outlet end, a suction inlet is formed in the side wall of the main pipe shell and located between the liquid inlet end and the liquid outlet end, and lotion can flow into the main pipe shell through the suction inlet;
the connecting pipe is arranged at the suction inlet and communicated with the suction inlet, an air inlet is formed on the connecting pipe, and gas entering from the air inlet is suitable for flowing into the main pipe shell through the suction inlet.
2. A dosing assembly for dosing a lotion according to claim 1, characterized in that said main cartridge is a venturi tube, said main cartridge comprising a first tube section, a second tube section and a third tube section connected in series, said second tube section having a smaller flow area than said first tube section and a smaller flow area than said third tube section, said inlet port being located in said first tube section, said outlet port being located in said third tube section, said suction port being formed in said first tube section or said second tube section.
3. A dispensing assembly for dispensing a lotion according to claim 1, characterized in that an inner tube is disposed within said main tube shell, said inner tube having an inlet and an outlet, said inlet being adjacent said inlet end, water being adapted to flow into said inner tube through said inlet and out of said outlet into said main tube shell.
4. A dispensing assembly for dispensing a lotion according to claim 3, wherein a flow space is defined between an outer sidewall of the inner tube and an inner sidewall of the main cartridge, and the suction inlet is formed on an outer sidewall of the flow space.
5. A dispensing assembly for dispensing a lotion according to claim 4, characterized in that the cross-section of the flow space is annular extending around the inner tube.
6. A dispensing assembly for dispensing a lotion according to claim 4, characterized in that said inner tube comprises a body section and a compression section connected, said inlet opening being formed in said body section and said outlet opening being formed in said compression section, said compression section having a smaller flow area than said body section.
7. A dispensing assembly for dispensing a lotion according to claim 6, characterized in that the suction inlet is located upstream of the compression section.
8. A dispensing assembly for dispensing a lotion according to claim 6, characterized in that said inner tube comprises a connecting section connecting said body section and said compression section, the outer side wall of said connecting section extending obliquely towards the direction adjacent to the central axis of said main tube shell in the direction from said body section to said compression section, the minimum flow area of said connecting section being not smaller than the flow area of said compression section, said suction inlet being located upstream of said connecting section.
9. A dosing assembly for dosing a lotion according to any of claims 4-8, characterized in that the main cartridge is a venturi tube, the main cartridge comprising a first tube section, a second tube section and a third tube section connected in series, the second tube section having a smaller flow area than the first tube section and a smaller flow area than the third tube section, the inlet end being located in the first tube section and the outlet end being located in the third tube section, the inner tube being arranged in the first tube section, the outer side wall of the inner tube and the inner side wall of the first tube section defining the flow space therebetween, and the outlet being adjacent to the second tube section.
10. A dispensing assembly for dispensing a lotion according to claim 1, characterized in that the air inlet is provided with a control valve for opening and closing the air inlet.
11. A dosing assembly for dosing a lotion according to claim 10, characterized in that the main cartridge is a venturi tube, the main cartridge comprises a first tube section, a second tube section and a third tube section connected in series, the flow area of the second tube section is smaller than the flow area of the first tube section and smaller than the flow area of the third tube section, the inlet port is located in the first tube section, the outlet port is located in the third tube section, the suction port is formed in the first tube section or the second tube section, the control valve is a one-way valve, and the one-way valve is in one-way communication in a direction from the inlet port to the suction port.
12. A dispensing device for dispensing a lotion, comprising:
a launch assembly according to any of claims 1-11;
the lotion storage box is arranged on the outer side of the main pipe shell and is connected with the main pipe shell, the lotion storage box is connected and communicated with the connecting pipe, and lotion in the lotion storage box is suitable for flowing into the main pipe shell through the suction inlet.

firstly, controlling water to flow into the main pipe shell through the liquid inlet end;
and controlling the flow of lotion and gas from the intake port into the main housing.
