Claims (9)

  1. Ligne électrique flexible pour des charges mobiles, qui présente au moins deux brins constitués chacun d'un conducteur électrique et d'une isolation l'entourant, en tant qu'éléments de câblage, qui sont câblés autour d'un noyau, qui est équipé d'un élément résistant à la traction en plastique, qui est entouré par une douille en matériau isolant, dans laquelle sont prévus des creux s'étendant dans la direction longitudinale, dans lesquels sont situés les éléments de câblage et qui sont entourés par une enveloppe commune en matériau isolant,
    caractérisé en ce que
    - la douille (2) du noyau (K) se compose d'un élastomère thermoplastique mou ou de silicone ou de caoutchouc en tant que matériau comprimable à élasticité durable, et
    - en ce que la douille (2) est entourée par une couche glissante (8) en un matériau à base de polytétrafluoréthylène qui présente de bonnes propriétés de glissement par rapport aux éléments de câblage (3, 4, 5).
  2. Ligne selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la couche de glissement (8) est appliquée sur la douille (2) avec une épaisseur de couche d'au moins 5 µm par pulvérisation ou immersion.
  3. Ligne selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'une feuille de polytétrafluoréthylène d'une épaisseur d'au moins 25 µm est façonnée sans espace tout autour de la douille (2).
  4. Ligne selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que la feuille se compose de polytétrafluoréthylène moussé, non fritté, de faible densité.
  5. Ligne selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce qu'une douille de protection (10) en un matériau comprimable élastiquement est appliquée par-dessus l'âme constituée du noyau (K) et des éléments de câblage.
  6. Ligne selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce qu'une feuille de polytétrafluoréthylène servant de couche de glissement est appliquée sur la douille de protection (10).
  7. Ligne selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu un blindage total (9) entourant l'âme constituée du noyau (K) et des éléments de câblage (3, 4, 5) ainsi qu'éventuellement de la douille de protection (10) avec la couche de glissement.
  8. Ligne selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que le blindage total (9) est réalisé sous forme de guipage constitué de fils d'acier plaqués de cuivre, étamés ou nickelés.
  9. Ligne selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que le blindage total (9) est réalisé sous forme de tressage constitué de fils d'acier plaqués de cuivre, étamés ou nickelés.
