Claims (11)
- Dispositif pour redresser un carton, avec un magasin et une paroi de redressement (16) pour recevoir une pile (14), posée à l'horizontale, de cartons découpés préfabriqués (15), un dispositif de séparation et deux éléments de préhension aspirants pneumatiques (10, 11) pour guider et déplier les cartons (15), caractérisé en ce que les éléments de préhension aspirants (10, 11) sont disposés sur un dispositif de préhension à fourches ou de palettisation (1) qui comporte des fourches (3) avec des dents mobiles horizontalement et aptes à prendre le carton (15) par-dessous, et en ce que l'un des éléments aspirants (10) est apte à tenir par le haut le carton (15) pris par-dessous à l'aide des fourches (3), pour pouvoir le transporter, les deux éléments aspirants (10, 11) étant disposés perpendiculairement l'un par rapport à l'autre.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les dents des fourches (3) sont mobiles verticalement.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un élément de préhension aspirant ou les deux éléments de préhension aspirants (10 ou 11) sont mobiles verticalement et horizontalement.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu d'une part un premier élément de préhension aspirant supérieur (10) qui est mobile verticalement et horizontalement et qui est destiné à prendre par le haut la pile de cartons (14) et à soulever le carton du haut (15a), moyennant quoi le carton (15a) est amené dans une position à moitié redressée, en forme de losange, et d'autre part un second élément de préhension aspirant inférieur (11) qui est mobile au moins horizontalement pour prendre et immobiliser par aspiration la paroi latérale (17a) du carton (15a), afin de fixer le carton (15a) et, après ou avant l'obtention de cette position fixée, amener ledit carton (15a) contre une paroi de butée (16), de sorte qu'il se redresse exactement à angle droit.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le second élément de préhension aspirant inférieur (11), mobile au moins horizontalement, est apte à être déplacé horizontalement avec tout le dispositif de préhension à fourches ou de palettisation (1).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que les deux éléments de préhension aspirants (10, 11) placés suivant un angle de 90° sont aptes à fonctionner indépendamment l'un de l'autre.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu, montée en aval du dispositif, une unité de fermeture (18) sur laquelle le dispositif transfère les cartons ouverts (15) en vue de la fermeture des rabats (30, 31).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que l'unité de fermeture (18) se compose essentiellement d'une tôle de pliage supérieure (19) qui est conçue pour pouvoir être déplacée verticalement, un vérin hydraulique ou pneumatique étant utilisé en particulier à cet effet.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que, à une certaine distance de la tôle de pliage supérieure (19), un guide d'introduction (22) incliné est conçu comme une tôle qui est dirigée vers une tôle de pliage inférieure (21) et vers un plan incliné disposé à cet endroit.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que la tôle de pliage inférieure (21) est fixée à un rail de guidage vertical (23) dans la zone duquel est disposée une unité de collage (24) composée d'une bande adhésive (25) qui est enroulée sur un rouleau (26) et qui est collée par l'intermédiaire d'un rouleau applicateur (27) sur le carton (15), une lame (28) et un rouleau presseur (29) étant prévus pour la suite du traitement.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 9 ou 10, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu deux guides d'introduction (22) placés suivant un certain angle, qui sont dirigés vers une tôle de pliage horizontale (33) de la tôle de pliage inférieure (21), ce qui forme un guidage de pliage conique pour les rabats (30, 31) du carton.
