Antrieb für einen Vertikalaufzug, der ein über eine Umlenkeinrichtung laufendes Zugmittel (11) aufweist, welches mit einem Gegengewicht (G) und einer Kabine (K) gekoppelt ist, wobei der Antrieb mit Antriebsmotoren (1.1, 1.2; 2.1, 2.2; 3.1, 3.2; 4.1, 4.2) versehen ist, welche Antriebsräder (1.1a, 1.2a; 2.1a, 2.2a; 3.1a, 3.2a; 4.1a, 4.2a) aufweisen, welche in der Funktionslage reibschlüssig auf Laufbahnen (5) von Laufschienen (S) abwälzen, welche in Vertikalrichtung (Z) verlaufen,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Antriebsmotoren (1.1, 1.2; 2.1, 2.2; 3.1, 3.2; 4.1, 4.2) mit den zugehörigen Antriebsrädern (1.1a, 1.2a; 2.1a, 2.2a; 3.1a, 3.2a; 4.1a, 4.2a) gegenüber der zugehörigen Laufschiene (S) schwenkbeweglich gelagert und so ausgelegt sind, daß über eine Betätigungseinrichtung (6) ein Reibschluß der Antriebsräder (1.1a, 1.2a; 2.1a, 2.2a; 3.1a, 3.2a; 4.1a, 4.2a) mit der zugehörigen Laufbahn (5) herstellbar ist.

daß die Antriebsmotoren (1.1, 1.2; 2.1, 2.2; 3.1, 3.2; 4.1, 4.2) an zugehörigen Gestellen (9) angebracht sind.

daß jedes Gestell (9) zwei Antriebsmotoren (1.1, 1.2; 2.1, 2.2; 3.1, 3.2; 4.1, 4.2) und zwei hiermit gekoppelte Antriebsräder (1.1a, 1.2a; 2.1a, 2.2a; 3.1a, 3.2a; 4.1a, 4.2a) aufweist.

daß die zwei Antriebsräder (1.1a, 1.2a; 2.1a, 2.2a; 3.1a, 3.2a; 4.1a, 4.2a) eines Gestells (9) so angeordnet sind, daß sie eine Abstandskomponente in vertikaler Richtung (Z) aufweisen und bei Herstellung des Reibschlusses mit einer zugehörigen Laufschiene (S) jeweils an voneinander abgewandten Seiten der Laufbahn (5) zur Anlage kommen.

daß bevorzugt acht Antriebsmotoren (1.1, 1.2; 2.1, 2.2; 3.1, 3.2; 4.1, 4.2) vorgesehen sind, wobei jeweils vier Antriebsmotoren (1.1, 1.2; 2.1, 2.2; 3.1, 3.2; 4.1, 4.2) einer Laufschiene (S) zugeordnet sind, wobei jeweils zwei Antriebsmotoren (1.1, 1.2; 2.1, 2.2; 3.1, 3.2; 4.1, 4.2) an einem Gestell (9) montiert sind.
