Claims (17)

  1. Aufzeichnungs- und Kontrollsystem von spezifischen Aufgaben, die von mindestens einer Person in einem Pflegezentrum (2) wie zum Beispiel einem Krankenhaus, einer Klinik und ähnlichem ausgeführt werden, wobei das System umfasst:
    - mindestens ein Identifizierungsmodul, das dazu bestimmt ist, von einer Person getragen zu werden,
    - erste Ausrüstungen (3, 7, 8), die jeweils aufweisen:
    - drahtlose Dialogmittel, die dazu bestimmt sind, ein Identifizierungsmodul zu erfassen und zu identifizieren, wenn es sich in einem bestimmten Umkreis befindet,
    - Mittel zur Übertragung von Daten, die dazu bestimmt sind, charakteristische Daten der Ausrüstung an eine Zentraleinheit zur Verarbeitung und Übertragung von Daten zu übertragen, wenn ein Identifizierungsmodul erfasst und identifiziert wurde,
    - eine Zentraleinheit zur Verarbeitung und Übertragung von Daten (UC), die Speichermittel für Daten umfasst, die dazu bestimmt sind, in einer personalisierten Datei gespeichert zu werden, wobei die charakteristischen Daten der ersten Ausrüstungen das von der Person getragene Identifizierungsmodul erfasst und identifiziert haben,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das System weiterhin zweite Ausrüstungen umfasst, die jeweils aufweisen:
    - Anzeigemittel der von der Person auszuführenden Aufgaben,
    - Mittel zur Eingabe von Daten, die sich auf von der Person ausgeführte Aufgaben beziehen,
    - Mittel zur Übertragung von Daten, die dazu bestimmt sind, die von der Person eingegebenen Daten an die Zentraleinheit zur Verarbeitung und Übertragung von Daten zu übertragen, sobald die Daten von der Person eingegeben wurden,
    dass die Mittel zur Speicherung von Daten dazu bestimmt sind, die in die zweiten Ausrüstungen von der Person eingegebenen Daten in der personalisierten Datei zu speichern,
    dass die Zentraleinheit zur Verarbeitung und Übertragung von Daten (UC) Mittel zur Kontrolle von Daten umfasst, die dazu bestimmt sind, die in der personalisierten Datei enthaltenen Daten mit den Daten zu vergleichen, die in einer Referenzdatei enthalten sind, die alle Aufgaben aufweist, die von der Person auszuführen sind und eine eventuelle Nichtübereinstimmung zwischen den zwei Dateien anzuzeigen,
    dass die Aufgaben, die zur Anzeige durch die Anzeigemittel bestimmt sind, die in den zweiten Ausrüstungen vorgesehen sind, mit den Aufgaben übereinstimmen, die in der sich auf die Person beziehende Referenzdatei enthalten sind,
    und dass das System Messvorrichtungen der Temperatur der umgebenden Luft, der Temperatur der Luft in Kühl- und Konditionierungssystemen und der Temperatur des Wassers in den Leitungen zur Wasserverteilung umfasst, wobei die Temperaturmessvorrichtungen Datenübertragungsmittel aufweisen, die dazu bestimmt sind, die gemessenen Temperaturwerte an die Zentraleinheit zu übertragen.
  2. System nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zweiten Ausrüstungen jeweils drahtlose Dialogmittel aufweisen, die dazu bestimmt sind, ein von einer Person getragenes Modul zu erfassen und zu identifizieren, wenn es sich in einem bestimmten Umkreis befindet.
  3. System nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es Dateneingabemittel aufweist, die ausgebildet sind, um die sich auf eine Person beziehende Referenzdatei zu aktualisieren, wobei die Eingabemittel mit den in der Zentraleinheit vorgesehenen Speichermitteln verbunden sind.
  4. System nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es dritte Ausrüstungen (9) umfasst, die aufweisen:
    - Mittel zur Eingabe von Daten, die sich auf einen Patienten beziehen,
    - Mittel zur Übertragung dieser Daten an die Zentraleinheit,
    und dass die in der Zentraleinheit (UC) ausgebildeten Datenspeichermittel dazu bestimmt sind, die eingegebenen Daten, die sich auf den Patienten beziehen, in einer personalisierten Patientendatei zu speichern.
  5. System nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die in die zweiten Ausrüstungen von einer Person eingegebenen Daten, die sich auf einen Patienten beziehen, ebenfalls in der entsprechenden Patientendatei gespeichert sind.
  6. System nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es vierte Ausrüstungen (11) umfasst, die Visualisierungsmittel der in den Patientendateien enthaltenen Daten aufweist.
  7. System nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Pflegezentrum in mehrere Sektoren unterteilt ist, und dass jeder Sektor eine dezentralisierte Einheit zur Verarbeitung und Übertragung von Daten umfasst, die umfasst:
    - Mittel zur Speicherung von Daten, die dazu bestimmt sind, die charakteristischen Daten der ersten Ausrüstungen, die in dem Sektor angeordnet sind und das von den Person getragene Identifizierungsmodul erfasst und identifiziert haben, in einer personalisierten Datei zu speichern, und die von der Person in die zweiten Ausrüstungen, die in dem Sektor angeordnet sind, eingegebenen Daten,
    - Mittel zur Kontrolle von Daten, die dazu bestimmt sind, die in der personalisierten Datei enthaltenen Daten mit den Daten zu vergleichen, die in einer Referenzdatei enthalten sind, die alle von der Person in dem Sektor auszuführenden Aufgaben aufweist und eine eventuelle Nichtübereinstimmung zwischen den zwei Dateien anzuzeigen.
  8. System nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zentraleinheit und die verschiedenen dezentralisierten Einheiten die Möglichkeit haben, miteinander zu dialogisieren.
  9. System nach einem der Ansprüche 7 und 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die dezentralisierte Einheit eines bestimmten Sektors die Möglichkeit hat, mit Ausrüstungen zu dialogisieren, die in einem anderen Sektor angeordnet sind.
  10. System nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens eine der ersten Ausrüstungen eine Handwasch- und Desinfektionseinheit (3) ist.
  11. System nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wasch- und Desinfektionseinheit (3) Kontrollmittel ihrer Verwendung umfasst, die dazu bestimmt sind, die Übertragung charakteristischer Daten der Wasch- und Desinfektionseinheit an die Zentraleinheit zu verhindern, solange die Person, die das Identifizierungsmodul trägt, sich nicht die Hände gewaschen hat.
  12. System nach einem der Ansprüche 10 und 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wasch- und Desinfektionseinheit (3) Mittel zum Spenden von Wasch- und Desinfektionslösung umfasst, und dass sie Mittel zum Messen der Händewaschzeit und der Menge Wasch- und Desinfektionslösung umfasst, die von der Person verwendet wird, die das Identifizierungsmodul trägt.
  13. System nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens eine der ersten Ausrüstungen eine Zugangskontrollvorrichtung (7) ist, die dazu bestimmt ist, einer nicht zugelassenen Person den Zugang zu einem besonderen Bereich zu verwehren, zum Beispiel einer Person, die nicht mit einem Identifizierungsmodul ausgestattet ist oder mit einem Identifizierungsmodul, dass ihr keinen Zugang zu diesem bestimmten Bereich gewährt.

  16. System nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die ersten, zweiten, dritten und vierten Ausrüstungen die Möglichkeit haben, miteinander direkt oder über die Zentraleinheit zu dialogisieren.
  17. System nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zentraleinheit Mittel zum Speichern der durch die Temperaturmessvorrichtungen gemessenen Temperaturwerte aufweist, und Kontrollmittel, die einerseits dazu bestimmt sind, die verschiedenen gemessenen Temperaturwerte mit Referenztemperaturwerten zu vergleichen und andererseits einem Bediener eine eventuelle Nichtübereinstimmung zwischen diesen verschiedenen Werten paarweise mitzuteilen und demzufolge die Notwendigkeit, eine bestimmte Aufgabe auszuführen.
