Description

Anordnung zum Befestigen einer Möbelfront
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Anordnung nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1 zum Befes- tigen einer Möbelfront an einer Tür eines Einbaukühlschranks.
Haushaltegeräte, wie Kühlschränke, werden heutzutage überwiegend als Einbaugeräte konzipiert, die mit Möbelfronten versehen werden, um das Design des Einbaugerätes an die Umgebung anzupassen. Zum Befestigen einer Möbelfront an einem Einbaukühl- schrank sind an der Möbelfront Haltebeschläge befestigt, mit denen die Möbelfront lösbar und üblicherweise einstellbar mit der hierzu vorbereiteten Tür des Kühlschranks verbunden werden kann.
Seit geraumer Zeit werden Einbaukühlschränke angeboten, die neben einer Gefriereinheit zusätzlich mit einem Eis-Wasser-Spender, auch IWD (IWD Ice Water Dispencer) genannt, ausgestattet sind. Der Eis-Wasser-Spender ist üblicherweise auf etwa halber Höhe, mittig zwischen den Seitenkanten der Tür des Kühlschranks in einer entsprechend vorbereiteten Aufnahme in der Tür gehalten.
Bisher wurden diese Typen Einbaukühlschränke mit Eis-Wasser-Spender jedoch nur mit Türen eines vorgegeben Designs, beispielsweise in Edelstahloptik, angeboten. Ein Einpassen des Einbaukühlschranks in ein bestehendes Möbeldekor, das durch die Möbelfronten der Einbauküche vorgegeben ist, war bei derartigen Kühlschränken mit Eis- Wasser-Spender bisher nicht möglich.
Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Anordnung zum Befestigen einer Möbelfront an einem Einbaukühlschrank mit Eis-Wasser-Spender anzugeben.
Gelöst wird die Aufgabe gemäß der Erfindung durch eine Anordnung mit den Merkmalen nach Anspruch 1 .
Mit der erfindungsgemäßen Anordnung ist es möglich, an einer hierfür vorbereiteten Tür eine Möbelfront zu befestigen. Die Möbelfront ist hierzu mit einer Aussparung versehen, durch die der Eis-Wasser-Spender bei montierter Möbelfront ragt. Zum Befestigen der Möbelfront dienen zwei Haltebeschläge, wobei einer der Haltebeschläge erfindungsgemäß unmittelbar benachbart zu dem Eis-Wasser-Spender und damit auch unmittelbar benachbart zur Aussparung zwischen der Tür und der Möbelfront angeordnet ist. Durch die Anordnung des Haltebeschlages unmittelbar benachbart zu der Aussparung wird erreicht, dass die durch die Aussparung geschwächte Möbelfront durch den Haltebeschlag gezielt versteift wird. Als Haltebeschläge werden vorzugsweise herkömmliche Haltebeschläge verwendet, die bei Einbaukühlschränken ohne Eis-Wasser-Spender zum Einsatz kommen. Dies hat zum einen den Vorteil, dass der Monteur die Art der Befestigung bereits kennt. Zum anderen ist eine Differenzierung zwischen unterschiedlichen Haltebeschlägen für unterschiedliche Einbaukühlschränke nicht erforderlich.
Vorzugsweise ist mindestens einer der Haltebeschläge mit wenigstens einem Stellelement zum Justieren der relativen Position der Möbelfront zur Tür des Einbaukühlschranks ausgestattet. Auf diese Weise kann während oder auch nach der Montage der Möbelfront deren Lage relativ zur Tür und auch zu benachbart angeordneten Einbaumöbeln ausgerichtet werden.
Vorzugsweise ist das Stellelement zum Justieren der relativen Lage der Möbelfront zur Tür des Kühlschranks an dem unmittelbar benachbart zum Spender angeordneten Haltebeschlag vorgesehen, wobei das Stellelement durch die Aussparung der Möbelfront einstellbar ist. Auf diese Weise dient die Aussparung nicht nur als Zugriffsöffnung für den Eis-Wasser-Spender, sondern gleichzeitig auch als Montageöffnung, so dass das Erscheinungsbild der Möbelfront nicht durch zusätzliche Einstellöffnungen beeinträchtigt ist.
Damit der Eis-Wasser-Spender zur Justierung der Möbelfront nicht ausgebaut werden muss, ist es bei dem zuvor beschrieben Ausführungsbeispiel ferner von Vorteil, wenn an dem Spender mindestens eine Zugangsöffnung zum Einstellen des Stellelementes vorgesehen ist. Die Zugangsöffnungen können durch einen im Spender gehaltenen Einsatz ab- gedeckt sein, welcher zur Justierung der Möbelfront einfach entfernt und anschließend wieder angebracht wird. Als Stellelement dient vorzugsweise ein Doppelgewindebolzen mit Mutter, wobei das eine Gewinde in den an der Möbelfront oder an der Tür befestigten Haltebeschlag eingeschraubt und mit der Mutter in der eingestellten Position gesichert ist. Mit Hilfe dieses Stellelementes ist eine sehr einfache und genau Justage der Möbelfront möglich.
Bei einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform der erfindungsgemäßen Anordnung wird vorgeschlagen, den unmittelbar benachbart zum Spender angeordneten Haltebeschlag starr mit der Rückseite der Möbelfront zu verbinden. Unter starrem Verbinden wird in diesem Zusammenhang verstanden, dass der Haltebeschlag in einer vorgegebenen Position an der Rückseite der Möbelfront beispielsweise durch Verschrauben befestigt ist und bei der Montage oder einer eventuellen Justierung nicht in seiner Lage verändert wird. Durch das starre Verbinden des Haltebeschlages mit der Möbelfront wird die Möbelfront insbesondere im Bereich der Aussparung besonders wirksam versteift.
Die erfindungsgemäße Anordnung zum Befestigen ist für unterschiedliche Konzepte bei der Gestaltung der Möbelfronten für Einbaukühlschränke mit Eis-Wasser-Spender einsetzbar.
So wird vorgeschlagen, bei Verwendung einer Möbelfront, die aus einem einzigen Paneel gebildet, und bei der die Aussparung eine im Paneel ausgebildete Öffnung ist, durch die der Spender betätigbar ist, den Haltebeschlag unmittelbar benachbart zum Spender nahe der Öffnung an der Möbelfront zu befestigen.
Auch bei einer Möbelfront, die aus zwei zueinander beabstandet angeordnete Paneelen gebildet ist, die die obere und untere Kante der auch hier als Öffnung ausgebildeten Aussparung für den Spender begrenzen, wobei die seitlichen Kanten der Öffnung durch zwei seitliche Elemente gebildet sind, die die Paneele miteinander verbinden, ist der Haltebeschlag vorzugsweise unmittelbar benachbart zum Spender angeordnet und nahe der Öffnung an der Möbelfront befestigt, um eine möglichst hohe Steifigkeit der Möbelfront zu erreichen.
Ist dagegen die Möbelfront aus zwei Paneelen gebildet ist, welche unabhängig voneinander an der Tür des Einbaukühlschrankes zu befestigen sind, wobei an der Vorderseite der Tür des Kühlschranks eine zwischen den beiden Paneelen angeordnete Abdeckung vorgesehen ist, welche mit einer Öffnung zum Betätigen des Spenders versehen ist, sind die Paneele unabhängig voneinander mit jeweils mindestens einem Haltebeschlag an der Tür befestigt, wobei die Haltebeschläge beider Paneele vorzugsweise zum Justieren mit ei- nem Stellelement ausgestattet sind und der Haltebeschlag des unteren Paneels unmittelbar benachbart zum Spender angeordnet ist, um die Einstellbarkeit zu erleichtern.
Damit die Versteifungswirkung des Haltebeschlages auf die Möbelfront möglichst groß ist, wird ferner vorgeschlagen, als Haltebeschlag eine Schiene zu verwenden, welche sich annähernd über die gesamte Breite der Möbelfront erstreckt.
Weitere Einzelheiten und Vorteile der Erfindung ergeben sich aus den Unteransprüchen im Zusammenhang mit der Beschreibung eines Ausführungsbeispiels, das anhand der Zeichnung eingehend erläutert wird.
Es zeigt:

Fig. 6 eine Vorderansicht einer zweiten Abwandlung des Einbaukühlschranks nach Fig. 1 , bei der die Möbelfront aus unabhängig voneinander ausgebildeten Paneelen gebildet ist, welche in erfindungsgemäßer Weise an der Tür des Ein- baukühlschranks befestigt sind.
In den Fig. 1 und 2 ist eine Vorderansicht und eine Seitenansicht eines Einbaukühlschranks 1 mit Eis-Wasser-Spender 2 gezeigt. Wie Fig. 2 zeigt hat der Kühlschrank 1 eine Tür 3, in deren Mitte auf etwa halber Höhe eine Ausnehmung 4 vorgesehen ist, in der der Eis-Wasser-Spender 2 montiert ist.
An der Tür 3 des Kühlschranks 1 ist eine Möbelfront 5 durch in Fig. 1 gestrichelt dargestellte Haltebeschläge 6 und 7 befestigt. Im Bereich des Eis-Wasser-Spenders 2 ist eine Öffnung 8 vorgesehen, durch die der Eis-Wasser-Spender 2 mit seinem Gehäuse 9 ragt und mit der Möbelfront 5 etwa bündig abschließt. Bei den Haltebeschlägen 6 und 7, die identisch ausgebildet sind, handelt es sich um Haltebeschläge, wie sie bei herkömmlichen Einbaukühlschränken ohne Eis-Wasser-Spender zum Einsatz kommen.
Wie Fig. 3 zeigt, in der der untere Haltebeschlag 7 gezeigt ist, sind die Haltebeschlägen 6 und 7 als Blechleisten ausgebildet, die sich annähernd über die gesamte Breite der Möbelfront 5 erstrecken und durch mehrere Sicken und Ausformungen (nicht dargestellt) in bekannter Weise versteift sind. Des Weiteren sind mehrere Langlöcher 10 zum Befestigen des Haltebeschlages 6 bzw. 7 an der Rückseite der Möbelfront 5 mit Schrauben (nicht dargestellt) vorgesehen. An der in den Fig. 1 und 2 gezeigten oberen Längskante jedes Haltebeschlages 6 bzw. 7 ist eine Lasche 1 1 angeformt, welche etwa rechtwinklig zur Flachseite des Haltebeschlages 6 bzw. 7 umgebogen ist (vgl. Fig. 3 und 4). An der Lasche 1 1 sind zwei Gewinde vorgesehen, die zum Einschrauben von als Stellelemente dienenden Doppelgewindebolzen 12 dienen (vgl. Fig. 4).
Zur Montage werden die beiden Haltebeschläge 6 und 7 zunächst an der Rückseite der Möbelfront 5 durch Schrauben befestigt. Der obere Haltebeschlag 6 ist dabei so an der Möbelfront 5 befestigt, dass seine umgebogene Lasche 1 1 auf der oberen Kante der Tür 3 des Kühlschranks 1 aufliegt.
Der untere Haltebeschlag 7 wird so an der Möbelfront 5 befestigt, dass er bei montierter Möbelfront 5 unmittelbar unter dem Eis-Wasser-Spender 2 angeordnet ist. Wie Fig. 4 zeigt, ragt dabei seine Lasche 1 1 in eine unter dem Eis-Wasser-Spender 2 ausgebildete Vertiefung 13 in der Tür 2.
Um die Möbelfront 5 zu justieren, wird zunächst der obere Haltebeschlag 6 mit Spiel an der Tür 3 befestigt. Anschließend wird die relative Lage der Möbelfront 5 relativ zur Tür 3 mit Hilfe von Muttern 14 und Stützelementen 15, die auf die Doppelgewindebolzen 12 aufgeschraubt sind, eingestellt. Hierzu werden die Doppelgewindebolzen 12 soweit in die Gewinde der Lasche 1 1 eingeschraubt, bis sie sich in der Vertiefung 13 abstützen. Anschließend wird die relative Lage der Möbelfront 5 zur Tür 3 durch Verdrehen der Doppelgewindebolzen 12 justiert und deren Position durch Festziehen der Muttern 14 gesichert. Anschließend werden die Schrauben (nicht dargestellt) des oberen Haltebeschlags 6 festgezogen. Um die Doppelgewindebolzen 12 und die Muttern 15 verstellen zu können, sind im Gehäuse 9 des Eis-Wasser-Spenders 2 zwei Montageöffnungen 16 vorgesehen (vgl. Fig. 3 und 4), die nach der Montage und Justierung der Möbelfront 5 durch einen Einsatz (nicht dargestellt) wieder verschlossen werden.
Der untere Haltebeschlag 7 erfüllt zwei Funktionen. Einerseits dient der Haltebeschlage 7 als Versteifungselement, mit dem die durch die Öffnung 8 geschwächte Möbelfront 5 versteift wird. Andererseits dient der untere Haltebeschlag 7 als Justiereinrichtung, mit der die relative Lage der Möbelfront 5 zur Tür 3 eingestellt werden kann.
In den Fig. 5 und 6 sind zwei Abwandlungen des Einbaukühlschranks 1 gezeigt. Bei der in Fig. 5 gezeigten ersten Abwandlung ist die Möbelfront 5 durch zwei Paneele 17 und 18 gebildet, die durch zwei seitliche Elemente 19 und 20 starr miteinander verbunden sind, wobei die Öffnung 8 durch die obere bzw. untere Kante der Paneele 17 und 18 und die einander zugewandten Kanten der seitlichen Elemente 19 und 20 begrenzt ist. Auch hier erfolgt die Befestigung über die beiden Haltebeschläge 6 und 7.
In Fig. 6 ist eine zweite Abwandlung des Einbaukühlschranks 1 gezeigt, bei der um den Eis-Wasser-Spender 2 ein Edelstahleinsatz 21 an der Tür 3 befestigt ist, der bei montier- ter Möbelfront 5 mit dieser die Sichtfläche des Kühlschranks 1 bildet. Die Möbelfront 5 ist bei diesem Ausführungsbeispiel aus zwei Paneelen 22 und 23 gebildet, die unabhängig voneinander durch die beiden Haltebeschläge 6 und 7 an der Tür 3 befestigt sind.

Claims

Patentansprüche
1 . Anordnung zum Befestigen einer Möbelfront an einer Tür eines Einbaukühlschranks, mit mindestens zwei zwischen der Rückseite der Möbelfront und der Vorderseite der Tür des Einbaukühlschranks angeordneten Haltebeschlägen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an der Tür des Einbaukühlschranks ein Eis-Wasser-Spender vorgesehen ist, welcher durch eine Aussparung an der Möbelfront betätigbar ist, und dass einer der Haltebeschläge unmittelbar benachbart zum Spender zwischen der Tür und der
Möbelfront angeordnet ist.
2. Anordnung nach Anspruch 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest einer der Haltebeschläge mindestens ein Stellelement zum Justieren der relativen Position der Möbelfront zur Tür des Einbaukühlschranks aufweist.
3. Anordnung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das mindestens eine Stellelement an dem unmittelbar benachbart zum Spender angeordneten Haltebeschlag vorgesehen ist, und dass das Stellelement durch die Aussparung der Möbel- front einstellbar ist
4. Anordnung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an dem Spender mindestens eine Zugangsöffnung zum Einstellen des Stellelementes vorgesehen ist.
5. Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 2, 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Stellelement ein Doppelgewindebolzen mit Mutter ist, wobei das eine Gewinde in den an der Möbelfront oder an der Tür befestigten Haltebeschlag eingeschraubt und durch die Mutter gesichert ist.
6. Anordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der unmittelbar benachbart zum Spender angeordnete Haltebeschlag starr mit der Rückseite der Möbelfront verbunden ist.
7. Anordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Möbelfront aus einem einzigen Paneel gebildet ist, dass die Aussparung eine im Paneel ausgebildete Öffnung ist, durch die der Spender betätigbar ist, und dass der unmittelbar benachbart zum Spender angeordnete Haltebeschlag nahe der Öffnung an der Möbelfront befestigt ist.
8. Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Möbelfront aus zwei zueinander beabstandet angeordnete Paneelen gebildet ist, die die obere und untere Kante der als Öffnung ausgebildeten Aussparung für den Spender begrenzen, dass die seitlichen Kanten der Öffnung durch zwei seitliche Elemente gebildet sind, die die Paneele miteinander verbinden, und dass der unmittelbar benachbart zum Spender angeordnete Haltebeschlag nahe der Öffnung an der Möbelfront befestigt ist.
9. Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Möbelfront aus zwei Paneelen gebildet ist, welche unabhängig voneinander an der Tür des Einbaukühlschrankes zu befestigen sind, dass an der Vorderseite eine zwischen den beiden Paneelen angeordnete Abdeckung vorgesehen ist, welche mit ei- ner Öffnung zum Betätigen des Spenders versehen ist, und dass die Paneele unabhängig voneinander mit jeweils einem Haltebeschlag an der Tür befestigt sind, wobei der Haltebeschlag des unteren Paneels unmittelbar benachbart zum Spender angeordnet ist.
10. Anordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der nahe dem Spender angeordnete Haltebeschlag eine Schiene ist, welche sich annähernd über die gesamte Breite der Möbelfront erstreckt.
