Claims (11)
- Vorrichtung zum Bremsen eines flachen Produktes, insbesondere einer Signatur, des Typs, der aufweist;- eine Stütze (22),- eine Backe zum Bremsen (26) des flachen Produktes (23), die zwischen einer Durchgangsposition des flachen Produktes und einer Bremsposition des flachen Produktes bewegbar ist,- Mittel zum Antreiben (40, 42) der Bremsbacke (26) aus ihrer Durchgangsposition in Richtung zu ihrer Bremsposition,wobei die Antriebsmittel ein exzentrisches Element (40) aufweisen, das drehbar bewegbar ist und mit der Bremsbacke (26) zusammenwirkt, und
wobei die Bremsbacke (26) aufweist: eine Bremsseite (28), die im installierten Zustand in Richtung zu dem abzubremsenden flachen Produkt (23) ausgerichtet ist, und eine Betätigungsseite (30), die entgegengesetzt zu der Bremsseite angeordnet ist, wobei das exzentrische Element (40) mit der Betätigungsseite (30) zusammenwirkt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bremsbacke (26) einen Basiskörper (32) und ein Verschleißelement (36) aufweist, und dass das Verschleißelement (36) mit dem exzentrischen Element (40) in Kontakt ist. - Bremsvorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das exzentrische Element (40) insbesondere zwischen einer Durchgangsposition, die mit der Durchgangsposition der Bremsbacke (26) korrespondiert, und einer Bremsposition, die mit der Bremsposition der Bremsbacke (26) korrespondiert, drehbar bewegbar ist, und dass die Bremsbacke (26) zwischen, ihrer Durchgangsposition und ihrer Bremsposition frei bewegbar ist, wenn das exzentrische Element (40) in seiner Durchgangsposition ist.
- Bremsvorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verschleißelement (36) aus einem weniger harten Material als das exzentrische Element (40) hergestellt ist und insbesondere aus Bronze ist.
- Bremsvorrichtung gemäß irgendeinem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das exzentrische Element (40) aus einem härteren Material als das Verschleißelement (36), zum Beispiel aus Strahl hergestellt ist.
- Bremsvorrichtung gemäß irgendeinem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie Mittel zum Zurückholen der Bremsbacke (26) in Richtung ihrer Durchgangsposition, insbesondere eine Feder (38) aufweist.
- Bremsvorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rückholmittel eine Blattfeder (38) aufweisen, die an der Bremsbacke (26) und an der Stütze (22) befestigt ist.
- Bremsvorrichtung gemäß irgendeinem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie Mittel zum drehbaren Antreiben des exzentrischen Elements (40), insbesondere einen Motor (44) und eine Kardangelenkverbindung (46) aufweist.
- Bremsvorrichtung gemäß irgendeinem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das exzentrische Element (40) um eine Rotationsachse (X-X) drehbar bewegbar ist, wobei das exzentrische Element (40) eine Außenfläche (41) aufweist, die einen Querschnitt in Kreisform hat, dessen Achse bezüglich der Rotationsachse (X-X) versetzt ist.
- Bremsvorrichtung gemäß irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das exzentrische Element (40) ein Nocken ist, der eine Außenfläche (41) mit nicht kreisförmigem Querschnitt hat.
- Faltmaschine, die ausgestattet ist mit einer Winkelfaltvorrichtung, aufweisend einen Falttisch (18), und mit einer Vorrichtung zum Bremsen von zu faltenden flachen Produkten (23), die auf dem Falttisch (18) ankommen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bremsvorrichtung mit einer Bremsvorrichtung gemäß irgendeinem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche ausgestattet ist.
- Faltmaschine gemäß Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bremsvorrichtung (8) Mittel zum Steuern des exzentrischen Elements aufweist, die angepasst sind, um ausschließlich den stromabwärtigen Teil eines zu faltenden flachen Produktes (23) zu bremsen.
