Claims (10)

  1. Vorrichtung zum Verklammern ebener Teile wie etwa Pappzuschnitte, nach der Bauart mit mindestens einem schwenkbaren oder drehbaren Verklammerkopf (1) an einem Gestell (2) und einer Nietplatte (4), die durch eine zur Drehachse (A) des Verklammerkopfes wesentlich senkrechte Längshauptachse (X) bestimmt ist, dessen wirkendes freies Ende (1a) außerdem gegenüber einer Aufnahme eines auf der Nietplatte ausgebildeten Verklammergegenstückes (8 ; 18) gehalten ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Nietplatte (4) feststehend am Gestell (2) angebracht ist und das Verklammergegenstück durch einen beweglichen Amboß (8 ; 18) gebildet ist, bei dem die Bahn der Aufnahme (14, 15 ; 25, 26) mit der Bahn des wirkenden freien Endes (1a) des Verklammerkopfes (1) mindestens zum Teil wesentlich übereinstimmt.
  2. Verklammervorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der bewegliche Amboß die Form eines Plättchens (8) aufweist, das an der Oberfläche (4a) der Nietplatte (4) in Richtung deren Längshauptachse (X) und gegen die Kraft einer Rückstellfeder (16) verschiebbar gelagert ist.
  3. Verklammervorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, mit einem doppelten Verklammerkopf ausgerüstet, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß beide entsprechende Aufnahmen (14, 15 ; 14a, 15a) in Richtung der Längshauptachse (X) der Nietplatte (4) hintereinander im selben verschiebbaren Plättchen (8) eingearbeitet sind.
  4. Verklammervorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der bewegliche Amboß die Form einer kreisförmigen Scheibe (18) aufweist, die an der Oberfläche (4a) der Nietplatte (4) um eine zu deren Längshauptachse (X) wesentlich orthogonale Achse (Y) drehbar gelagert ist.
  5. Verklammervorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Scheibe (18) eine kreisförmige durchgehende Aufnahme (25, 26) aufweist, die um die Drehachse (Y) der Scheibe zentriert ist.
  6. Verklammervorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aufnahme durch zwei konzentrische und angrenzende kreisförmige Nuten (25, 26) gebildet ist.
  7. Verklammervorrichtung nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aufnahme am Umfang der Scheibe (18) eingearbeitet ist.
  8. Verklammervorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Verklammerkopf (1) an einer Seite der Drehachse (Y) der Scheibe (18) positioniert ist, und daß die Scheibe ausgehend vom Verklammerkopf nach unten schräg liegt.
  9. Verklammervorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Amboß (8, 18) oder mindestens sein dem wirkenden freien Ende des Verklammerkopfes gegenüberliegendes Teil aus der Oberfläche (4a) der Nietplatte (4) leicht vorsteht.
  10. Maschine zum Verklammern ebener Teile, insbesondere Pappzuschnitte, mit einer Verklammervorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, verbunden mit Mitteln zum kontinuierlichen Antreiben der zu verklammernden Teile (F), die letztere nacheinander auf und an der Nietplatte (4) in Richtung deren Längshauptachse (X) vorbeiführen können.
