Abstract

Gummituchwaschen bei einem Druckwerk einer Rotationsdruckmaschine, wobei zum zeiteffektiven und kostensparenden Waschen von Gummitüchern, Gummituchplatten (2) oder Gummituchhülsen (2) auf Gummituchdruckzylindern (1) mittels eines Gummituch-Waschgerätes beim Auslaufwaschen mit Papier eine Trennung der Papierbahngeschwindigkeit (V1) von der Umfangsgeschwindigkeit (V2) der Gummituchdruckzylinder (1) realisiert wird. Damit ist es möglich, eine hohe Drehzahl der Gummituchdruckzylinder (1) und damit eine hohe Relativgeschwindigkeit an der Waschstelle bei hohem Wassereinsatz zu realisieren während nur geringe Mengen Papier verbraucht werden.
