Definitions
- the invention relates to sound-absorbing components for a noise barrier according to the preamble of claim 1.
- Plates with a wall thickness of up to 55 mm are known as sound-absorbing elements used in road and rail noise protection systems.
- the plates are inserted at their longitudinal ends in the grooves of double T-beams to areas of 1 to 20 m 2 .
- Seals should be provided between the longitudinal ends of the plates and the double T-beams and adhered to the longitudinal ends of the plates.
- a disadvantage of this prior art is that the seals can come loose from the longitudinal ends of the plates, so that the sound insulation is limited and the double-T-beams are exposed to the hard surfaces of the plates unprotected, which in turn damages the double T-carrier, especially in a possible disassembly of the plates for the replacement of the seals, can lead.
- the US 5,572,847 discloses sound-absorbing components that can be fixed by means of wedges in double-T profiles.
- the wedges lie on the double-T profiles substantially linear and ensure with their support effect on one side of the sound-absorbing components that the opposite side of these sound-absorbing components abut a flange of the double-T profiles.
- Object of the present invention is to provide sound-absorbing components of a noise barrier without the disadvantages of the prior art.
- a sound-absorbing component with a support plate for a noise protection wall, which is insertable on at least one of its ends in a groove of a profile, of which the end is at least on one side flat.
- the profile can be a metallic or concrete carrier.
- the support plate is covered with at least one attachment shell made of sound-deadening material on one or both sides for increased sound absorption.
- the support plate at its at least one end cast sealing elements which project out of the plane of the ends of the support plate for engagement in the groove.
- the firmly cast sealing elements are taken during disassembly of the support plate from the sound-absorbing component, so that the disassembly is simplified.
- the firmly cast sealing elements favor disassembly of the support plate and their reuse, since the sealing elements are not destroyed during disassembly and can be installed again.
- the seals protect the profile reliably against the hard surfaces of the support plates, especially during assembly of the support plates in the profiles.
- the sealing elements are formed band-shaped over the entire height of the ends of a support plate for improved sealing and low pressure.
- the sealing elements are formed on their outwardly facing surface with a polymer fleece coating for improved protection of the profiles from the hard surfaces of the support plates.
- the sealing elements are provided on their inwardly facing surface with long loose fibers which are held in a plastic matrix of the sealing element.
- the long loose fibers improve the retention of the sealing elements in the support plate.
- the sealing elements on their inwardly facing surface dovetailed or grafted be for improved retention of the sealing elements in the support plate.
- a noise barrier is provided of sound absorbing components, which is parallel to the plane of the support plate by means of the profiles next to and mounted together.
- a sound-absorbing component 1 is composed of a support plate 2 made of concrete and (not shown) when installed in a noise protection system to the noise source, profiled facing shell 3 made of expanded glass granules or aerated concrete, which does not cover the support plate 2 completely to their ends.
- Support plate 2 and attachment shell 3 each have approximately the same wall thicknesses of 15 cm, so that the overall result is a wall thickness of the sound-absorbing component 1 of about 30 cm.
- Such a sound-absorbing component 1 weighs about 8.4 to at a length of about 5 m and a height of 3 m.
- Longitudinal ends of the support plate 2 can be used in vertical or double T-beam formed metallic or concrete profiles 6 of the noise protection system.
- On opposite sides of the longitudinal ends of the support plate 2 are substantially over the entire height of the support plate 2 sealing strips 4, 5th poured, which abut the inner sides of the double-T-beam 6.
- a sound-absorbing component 1 is composed of the support plate 2 made of concrete with sealing strips 4, 5 over almost the entire height of 3 m.
- the support plate 2 may also be formed of fiberglass concrete or plastic plates.
- the bottom of a formwork is covered with a layer of a plurality of juxtaposed or directly adjacent plate-shaped expandable glass elements, sealing elements 4, 5 placed in two edge-side grooves of the formwork, so that a part of the sealing element with loose fibers protrudes into the formwork, and poured onto the concrete layer with an adjustable minimum thickness, so that when hardening a firm connection between the support plate 2 and sealing elements 4, 5 is formed and lifted the thus formed sound-absorbing component 1 from the formwork and into the double T- Support 6 of the noise protection system can be lifted.
- a tool 7 which has a seat 8 which is adapted to one end of the profile 6 and provided with acting on the outer enclosure of the profile 6 supporting elements 9 provided on this so that the Groove of the profile 6 remains free.
- Sound-absorbing components 1 can be lifted with a lifting tool on the tool 7 on the end of the profile 6 and lower edges of the sound-absorbing components 1 are deflected during subsequent lowering of the cantilevered guide edge 10 to the groove of the profile 6 for simplified assembly.
- the support elements 9 prevent tilting of the tool 7 on the end of the profile 6 when the sound-absorbing component 1 eccentrically hits the cantilevered guide edge 10.
- the tool 7 can be removed from the end of the profile 6 and placed on the next end of the profile 6, on which a sound-absorbing component 1 is to be used for the production of a noise barrier.

Description

Fig. 1-3 benannt.
