Claims (19)
- Getriebeeinrichtung für ein Kraftfahrzeug, wobei die Einrichtung Folgendes umfasst:eine Geschwindigkeitssteuerung (26, 126), die durch einen Fahrer des Fahrzeugs betätigt werden kann;eine erste Einrichtung (22R, 122R) mit stufenlos variabler Übersetzung, die zwischen den Motor und ein rechtes Fahrzeugrad (20R, 120R) gekoppelt ist und zum Bestimmen einer ersten Antriebsübersetzung dient, bei der das rechte Fahrzeugrad (20R, 120R) durch den Motor angetrieben wird; undeine zweite Einrichtung (22L, 122L) mit stufenlos variabler Übersetzung, die zwischen den Motor und ein linkes Fahrzeugrad (20L, 120L) gekoppelt ist und zum Bestimmen einer zweiten Antriebsübersetzung dient, bei der das linke Fahrzeugrad (20L, 120L) von dem Motor angetrieben wird,wobei beide Einrichtungen (22R, 22L, 122R, 122L) mit stufenlos variabler Übersetzung von dem Typ sind, bei dem ein an die Einrichtung mit stufenlos variabler Übersetzung angelegtes Nutzdrehmoment durch mindestens einen beweglichen Übersetzungssteuerteil (44R, 44L, 144R, 144L, 360) bewirkt wird, dessen Position die Antriebsübersetzung regelt,dadurch gekennzeichnet, dassdie Steuerteile (44R, 44L, 144R, 144L, 360) der ersten und zweiten Einrichtung (22R, 22L, 122R, 122L) mit stufenlos variabler Übersetzung jeweils operativ an die Geschwindigkeitssteuerung (26) gekoppelt sind, so dass die Geschwindigkeitssteuerung (26, 126) eine mittlere Position der beiden Steuerteile (44R, 44L, 144R, 144L, 360) bestimmt,jeder der Steuerteile (44R, 44L, 144R, 144L, 360) sich in Bezug zu der mittleren Position bewegen kann, unter dem Einfluss des Drehmoments, das er bewirkt, unddie Steuerteile (44R, 44L, 144R, 144L, 360) aneinander gekoppelt sind, so dass jegliche Verschiebung eines Steuerteils (44R, 44L, 144R, 144L, 360) aus der mittleren Position von einer entgegen gesetzten Verschiebung des anderen Steuerteils (44R, 44L, 144R, 144L, 360) begleitet wird, so dassder Fahrer durch die Geschwindigkeitssteuerung (26, 126) die gesamte Fahrzeuggeschwindigkeit steuern kann, eine Differenz der ersten und zweiten Antriebsübersetzung jedoch variieren kann, um Differenzen in der Geschwindigkeit der linken und rechten angetriebenen Fahrzeugräder (20R, 20L, 120R, 120L) anzupassen.
- Getriebeeinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, die weiter eine Lenksteuerung (24, 124) aufweist, welche durch den Fahrer betätigt werden kann und welche auf den ersten und zweiten Übersetzungssteuerteil (44R, 44L, 144R, 144L, 360) einwirkt, um ihre Verschiebungen aus der mittleren Position zu beeinflussen.
- Getriebeeinrichtung nach Anspruch 2, bei der sich jeder der Übersetzungssteuerteile (44R, 44L, 144R, 144L, 360) unter dem Einfluss des Drehmoments, das er bewirkt, über einen begrenzten Bereich auf jeder Seite einer Position bewegen kann, die durch die Lenk- und Geschwindigkeitssteuerungen (24,26,124,126) bestimmt wird.
- Getriebeeinrichtung nach Anspruch 2, bei der die Lenksteuerung (24, 124) für jeden Übersetzungssteuerteil eine Zielverschiebung aus der mittleren Position bestimmt, die tatsächliche Verschiebung des Übersetzungssteuerteils (44R, 44L, 144R, 144L, 360) jedoch unter dem Einfluss des Drehmoments, das durch den Steuerteil (44R, 44L, 144R, 144L, 360) bewirkt wird, über einen begrenzten Bereich auf jeder Seite der Zielverschiebung variieren kann.
- Getriebeeinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 5 [sic], bei der die Lenksteuerung (24, 124) durch eine Kopplungseinrichtung, die eine Federung enthält, auf jeden Übersetzungssteuerteil (44R, 44L, 144R, 144L, 360) einwirkt, wodurch die Übersetzungssteuerteile (44R, 44L, 144R, 144L, 360) jeweils in Richtung von Verschiebungen aus der mittleren Position vorgespannt werden, die durch die Lenksteuerung (24, 124) bestimmt wird, diese jedoch unter dem Einfluss der Drehmomente, die sie bewirken, verlassen können.
- Getriebeeinrichtung nach einem vorhergehenden Anspruch, bei der die Übersetzungssteuerteile (44R, 44L, 144R, 144L, 360) aneinander durch einen Hebel (62, 130) gekoppelt sind, der um einen Drehpunkt (64) geschwenkt wird, wobei der Hebel (62) zum Sicherstellen dient, dass eine jegliche Verschiebung eines Übersetzungssteuerteils (44R, 44L, 144R, 144L, 360) aus der mittleren Position von einer gleichen und entgegen gesetzten Verschiebung des anderen begleitet wird.
- Getriebeeinrichtung nach Anspruch 6, bei der die Position des Hebeldrehpunkts (158) mittels der Geschwindigkeitssteuerung zum Bestimmen der mittleren Position bewegt werden kann.
- Getriebeeinrichtung nach Anspruch 6 oder Anspruch 7, bei der die Lenksteuerung auf den Hebel (130) einwirkt, um seine Drehposition zu beeinflussen.
- Getriebeeinrichtung nach Anspruch 8, bei der die Lenksteuerung an den Hebel (130) durch einen Mechanismus gekoppelt ist, der eine Federung enthält.
- Getriebeeinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 9, bei der die Lenksteuerung operativ an mindestens ein gelenktes Fahrzeugrad (120R, 120L) gekoppelt ist.
- Getriebeeinrichtung nach Anspruch 10, bei der die Geschwindigkeiten der angetriebenen Falirzeugräder variieren können, um einen durch das gelenkte Fahrzeugrad (120R, 120L) vorgegebenen Fahrzeugdrehradius anzupassen.
- Getriebeeinrichtung nach einem vorhergehenden Anspruch, bei der beide Einrichtungen (22R, 22L, 122R, 122L) mit stufenlos variabler Übersetzung vom Laufring-Reibrollentyp sind.
- Getriebe nach einem vorhergehenden Anspruch, bei dem beide Einrichtungen (22R, 22L, 122R, 122L) mit stufenlos variabler Übersetzung ein Paar von Laufringen (310, 312), die zur Rotation um eine gemeinsame Achse angebracht sind und sich gegenüberliegende, geformte Oberflächen haben, die zusammen einen im Wesentlichen ringförmigen Hohlraum begrenzen, und mindestens eine Rolle (314, 316) aufweisen, die auf den geformten Oberflächen der Laufringe läuft, um Antrieb von einem zu dem anderen zu übertragen.
- Getriebe nach Anspruch 13, bei dem die Rolle mit Fassungen (340) versehen ist, die ihr Bewegung am Umfang um die gemeinsame Achse ermöglichen.
- Getriebe nach Anspruch 14, bei dem der Übersetzungssteuerteil (44R, 44L, 144R, 144L, 360) der Einrichtung mit stufenlos variabler Übersetzung auf die Rolle (314, 316) einwirkt, um ihre Umfangsposition zu bestimmen.
- Getriebe nach Anspruch 15, bei dem der Übersetzungssteuerteil der Einrichtung mit stufenlos variabler Übersetzung ein Übersetzungssteuerhebel (360) ist, der an die Rolle (314, 316) gekoppelt ist und zur Rotation um einen Drehpunkt angebracht ist.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 13 bis 16, die weiter eine von einem Benutzer zu bedienende Geschwindigkeitssteuerung aufweist, welche operativ an die Übersetzungssteuerteile (360) beider Einrichtungen mit stufenlos variabler Übersetzung gekoppelt ist.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 17, bei der die Geschwindigkeitssteuerung eine mittlere Position der beiden Übersetzungssteuerteile (360) vorschreibt.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 17, bei der die Geschwindigkeitssteuerung einen Durchschnitt der beiden stufenlos variablen Antriebsübersetzungen vorschreibt.
