Claims (35)

  1. Ofen (10), enthaltend:
    einen Rahmen (12), der eine Aussparung (14) begrenzt, die über eine Frontöffnung (16) zugänglich ist, und
    eine Tür (18), die an dem Rahmen (12) derart angebracht ist, dass sie wenigstens eine geschlossene Stellung der Frontöffnung und wenigstens eine geöffnete Stellung einnehmen kann, in der die Frontöffnung von außen zugänglich ist,
    wobei die Tür (18) wenigstens ein Außenpaneel (22) und wenigstens ein Innenpaneel (24) enthält, die einen Zwischenraum (28) bilden,
    wobei er Beleuchtungseinrichtungen (30) enthält, die sich im Inneren der Tür (18) zwischen dem Außenpaneel (22) und dem Innenpaneel (24) befinden,
    wobei die Beleuchtungseinrichtungen (30) dazu eingerichtet sind, wenigstens einen Lichtstrahl zu erzeugen, der auf einen beleuchteten Bereich im Inneren der Aussparung (14) in wenigstens einer Stellung der Tür (18) fokussiert ist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Beleuchtungseinrichtungen (30) Geschlossentür-Beleuchtungselemente (32) und Offentür-Beleuchtungselemente (44) enthalten, wobei der Ofen (10) weiterhin Einrichtungen enthält, die zwischen den Geschlossentür-Beleuchtungselementen (32) und den Offentür-Beleuchtungselementen (34) oder umgekehrt als eine Funktion der geschlossenen oder geöffneten Stellung der Tür (18) umschalten.
  2. Ofen nach Anspruch 1, bei dem die Geschlossentür-Beleuchtungselemente (32) auf wenigstens einer Seite der Tür (18) angeordnet und auf dieser Seite wesentlich beabstandet sind, wobei die Geschlossentür-Beleuchtungselemente (32) dazu eingerichtet sind, einen Lichtstrahl zu erzeugen, der auf das Innere der Aussparung (14) wenigstens in einer geschlossenen Stellung der Tür (18) gerichtet ist.
  3. Ofen nach Anspruch 2, bei dem die Geschlossentür-Beleuchtungselemente (32) auf gegenüberliegenden Seiten der Tür (18) derart angeordnet sind, dass sie zwei Gruppen bilden, deren Lichtstrahlen sich einander kreuzen, wodurch ein stark beleuchteter Bereich erzeugt wird, der sich in der Mitte der Aussparung (14) befindet.
  4. Ofen nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, bei dem die Geschlossentür-Beleuchtungselemente (32) an einer Haltestruktur (34) angebracht sind, die einen Abschnitt (36) zum Koppeln mit der Tür (18) enthält, und die Haltestruktur (34) einen angewinkelten Abschnitt aufweist, dessen erste Seite (34a) den Kopplungsabschnitt (36) bildet und dessen zweite Seite (34b) einen eigentlichen Halteabschnitt für die Geschlossentür-Beleuchtungselemente (32) bildet.
  5. Ofen nach Anspruch 4, bei dem der Kopplungsabschnitt (36) entweder zu dem wenigstens einen Außenpaneel (22) oder dem Innenpaneel (24) der Tür (18) parallel angeordnet ist.
  6. Ofen nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, bei dem die erste (34a) und die zweite (34b) Seite der Haltestruktur (34) ein Gehäuse (38) für eine Versorgungseinrichtung (40) der Geschlossentür-Beleuchtungselemente (32) bilden.
  7. Ofen nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 6, enthaltend eine Zündsteuereinrichtung (C) für die Geschlossentür-Beleuchtungselemente (32), wobei die Zündsteuereinrichtung (C) dazu eingerichtet ist, die Geschlossentür-Beleuchtungselemente (32) abzuschalten, wenn die Tür (18) geöffnet ist, und diese während des Schließvorgangs der Tür (18) bei Überschreiten einer bestimmten Zwischenstellung einzuschalten.
  8. Ofen nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei dem die Offentür-Beleuchtungselemente (44) im Inneren der Tür (18) zwischen dem wenigstens einen Außenpaneel (22) und dem wenigstens einen Innenpaneel (24) angeordnet sind, wobei die Offentür-Beleuchtungselemente (44) dazu eingerichtet sind, einen Lichtstrahl zu erzeugen, der auf das Innere der Aussparung (14) in wenigstens einer geöffneten Stellung der Tür (18) gerichtet ist.
  9. Ofen nach Anspruch 8, bei dem die Offentür-Beleuchtungselemente (44) auf einer Seite der Tür (18) vorzugsweise an dem Teil angeordnet sind, der dem Rahmen (12) des Ofens (10) nächstgelegen ist.
  10. Ofen nach Anspruch 9, bei dem wenigstens ein Offentür-Beleuchtungselement (44) auf einer Seite der Tür (18) angeordnet ist und wenigstens ein Offentür-Beleuchtungselement (44) auf einer gegenüberliegenden Seite der Tür (18) angeordnet ist, wobei die Offentür-Beleuchtungselemente (44) derart angeordnet sind, dass sie Lichtstrahlen erzeugen, die auf das Mittlere der Aussparung (14) gerichtet sind.
  11. Ofen nach Anspruch 9, bei dem die Offentür-Beleuchtungselemente (44), die auf gegenüberliegenden Seiten der Tür (18) angeordnet sind, derart angeordnet sind, dass sie sich schneidende Lichtstrahlen erzeugen, um einen stark beleuchteten Bereich auszubilden, der sich im wesentlichen im Zentrum der Aussparung (14) befindet.
  12. Ofen nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 11, bei dem die Offentür-Beleuchtungselemente (44) an einer Haltestruktur (46) angebracht sind, die einen Abschnitt (48) zum Koppeln mit der Tür (18) enthält, wobei die Haltestruktur (46) einen angewinkelten Abschnitt aufweist, dessen erste Seite (46a) den Kopplungsabschnitt (48) bildet und dessen zweite Seite (46b) den eigentlichen Halteabschnitt für die Beleuchtungselemente (44) bildet.
  13. Ofen nach Anspruch 12, bei dem der Kopplungsabschnitt (48) parallel entweder zum Außenpaneel (22) oder zum Innenpaneel (24) der Tür (18) angeordnet ist.
  14. Ofen nach Anspruch 12 oder 13, bei dem die erste (46a) und die zweite (46b) Seite der Haltestruktur (46) ein Gehäuse (50) für die Versorgungseinrichtung der Beleuchtungselemente (44) bilden.
  15. Ofen nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 14, enthaltend eine Zündsteuereinrichtung (C) für die Offentür-Beleuchtungselemente (44), wobei die Zündsteuereinrichtung (C) dazu eingerichtet ist, die Offentür-Beleuchtungselemente (44) abzuschalten, wenn die Tür (18) geschlossen ist, und diese während eines Öffnungsschrittes der Tür (18) bei Überschreiten einer bestimmten Zwischenstellung einzuschalten.
  16. Ofen nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei dem die Beleuchtungseinrichtungen im innersten Abschnitt des Ofens (10) in der Nähe des wenigstens einen Innenpaneels (24) angeordnet sind.
  17. Ofen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 15, bei dem die Beleuchtungseinrichtungen im äußersten Abschnitt des Ofens (10) in der Nähe des wenigstens einen Außenpaneels (22) angeordnet sind.
  18. Ofen nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, enthaltend wenigstens ein weiteres Paneel (42), das im Inneren der Tür (18) zwischen dem wenigstens einen Außenpaneel (22) und dem wenigstens einen Innenpaneel (24) angeordnet ist, wobei die Beleuchtungseinrichtungen im äußersten Abschnitt der Tür (18) in der Nähe des wenigstens einen Außenpaneels (22) angeordnet sind.
  19. Ofen nach Anspruch 18, bei dem die Beleuchtungseinrichtungen derart angeordnet sind, dass der von ihnen erzeugte Lichtstrahl das wenigstens eine weitere Paneel (42) neben dem wenigstens einen Innenpaneel (24) durchläuft.
  20. Ofen nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei dem die Beleuchtungseinrichtungen wenigstens eine LED enthalten.
  21. Ofen nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei dem die Beleuchtungseinrichtungen dazu eingerichtet sind, unterschiedlich farbige Lichtstrahlen zu erzeugen, wobei der Ofen (10) weiterhin eine Steuereinheit (43) für die Färbung der Beleuchtungseinrichtungen enthält, die als Funktion der Temperatur, die im inneren der Aussparung (14) erreicht wird, und/oder der eingestellten Backfunktion arbeitet.
  22. Ofen nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Ofen (10) weiterhin eine getrennte Haltestruktur (52) enthält, die dazu eingerichtet ist, sowohl die Geschlossentür-Beleuchtungselemente (32) als auch die Offentür-Beleuchtungselemente (44) aufzunehmen.
  23. Ofen nach Anspruch 22, bei dem die getrennte Haltestruktur (52) einen Abschnitt (54) zum Koppeln mit der Tür (18) enthält, wobei die Haltestruktur (52) einen angewinkelten Abschnitt aufweist, dessen erste Seite den Kopplungsabschnitt (54) bildet und dessen zweite Seite einen Halteabschnitt (56) für die Geschlossentür-Beleuchtungselemente (32) bildet.
  24. Ofen nach Anspruch 23, bei dem die getrennte Haltestruktur (52) einen Halteabschnitt (58) für die Offentür-Beleuchtungselemente (44) enthält.
  25. Ofen nach Anspruch 23 oder 24, bei dem die getrennte Haltestruktur (52) einen Vorsprung (60) enthält, der zwischen den Geschlossentür-Beleuchtungselementen (32) und den Offentür-Beleuchtungselementen (44) derart angeordnet ist, dass der Lichtstrahl, der von dem wenigstens einen Offentür-Beleuchtungselement (44) erzeugt wird, zu Mitte der Aussparung (14) geleitet wird.
  26. Ofen nach Anspruch 25, bei dem der Vorsprung (60) relativ zu dem Kopplungsabschnitt (54) derart geneigt ist, dass der Lichtstrahl, der von den Offentür-Beleuchtungselementen (44) erzeugt wird, im wesentlichen zum Zentrum der Aussparung (14) geleitet wird.
  27. Ofen nach einem der Ansprüche 22 bis 26, bei dem die erste und die zweite Seite der getrennten Haltestruktur (52) ein Gehäuse für die Versorgungseinrichtung der Beleuchtungselemente (32, 44) bilden.
  28. Ofen nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei dem die Beleuchtungseinrichtungen hinter einer Außenabschirmung (62) angeordnet sind, die an dem Rand des wenigstens einen Außenpaneels (22) angebracht ist und ein Außenfenster (64) ausbildet, das einen Blick in die Aussparung (14) gestattet.
  29. Ofen nach Anspruch 28, bei dem die Beleuchtungseinrichtungen derart angeordnet sind, dass ein Hauptteil des von ihnen erzeugten Lichtstrahls eine Innenabschirmung (66) durchläuft, die an dem Rand des wenigstens einen Innenpaneels (24) der Tür (18) angebracht ist.
  30. Ofen nach Anspruch 29, bei dem die Außenabschirmung (64) eine größere Ausdehnung als die der Innenabschirmung (66) hat, wobei die Beleuchtungseinrichtungen hinter einem überstehenden Abschnitt der Außenabschirmung (64) im Bezug auf die Innenabschirmung (66) angebracht sind.
  31. Ofen nach Anspruch 7, bei dem die Steuereinrichtung (C) einen Mikroschalter enthält, der auf der Vorderseite der Tür (18) angebracht ist.
  32. Ofen nach Anspruch 21, bei dem die Beleuchtungseinrichtungen Einrichtungen zur chromatischen Kompensation des Lichtes enthalten, das zum Benutzer durch die Tür (18) reflektiert wird, um so ein naturgetreues Bild des Gerichtes im Ofen (10) selbst dann zu erzeugen, wenn farbige Paneele der Tür (18) vorgesehen sind.
  33. Ofen nach Anspruch 32, bei dem die Beleuchtungseinrichtungen LEDs enthalten, die ein bestimmtes Licht emittieren, das dazu eingerichtet ist, die Kompensation auszuführen, wobei die LEDs wählbar sind, um für die Kompensation zu sorgen.
  34. Ofen nach Anspruch 33, bei dem die Beleuchtungseinrichtungen LEDs roter, grüner bzw. blauer Farbe enthalten, die wählbar sind, um die chromatische Kompensation über die Einstellung und Modulation von RGB-Licht zu erzielen.
  35. Ofen nach Anspruch 33, bei dem die Beleuchtungseinrichtungen wenigstens eine LED enthalten, wobei das RGB-Licht moduliert werden kann und die LED wählbar ist, um die chromatische Kompensation über die Einstellung und Modulation des RGB-Lichtes zu erreichen.
