Definitions
- the invention relates to a device for explosive drilling by means of explosive capsules with a firing device for firing the explosive capsules on a material to be abraded according to the preamble of claim 1.
- the invention further relates to a method for explosive drilling according to the preamble of claim 10.
- the invention has for its object to provide a device and a method for explosive drilling, with which a safe and economical use of explosion drilling in a variety of applications is possible.
- the device according to the invention for explosion drilling is characterized in that at least one container with liquid oxygen and at least one container with at least one fuel component are provided, that for the formation of the explosive capsules a connecting device for combining the fuel components and the liquid oxygen is arranged and that a feeding device for supplying the formed explosive capsules is provided for Abschuss nails.
- a basic idea of the invention is to produce the explosion capsules for explosive drilling only directly before use directly on the device.
- components are used for the production of the explosive capsules, which are virtually harmless in themselves, in particular do not count as explosives and fall under legal restrictions.
- liquid oxygen explosives in particular are suitable for this purpose.
- Liquid oxygen explosives have been known for many decades.
- the kyrogenic liquid oxygen is a particularly strong oxidizing agent, which leads with appropriate mixing even with weakly reactive fuels to an explosive reaction.
- a liquid oxygen explosive containing wood powder as fuel is known.
- fuel however, other carbonaceous, hydrocarbon-containing, other organic compounds and even metal powder and other substances can be used, which have a sufficient exothermic reaction enthalpy when reacted with oxygen.
- a mixing of these fuels, which are present in particular in a solid, preferably pulverulent or free-flowing state, with liquid oxygen leads to a nearly optimal spatial arrangement of the reactants, so that a rapid combustion and thus a detonative reaction takes place.
- fuels based on hydrocarbon molecules are used according to the invention, which are free of any safety-related restrictions in any amount transportable and storable.
- liquid oxygen is a widespread technical gas, which is used extensively in welding technology, for example, and can be obtained easily from existing distribution systems.
- liquid oxygen explosives according to the invention for safe use in explosive drilling still has the additional advantage that such explosives maintain their explosive properties under ambient conditions only for a very short time, for example from a few seconds to a few minutes. Because the kyrogene liquid oxygen evaporates very quickly, so that the remaining fuel component resumes its normal non-hazardous state. In particular, the fuel component is also environmentally friendly, so that even with an unintended non-detonation in the soil no hazardous substance remains, both in terms of explosive properties as well as environmental compatibility.
- the explosive capsules are produced in the machine according to the invention, which are then fired directly via a feeder on the material to be crushed, in particular rock.
- the fuel component in the connecting device, is prefabricated as a shaped body or moldable into moldings, wherein the fuel component is miscible with the liquid oxygen before or after the molding.
- the fuel component which is preferably in powder or granule form, for example, by sintering or pressing to a desired shape. This may in particular be cylindrical or substantially spherical, but special shapes, such as to form a shaped charge, are possible.
- the explosive capsule thus prepared can then be supplied immediately to the firing device, with which the explosive capsules can then be fired at defined state and energy on the rock to be removed.
- the explosive capsules can also be accelerated exclusively by gravity, so that the firing device merely comprises a release or release of the explosive capsules.
- a further preferred embodiment of the invention is that to the connecting device enveloping body, prefabricated capsules with fuel and / or ignition elements be fed to form the explosive capsules.
- the fuel components are not inherently dimensionally stable, the components can also be filled into an enveloping body, for example of cardboard or metal.
- These enveloping bodies serve as geometrical shapers for the explosive charge.
- a desired increase in the detonation effect can still be set.
- the bodies which consist of the explosive charges filled in the enveloping or shaped bodies are also referred to as explosive capsules.
- the explosive capsule can explode due to the impact, pressure or impact energy when hitting the rock to be smashed.
- an ignition device in the capsule, such as a conventional impact fuse.
- a dynamic mass inertia can be provided which triggers the detonation at the moment of impact or and preferably amplifies the detonative effect in the forward direction.
- a tubular drill body in the lower end region of which at least one mouth of the firing device is arranged. This allows the most accurate application of the explosive capsules on the material to be removed. There may be a central mouth or a plurality of orifices spaced from the drilling axis. Further, it is possible to provide a drill head with a rotatable or pivotable mouth.
- a directional or drilling course control can take place in that, depending on the angle of rotation of the drill head, preferably that area of the working face into which the bore is to be deflected is bombarded.
- the launching mouth can be arranged eccentrically to the drilling axis.
- an adjusting device may be provided for adjusting the mouth.
- a gas nozzle arrangement is formed in the region of the mouth.
- the nozzle assembly may be an annular nozzle assembly around the orifice. This can help stabilize the trajectory of the flight Explosive capsule serve, wherein the trajectory may be a length of a few centimeters to a few meters.
- a space for the explosive capsule in the suspension can be created.
- a particularly good removal rate is achieved by the fact that in the lower end region of the drill body Abtragsorgane, in particular cutting teeth and / or roller bits are arranged. Smashed or only partially dissolved rock material can be worked off with these removal organs. The combination of the explosive smashing and the working off of the rock by means of removal organs leads to a dimensionally accurate bore wall.
- a discharge device in particular a drilling screw, is arranged for conveying away the material to be crushed.
- the auger can be arranged helically around the tubular drill body, which is rotationally driven via a rotary drive.
- the discharge device may also comprise a supply of air, so that removed soil material can be conveyed out of the borehole in the air lifting method.
- the firing device can comprise a mechanical, electromechanical or even an explosion system.
- the Abschuss shark has a pneumatic or hydraulic conveyor.
- the conveyor can be connected to a compressed air supply, through which a compressed air flow can be generated.
- explosive capsules can be pneumatically accelerated and conveyed individually or continuously, for example in a tube. They are fired at a defined kinetic energy and a defined direction on the material to be removed.
- the method according to the invention for explosive drilling is characterized in that an explosive with liquid oxygen is used. This results in the explosion drilling the advantages described above in terms of safety and good environmental performance.
- a particularly high level of security is achieved according to the invention by the fact that explosive capsules immediately before a supply to a launching device of at least a fuel and the liquid oxygen are formed and that the explosive capsules are fired with the launcher on a material to be removed in order to explode on and smash the material.
- the explosive is produced as needed only immediately before a launch, so that no storage of large quantities of the explosive in its explosive state is required.
- a very good removal rate is inventively achieved in that the explosive capsule is fired at a frequency of 0.1 Hz to 500 Hz. Depending on the firing frequency, it is thus possible to use relatively small explosive capsules with a few grams of explosive which, taken in isolation, represent only a very small risk potential. As a result, the simple and safe use of the explosion drill according to the invention is further increased.
- Fig. 1 shows an inventive device 10 for explosive drilling with a carrier device 11, in the rear region of a vertically oriented mast 15 is arranged.
- a tubular drill body 12 can be moved vertically via a rotary drive 16 to absolutelyteufen a hole in the ground.
- a drill screw 14 is disposed on the outside of the drill body 12, wherein the drill body 12 is arranged with the auger 14 in turn in a cladding tube 17 for performing a cased boring.
- the auger 14 can be removed from the borehole abraded soil and rock material.
- a connecting device 30 is arranged for the production of explosive capsules.
- the connector 30 if the solid fuel is not preformed, it is shaped or configured into the desired capsule shape, which is then saturated with the liquid oxygen. As a result, the explosive capsule is made sharp, that is, only at this time the capsule gets its explosive property.
- a cooling device may be provided to prevent too rapid volatilization of the kyrogenic liquid oxygen in the connection device 30.
- the explosive capsule thus prepared is supplied to a launcher 20, which is operated by means of a pneumatic conveyor 22 with a separate compressor and a pressure line with compressed air.
- the launcher 20 shoots with a clock of about 1 Hz explosive capsules through the tubular drill body 12 down to the bottom of the well to solve there further soil and rock material.
- the rotationally driven drill body 12 is connected via a rotary coupling 26 with the stationary Abschuss pain 20.
- the explosive capsules 50 can be seen, which are produced in the connecting device 30.
- the explosive capsules 50 of the launcher 20 are supplied, which has an annular channel 23 which is connected to the compressed air supply line.
- Compressed air can be selectively introduced annularly into the drill body 12 via nozzle openings 25 so as to shoot off the explosive capsules 50 in a predetermined cycle with defined kinetic energy from the mouth 24 of the drill body 12 to the rock material to be crushed.
- the shattered material can via a Bohrschnecke 14 in cooperation with intersecting tooth-shaped Abtragsorganen 13 are conveyed away at the bottom of the auger 14 upwards.
- Fig. 3 illustrates that the explosive capsules from the liquid oxygen (LOX) and a powder and / or granular fuel produced by mixing together. Only the connection of the fuel with the liquid oxygen leads to the highly explosive property of the explosive capsules. These are fed directly to the launcher, with which the explosive capsules are then fired at the rock to be smashed. Due to the high volatility of the liquid oxygen, the explosive capsules are only explosive for a very short period of time, increasing the safety of explosion drilling. Accordingly, the produced explosive capsules without substantial stocking down directly by the launching device on the rock and thus to consume.

Abstract
Description
US 3,516,502 oder derUS 3,605,918 .
- Fig. 1
- eine schematische Anordnung bei einer erfindungsgemäßen Vorrichtung zum Explosionsbohren;
- Fig. 2
- eine schematische Teilquerschnittsansicht einer erfindungsgemäßen Vorrichtung; und

-
