Claims (27)
- Zylinderkopf- und Motorblockanordnung für einen Motor mit variablem Verdichtungsverhältnis, der in seinem Motorblock ein Zylindergehäuse (100) enthält, wobei eine Übertragungsvorrichtung (1), die durch wenigstens einen Kolben (2) eines Übertragungsorgans (3) gebildet ist, einerseits mit einer Drehführungsvorrichtung (4) und andererseits mit einem Zahnrad (5) zusammenwirkt, wobei das Zahnrad (5) mit dem Übertragungsorgan (3) und mit einer Steuerzahnstange (7) zusammenwirkt, deren vertikale Position durch eine Steuervorrichtung (12) gesteuert wird, die einen Stellhubelement (8) und einen Hubelementkolben (13) enthält, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie einen gemeinsamen Zylinderkopf (300) aufweist, der mit dem Zylindergehäuse (100) zusammenwirkt, um einerseits das Ende wenigstens eines Zylinders (110) des Motors auf Höhe seiner Verbrennungskammer (302) zu verschließen und um andererseits das Ende wenigstens eines Zylinders (112) eines Stellhubelements (8) des Motors auf Höhe der oberen Kammer (121) des Hubelements zu verschließen, wobei das Gehäuse (100) und der Zylinderkopf (300) jeweils Anschläge aufweisen, die mit anderen Anschlägen zusammenwirken, die mit der Steuerzahnstange (7) fest verbunden sind, um die Grenzen der oberen Position und der unteren Position der Steuerzahnstange festzulegen, wobei die Anschläge, die auf Seiten der Steuerzahnstange (7) vorgesehen sind, aus einem nachgiebigen Material gebildet sind, das die obere bzw. die untere Fläche des Hubelementkolbens (13) abdeckt.
- Zylinderkopf- und Motorblockanordnung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der gemeinsame Zylinderkopf (300) eine einzige Dichtungsebene (301) besitzt, die mit einer einzigen Dichtungsebene (190) zusammenwirkt, die das Zylindergehäuse (100) besitzt, wobei die Dichtungsebenen mit wenigstens einer Dichtung (305) zusammenwirken, die die Herstellung der Dichtigkeit zwischen dem gemeinsamen Zylinderkopf (300) und dem Zylindergehäuse (100) herstellt.
- Zylinderkopf- und Motorblockanordnung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der gemeinsame Zylinderkopf (300) wenigstens eine Verbrennungskammer (302), wenigstens eine Zündvorrichtung und wenigstens zwei Ventile und ihre Vorrichtung, die ihr Öffnen und ihr Schließen sicherstellt, enthält.
- Zylinderkopf- und Motorblockanordnung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der gemeinsame Zylinderkopf (300) eine erste Kammer (184), die am Ende des oberen Stifts (10) des Hubelements oder der Hubelemente (8) des Motors ausgebildet ist, enthält, wobei die Kammer (184) mit einem Einlass für mit Druck beaufschlagtes Öl verbunden ist.
- Zylinderkopf- und Motorblockanordnung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der gemeinsame Zylinderkopf (300) eine zweite Kammer (186) aufweist, die am Ende des Steuerstifts (20) des Hubelements oder der Hubelemente (8) des Motors ausgebildet ist, wobei die Kammer mit einem Einlass für mit Druck beaufschlagtes Öl verbunden ist.
- Zylinderkopf- und Motorblockanordnung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zweite Kammer (186), die am Ende des Steuerstifts (20) ausgebildet ist, eine Feder enthält, die auf den Steuerstift (20) einen Schub ausübt, indem sie sich einerseits auf dem Boden der Kammer und andererseits am Ende des Steuerstifts abstützt.
- Zylinderkopf- und Motorblockanordnung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der gemeinsame Zylinderkopf (300) Kanäle aufweist, die in seiner Masse ausgebildet sind und die ersten Kammern (184), die am Ende des oberen Stifts (10) jedes Hubelements (8) ausgebildet sind, miteinander verbindet.
- Zylinderkopf- und Motorblockanordnung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der gemeinsame Zylinderkopf (300) Kanäle aufweist, die in seiner Masse ausgebildet sind und die zweiten Kammern (186), die am Ende der Steuerstifte (20) jedes Hubelements (8) ausgebildet sind, miteinander verbindet.
- Zylinderkopf- und Motorblockanordnung nach den Ansprüchen 4 und 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der gemeinsame Zylinderkopf (300) Kanäle aufweist, die in seiner Masse ausgebildet sind und die erste(n) Kammer(n) (184), die am Ende des oberen Stifts (10) jedes Hubelements (8) ausgebildet ist (sind), mit der bzw. den zweiten Kammer(n) (186), die am Ende der Steuerstifte (20) jedes Stellzylinders (8) ausgebildet ist (sind), verbinden.
- Zylinderkopf- und Motorblockanordnung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der gemeinsame Zylinderkopf (300) Mittel aufweist, um die Peripherieorgane, die einerseits für den Betrieb des Motors und des Fahrzeugs und andererseits für die Befestigung des Motors am Fahrzeug notwendig sind, enthält.
- Zylinderkopf- und Motorblockanordnung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Zylindergehäuse (100) eine Steuernockenwelle (803) aufweist, die unter dem Hubelement oder den Hubelementen (8) des Motors und oberhalb einer Steuerzahnstange bzw. der Steuerzahnstangen (7) des Motors angeordnet ist, wobei sich der Steuerstift bzw. die Steuerstifte (20) des Motors auf der Nockenwelle abstützt bzw. abstützen.
- Zylinderkopf- und Motorblockanordnung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Steuernockenwelle (803) in Lager (191) eingesetzt ist, in denen sie sich drehen kann.
- Zylinderkopf- und Motorblockanordnung nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Radius wenigstens einen Lagers (191), in dem sich die Steuernockenwelle (803) dreht, größer ist als der größte Radius der Nocken (804) der Nockenwelle.
- Zylinderkopf- und Motorblockanordnung nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Lager (191), in denen sich die Steuernockenwelle (803) dreht, unterschiedliche Durchmesser haben, um die Montage der Nockenwelle zu erleichtern.
- Zylinderkopf- und Motorblockanordnung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Steuernockenwelle (803) eine Drehrückstellfeder (805) aufweist.
- Zylinderkopf- und Motorblockanordnung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Steuernockenwelle (803) Zwischenübertragungsmittel (806) aufweist, die mit einem Elektromotor (802) gekoppelt werden können, der die Nockenwelle rotatorisch antreiben kann.
- Zylinderkopf- und Motorblockanordnung nach den Ansprüchen 1, 6 und 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Zylindergehäuse (100) wenigstens einen Kipphebel (813) aufweist, der für den Steuerstift (20) eine von der Winkelstellung der Nockenwelle (803) abhängende vertikale Position einstellt und an dessen Ende sich der Steuerstift (20) abstützt, wobei der Stift mit dem Ende des Kipphebels (803) durch eine Feder, die sich in der am Ende des Stifts ausgebildeten Kammer (186) befindet, und/oder durch den Hydraulikdruck, der in der Kammer herrscht, in Kontakt gehalten wird.
- Zylinderkopf- und Motorblockanordnung nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich der Kipphebel (813) einerseits am Zylindergehäuse (100) und andererseits an einem der Nocken (804) der Nockenwelle (803) abstützt.
- Zylinderkopf- und Motorblockanordnung nach Anspruch 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich der Kipphebel (813) am Zylindergehäuse (100) über eine Verbindung (814) abstützt, deren vertikale Position in Bezug auf das Zylindergehäuse (100) mittels einer Einstellvorrichtung (816) eingestellt werden kann.
- Zylinderkopf- und Motorblockanordnung nach Anspruch 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einstellvorrichtung (816), die die Einstellung der vertikalen Position der Verbindung zwischen dem Kipphebel und dem Zylindergehäuse (100) ermöglicht, aus einem Träger gebildet ist, der in das Zylindergehäuse geschraubt ist und durch ein Haltemittel drehfest gehalten wird.
- Zylinderkopf- und Motorblockanordnung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anschläge, die die Grenzen der oberen Position und der unteren Position der Steuerzahnstange (7) festlegen, auf Seiten der Steuerzahnstange aus einem nachgiebigen Material gebildet sind, das die obere bzw. die untere Fläche des Hubelementkolbens (13), der mit der Zahnstange fest verbunden ist, abdeckt, wobei das nachgiebige Material entweder mit dem gemeinsamen Zylinderkopf (300) in Kontakt treten kann, um dadurch die Grenze der oberen Position der Steuerzahnstange (7) festzulegen, oder mit dem Zylindergehäuse (100) in Kontakt treten kann, um dadurch die Grenze der unteren Position der Zahnstange festzulegen.
- Zylinderkopf- und Motorblockanordnung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Zylindergehäuse (100) wenigstens ein rechteckiges Fenster (192) aufweist, das durch eine rechteckige Platte verschlossen ist, die am Zylindergehäuse durch Schrauben befestigt ist und den Träger einer Drehvorrichtung (4) des Motors bildet.
- Zylinderkopf- und Motorblockanordnung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Zylindergehäuse (100) Mittel zum Befestigen der Peripherieorgane aufweist, die einerseits für den Betrieb des Motors und des Fahrzeugs und andererseits für die Befestigung des Motors am Fahrzeug notwendig sind.
- Zylinderkopf- und Motorblockanordnung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass durch die Dichtung (305), die zwischen dem gemeinsamen Zylinderkopf (300) und dem Zylindergehäuse (100) angeordnet ist, wenigstens ein Kanal verläuft, der den Durchgang von mit Druck beaufschlagtem Schmieröl des Motors zwischen dem Zylindergehäuse und dem gemeinsamen Zylinderkopf sicherstellt.
- Zylinderkopf- und Motorblockanordnung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass durch die Dichtung (305), die zwischen dem gemeinsamen Zylinderkopf (300) und dem Zylindergehäuse (100) angeordnet ist, wenigstens ein Kanal verläuft, der dem Öl, das die Schmierung der mechanischen Teile des gemeinsamen Zylinderkopfs (300) sichergestellt hat, ermöglicht, durch Schwerkraft in dem Zylindergehäuse (100) abzusinken.
- Zylinderkopf- und Motorblockanordnung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass durch die Dichtung (305), die zwischen dem gemeinsamen Zylinderkopf (300) und dem Zylindergehäuse (100) angeordnet ist, wenigstens ein Kanal verläuft, der den "Blowby"-Gasen, die im Zylindergehäuse (100) vorhanden sind, ermöglicht, zum gemeinsamen Zylinderkopf (300) aufzusteigen.
- Zylinderkopf- und Motorblockanordnung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass durch die Dichtung (305), die zwischen dem gemeinsamen Zylinderkopf (300) und dem Zylindergehäuse (100) angeordnet ist, wenigstens ein Kanal verläuft, der dem Kühlungsfluid des Motors ermöglicht, zwischen den Wasserkammern (303) des Zylindergehäuses (100) und den Wasserkammern (304) des gemeinsamen Zylinderkopfs (300) zu zirkulieren.
