Claims (3)

  1. Eine Waschmaschine (1), in der die Waschschritte, wie das Waschen, Schleudern und Spülen, in Abhängigkeit der Wahl des Benutzers in vorbestimmten Zeitintervallen ausgeführt werden, umfasst eine Trommel (2), welches sich während des Hauptwaschrvorgangs bei einer Geschwindigkeit (V1) für ein Laufzeitverhältnis (R1) bewegt, eine Wanne (3), in der sich die Trommel (2) bewegt, einen Motor (4), der die Trommel antreibt, eine Entleerungspumpe (5), welches das Waschwasser nach dem Abschluss des Waschvorgangs außerhalb der Waschmaschine (1) auslässt und einen Schuamniveausensor (6), der den Schaumpegel innerhalb der Trommel (2) erfasst, wobei der Pegel, der durch den Schaumniveausensor (6) erfasst wird, während dem Schleudervorgang gebildete Schaum einen vorbestimmten maximal Schaumpegel überschreitet erfasst, um es gegeben falls zu verringern, indem
    - die Trommel (2) wird durch das Unterbrechen des Schleudervorgangs angehalten,
    - die Trommel (2) wird während des Hauptwaschschrittes (V1) mit einer vorbestimmten Geschwindigkeit (V2) bewegt, die niedriger ist als die Laufgeschwindigkeit;
    - und / oder ein vorbestimmtes Laufzeitverhältnis (R2), das kürzer ist als das Laufzeitverhältnis während des Hauptwaschschrittes (R1), wodurch das Wasser mit dem Schaum gemischt wird,
    - die Auslasspumpe (5) startet, wenn die Trommel (2) anfängt sich zu bewegen, um den Schaumverringerungsvorgang mit der vorbestimmten Geschwindigkeit (V2) und / oder mit dem Laufzeitverhältnis (R2) auszuführen, wodurch das mit dem Schaum vermischte Wasser ausgelassen wird, gekennzeichnet wird dies dadurch, dass der Schaumniveausensor (6) so angebracht ist, dass er nochmals den Schaumpegel in der Trommel (2) erfasst; und falls festgestellt wird, dass der Schaumpegel den vorgegeben maximalen Schaumpegel überschreitet, wird der Bewegungsprozess der Trommel angehalten und die Auslasspumpe (5) startet für eine vorbestimmte Anzahl von Durchführungen, entsprechend wiederholend dem beim zweiten Mal erfassten Schaumpegel.
  2. Ein Verfahren für die Verminderung der Schaumverringerung für eine Waschmaschine (1), gemäß Anspruch 1, umfasst folgen Schritte:
    - einschalten der Waschmaschine,
    - Ausführen des Hauptwaschschrittes durch die Einnahme des Reinigungsmittels
    - Starten des Schleudervorgangs,
    - Erkennen, ob während des Schleudervorgangs durch das Schaumniveausensor (6) Schaum auftretet oder nicht,
    - Stoppen der Trommel (2) durch das Unterbrechen des Spinnvorgangs, wenn ein übermäßiger Schaum festgestellt wird
    - Ausführen des Schaumverringerungsprozesses durch das Bewegen der Trommel (2) mit einer voreingestellten Geschwindigkeit (V2), die niedriger als die Laufgeschwindigkeit während des Hauptwaschschrittes (V1) ist; und / oder für ein vorbestimmtes Laufzeitverhältnis (R2), welches kürzer als das Laufzeitverhältnis während des Hauptwaschschrittes (R1) ist, wodurch das Wasser mit dem Schaum vermischt wird und die Wasserschaummischung mithilfe der Aulasspumpe (5), welches als Trommel (2) betätigt wird und zu bewegen beginnt; dieses Verfahren ist gekennzeichnet durch,
    - Dass der Schaumpegel ein zweites Mal durch den Schaumpegelsensor (6) erfasst wird,
    - falls der beim zweiten Mal festgestellte Schaumpegel einen vorgegebenen maximalen Schaumpegel nicht überschreitet, wird der Schleudervorgang fortgesetzt und der Schaumpegel wird während des Schleudervorgangs kontrolliert.
    - wenn der zum zweiten Zeitpunkt erfasste Schaumpegel immer noch den vorgegebenen maximalen Schaumpegel überschreitet, wiederholen des Schaumverringerungsprozesses für eine vorbestimmte Anzahl von Durchführungen entsprechend dem zum zweiten Zeitpunkt erfassten Schaumpegel, und
    - das Beenden des Waschvorgangs durch Ausführen des Spülens und des Schleuderns nach den Spülschritten.
  3. Ein Verfahren für die Verringerung der Schaumverringerung nach Anspruch 2, darüber hinaus umfasst es den Schritt des Wasserentzugs in der Wanne (3) während des Schaumverringerungsprozesses, wobei die Auslasspumpe (5) arbeitet, wenn sich die Trommel (2) mit der vorbestimmten Geschwindigkeit (V2) langsam für eine bessere Vermischung von Wasser und Schaum bewegt.
