Claims (3)
- Une machine à laver (1) dans laquelle les étapes de lavage telles que le lavage, l'essorage et le rinçage sont exécutées dans des intervalles de temps prédéterminés selon le choix des utilisateurs, la machine à laver (1) comprenant un tambour (2), qui pendant la principale étape de lavage se déplace à une vitesse (V1) pour un rapport temps de fonctionnement (R1), un bac (3) dans lequel le tambour (2) se déplace, un moteur (4) qui active le tambour (2), une pompe de vidange (5) qui évacue l'eau de lavage à l'extérieur de la machine à laver (1) à la fin du processus de lavage et un capteur de niveau de mousse (6) qui détecte le niveau de mousse à l'intérieur du tambour (2), et si le capteur de niveau de mousse (6) détecte que la mousse formée pendant la phase d'essorage dépasse une teneur maximale pré-déterminée, afin de diminuer la mousse, une fois que la mousse est mesurée par le capteur de niveau de mousse (6),- le tambour (2) est arrêté en interrompant la phase d'essorage,- le tambour (2) se déplace à une vitesse prédéterminée (V2) inférieure à la vitesse de déplacement pendant l'étape de lavage principale (V1),- et/ou pour un rapport de temps de fonctionnement prédéterminé (R2) qui est plus court que le rapport de temps de fonctionnement pendant l'étape de lavage principale (R1), mélangeant ainsi l'eau avec la mousse,- et la pompe de vidange (5) est actionnée lorsque le tambour (2) commence à se déplacer pour exécuter le processus de diminution de mousse à la vitesse prédéterminée (V2) et/ou pour le rapport de temps de fonctionnement (R2), drainant ainsi l'eau mélangée avec la mousse ; est caractérisé en ce que le capteur de niveau de mousse (6) est conçu pour détecter, pour une seconde fois, le niveau de mousse à l'intérieur du tambour (2) et si le niveau de mousse est détecté pour dépasser encore le niveau maximum de mousse prédéterminé, le processus d'arrêt et de déplacement du tambour et le fonctionnement de la pompe d'évacuation (5) est répété pendant un nombre prédéterminé de fois selon le niveau de mousse détecté lors de la seconde fois.
- Un procédé de contrôle dégressif de la mousse pour une machine à laver (1) comme dans la déclaration 1, comprenant les étapes suivantes :- la mise en marche de la machine à laver (1),- l'exécution de l'étape de lavage principale en introduisant le détergent,- le début du processus d'essorage,- la détection de la présence ou non de mousse par le capteur de niveau de mousse (6) pendant l'essorage- l'arrêt du tambour (2) en interrompant le processus d'essorage si un niveau excessif de mousse est détecté,- l'exécution d'un processus de réduction de mousse en déplaçant le tambour (2) à une vitesse prédéterminée (V2) qui est inférieure à la vitesse de déplacement pendant l'étape de lavage principale (V1) et/ou pour un rapport de temps de fonctionnement prédéterminé (R2) qui est inférieur au rapport de temps de fonctionnement pendant l'étape de lavage principale (R1) en mélangeant l'eau avec la mousse et en drainant le mélange eau-mousse au moyen de la pompe de drainage (5) utilisée lorsque le tambour (2) commence à bouger, est caractérisé en ce que le procédé de contrôle comprend en outre les étapes- de détection, pour la deuxième fois, du niveau de mousse par le capteur de niveau de mousse (6),- si le niveau de mousse détecté la deuxième fois ne dépasse pas un niveau de mousse maximal prédéterminé, poursuite du processus d'essorage et contrôle du niveau de mousse pendant l'essorage,- si le niveau de mousse détecté à la deuxième fois dépasse encore le niveau de mousse maximal prédéterminé, répéter le processus de diminution de la mousse pendant un nombre prédéterminé de fois en fonction du niveau de mousse détecté à la deuxième fois, et- terminer le processus de lavage en exécutant le rinçage et l'essorage après les étapes de rinçage.
- Une méthode de contrôle de la diminution de la mousse selon la déclaration 2, comprenant en outre l'étape consistant à aspirer de l'eau à l'intérieur de la cuve (3) pendant le processus de réduction de la mousse, dans laquelle la pompe de drainage (5) fonctionne lorsque le tambour (2) se déplace à la vitesse prédéterminée (V2), réalisant graduellement un mélange plus homogène d'eau et de mousse.
