Claims (10)
- Modul zum Zuführen von Kuverts für eine Postbearbeitungsmaschine, mit Beförderungsmitteln (100, 112, 114), um diese Kuverts (12) durch das Zuführmodul (10) zu transportieren, Trennmitteln (102), um diese Kuverts einzeln auszulesen, Anfeuchtungsmitteln (16), um eine Klappe des so ausgelesenen Kuverts zu befeuchten sowie mit Schließmitteln (116, 118), um durch Druck das Verschließen des Kuverts sowie sein Auswerfen aus dem Zuführmodul sicherzustellen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schließmittel zwei übereinander angeordnete Abzugswalzen umfassen, die jeweils über eine Breite, welche wenigstens der Breite eines Bereichs zum Aufdrucken des Poststempels entspricht, einen gerippten Teil (34, 36) aufweisen, der aus einem wasserabweisenden Material ausgebildet ist.
- Zuführmodul nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rippen der oberen Abzugswalze und diejenigen der unteren Abzugswalze derart versetzt sind, daß es zwischen ihnen während des Verschließens des Kuverts zu keinem Kontakt kommen kann.
- Zuführmodul nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abzugswalzen jeweils einen gerippten Teil über eine Länge aufweisen, die größer ist als die Breite der Klappe.
- Zuführmodul nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das wasserabweisende Material aus den folgenden Materialien, nämlich Polyoxymethylen, expandiertem Polystyrol, Teflon®, Versilic-Silikon® ausgewählt ist.
- Zuführmodul nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abzugswalzen ferner einen restlichen glatten Teil (38, 40) aufweisen, der aus einem Material mit hohem Reibungskoeffizienten ausgebildet ist, um ein einwandfreies Befördern der Kuverts zu gewährleisten.
- Zuführmodul nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der gerippte Teil und der glatte Teil um eine gemeinsame Drehachse (30, 32) angebracht sind.
- Zuführmodul nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es ferner, wenigstens unter dem gerippten Teil der unteren Abzugswalze angeordnet, einen Abstreifer (42) aufweist, um einen Wasserüberschuß zu einer Rinne (46) abzuführen, um dessen Rückführung sicherzustellen.
- Zuführmodul nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich die Rinne außerdem unter dem glatten Teil der unteren Abzugswalze fortsetzt.
- Zuführmodul nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abzugswalzen über einen Mechanismus (120) zur Bewegungsübertragung mit den Mitteln zum Befördern der Kuverts mechanisch verbunden sind.
- Postbearbeitungsmaschine, die ein Modul zum Zuführen von Kuverts nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9 umfaßt.
