Claims (13)
- Procédé de séchage d'une carrosserie peinte, consistant à faire circuler des flux d'air ciblés dans une enceinte (10), au moyen de buses directionnelles (6) formées dans au moins un dispositif à buses (4, 6) ayant une chambre à air (4) avec deux moitiés dans la partie supérieure de ladite enceinte (10), et à évacuer l'air du fond de ladite enceinte, l'écoulement d'air vers lesdites buses directionnelles (6) dans ladite enceinte (10) étant généré par des moyens de soufflage (2) à l'extérieur de ladite enceinte (10), à travers des moyens de filtrage (5), caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens de filtrage (5) forment au moins une partie de la surface de plafond (40) de ladite enceinte (10), et en ce que les moyens de filtrage (5) sont coincés entre les deux moitiés de ladite au moins une chambre à air (4).
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'air est évacué du fond de ladite enceinte par les moyens d'évacuation d'air formant au moins une partie du plancher de ladite enceinte.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que lesdits flux d'air ciblés sont dirigés individuellement dans des directions choisies.
- Procédé selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que lesdits flux d'air ciblés peuvent être orientés individuellement dans une direction choisie.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que lesdits flux d'air ciblés sur la surface de la carrosserie peinte ont une vitesse comprise entre 1 et 5 m / s, de préférence comprise entre 1,5 et 2,5 m / s.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens de soufflage à l'extérieur de ladite enceinte aspirent l'air provenant d'une zone dite de plénum au-dessus de ladite enceinte.
- Dispositif (20) destiné à faire circuler un flux d'air ciblé dans une cabine de séchage pour des carrosseries peintes comprenant une enceinte (10) avec un plancher de fond formé au moins en partie de moyens d'évacuation d'air et des moyens de soufflage (2) prévus à l'extérieur de ladite enceinte (10), ledit dispositif (20) destiné à faire circuler un flux d'air ciblé comprenant un plafond supérieur (40) pour une telle cabine de séchage, des moyens de filtrage (5) pour l'air entrant, et comprend en outre des buses d'air ciblées (6) pouvant être reliées auxdits moyens de soufflage et formées dans au moins un dispositif à buses (4, 6) ayant une chambre à air (4) avec deux moitiés, à placer dans cette enceinte (10), tandis que des parties desdits moyens de filtrage (5) sont interposés entre ces moyens de soufflage (2) et lesdites buses (6), caractérisé en ce que le plafond supérieur (40) est au moins en partie formé par lesdits moyens de filtrage et en ce que les moyens de filtrage (5) sont coincés entre les deux moitiés de la chambre à air (4).
- Dispositif de circulation selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que lesdites buses d'air directionnelles sont dirigées chacune dans une direction choisie et sont de préférence capables d'être orientées individuellement.
- Dispositif de circulation selon l'une quelconque des revendications 7 ou 8, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens de soufflage à l'extérieur de ladite enceinte aspirent l'air provenant d'une zone dite de plénum au-dessus de ladite enceinte.
- Dispositif de séchage pour des carrosseries peintes, comprenant une enceinte (10) avec un plancher de fond formé au moins en partie de moyens d'évacuation d'air et des moyens de soufflage (2) prévus à l'extérieur de ladite enceinte (10), caractérisé en ce que ledit dispositif de séchage comprend un dispositif (20) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 7 et 8 pour faire circuler un flux d'air ciblé dans ledit dispositif de séchage.
- Dispositif de séchage selon la revendication 10,
caractérisé en ce que lesdites buses d'air ciblées sont des buses d'air ciblées individuellement. - Dispositif de séchage selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que lesdites buses d'air ciblées sont des buses d'air ciblées individuellement capables d'être orientées individuellement.
- Dispositif de séchage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 10 - 12, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens de soufflage à l'extérieur de ladite enceinte aspirent de l'air provenant d'une zone dite de plénum au-dessus de ladite enceinte.
