Claims (17)

  1. Dispositif d'alimentation et de trop-plein pour baignoires, avec un corps de trop-plein (1), qui, pouvant être fixé sur une ouverture de passage d'une paroi de baignoire, présente un canal de trop-plein et un raccord au système d'alimentation en eau, d'une rosette rotative (8) et d'un organe d'entraînement d'un mécanisme d'ouverture et de fermeture d'un clapet de sortie de la baignoire, qui peut être actionné au moyen de la rosette rotative (8), sachant que le corps de trop-plein est doté d'une douille de support (9) pour un arbre d'entraînement (13), qui peut être actionné au moyen de la rosette rotative et d'une tubulure (1.1), qui entoure la douille de support et limite un canal d'alimentation (15), et sachant qu'un organe d'alimentation (16), relié au corps de trop-plein, est disposé sur la face arrière de la rosette rotative, caractérisé en ce que la tubulure (1.1), qui limite le canal de d'alimentation (15), se termine à distance devant la face frontale du corps de trop-plein (1), sachant que l'organe d'alimentation (16) est enfilé de manière étanche sur la tubulure (1.1) et est fixé sur la douille de support (9) pourvue d'un filet intérieur, au moyen d'une vis (17) qui présente un passage axial (17.1), et sachant que l'arbre d'entraînement (13) de la rosette rotative (8) s'étend à travers le passage axial (17.1) de la vis (17).
  2. Dispositif d'alimentation et de trop-plein selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la distance est d'au moins 3 mm.
  3. Dispositif d'alimentation et de trop-plein selon revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la tubulure (1.1) est coaxiale par rapport à la douille de support (9), sachant que le canal de d'alimentation (15), limité par la tubulure (1.1) est de conception annulaire.
  4. Dispositif d'alimentation et de trop-plein selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que l'organe d'alimentation (16) est doté d'au moins une pièce tubulaire (16.3), qui, débouchant, en position d'utilisation, dans la baignoire, s'étend parallèlement à la paroi de la baignoire, et dont la section transversale, intérieure est en forme de fente.
  5. Dispositif d'alimentation et de trop-plein selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que la pièce tubulaire (16.3) porte contre la face intérieure de la paroi de la baignoire quand l'organe d'alimentation (16) est à l'état monté.
  6. Dispositif d'alimentation et de trop-plein selon revendication 4 ou 5, caractérisé en ce que la pièce tubulaire (16.3) présente une largeur de fente située dans une plage de 2 à 6 mm et une longueur de fente située dans une plage de 25 à 60 mm.
  7. Dispositif d'alimentation et de trop-plein selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que l'organe d'alimentation (16) est réalisé en matière plastique, moulée par injection d'une pièce.
  8. Dispositif d'alimentation et de trop-plein selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que l'organe d'alimentation (16) est pourvu d'une couverture (21) circulaire, qui est dotée d'un évidement (21.1) destiné à recevoir une pièce tubulaire de l'organe d'alimentation (16) débouchant dans la baignoire et pouvant s'enclencher, de manière amovible, avec l'organe d'alimentation (16).
  9. Dispositif d'alimentation et de trop-plein selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que le diamètre extérieur de la rosette rotative (8) est plus grand que le diamètre extérieur de la couverture (21).
  10. Dispositif de d'alimentation et de trop-plein selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que la rosette rotative (8) est formée par un corps circulaire plat (8.1), qui présente une épaisseur maximale située dans une plage de 3 à 8 mm.
  11. Dispositif de d'alimentation et de trop-plein selon l'une des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce que, lorsque la rosette rotative (8) est montée, sa face antérieure ne fait plus saillie de 25 mm, mais pas plus de 23 mm par rapport à la face intérieure de la paroi de la baignoire.
  12.
