Description
- Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Wärmepumpenvorrichtung.
- Wärmepumpen mit größerer Leistung (> 50 kW) werden typischerweise als Ein- oder Mehrverdichteranlagen mit einem Kältekreis sowie mindestens einem Verdichter vorgesehen.
- Alternativ dazu können jedoch mehrere Wärmepumpen mit kleinerer Leistung zu einer Wärmepumpenanlage mit einer größeren Leistung verbunden bzw. kaskadiert werden. Hierzu werden diese kleineren Wärmepumpen nebeneinander aufgestellt und hydraulisch miteinander gekoppelt.
- Eine Wärmepumpenvorrichtung gemäß Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1 ist aus
DE-A-33 0 2081 bekannt. - Es ist somit eine Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung, eine Wärmepumpenvorrichtung vorzusehen, welche eine verbesserte Kaskadierung ermöglicht.
- Diese Aufgabe wird durch eine Wärmepumpenvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 gelöst.
- Somit wird unteranderem eine Wärmepumpenvorrichtung mit einem Gehäuse vorgesehen. Das Gehäuse weist einen selbsttragenden Rahmen aus einer Vielzahl von Streben und Querstreben auf. Das Gehäuse weist ferner eine Vielzahl von Deckblechen auf, welche an dem Rahmen zur Abdeckung befestigt werden.
- Die Erfindung betrifft ebenfalls eine Wärmepumpenvorrichtung mit einer Wärmepumpenbaugruppe, welche einen Verdampfer, einen Verflüssiger und einen Verdichter sowie ein Gehäuse zur Aufnahme der Baugruppe aufweist. Das Gehäuse weist Dämpfungselemente auf, an welchen die Baugruppe gelagert ist.
- Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft den Gedanken, ein System von mehreren kleineren Wärmepumpen vorzusehen, welche derart miteinander verbunden werden können, dass die Wärmepumpen nicht nur nebeneinander, sondern auch übereinander aufgestellt werden können.
- Ausführungsbeispiel und Vorteile der vorliegenden Erfindung werden unter Bezugnahme auf die Zeichnungen näher erläutert.

Fig. 1 zeigt eine Frontansicht von zwei Wärmepumpenvorrichtungen gemäß einem ersten Ausführungsbeispiel. Die beiden Wärmepumpenvorrichtungen weisen jeweils ein Gehäuse 10 mit einem oberen Ende 20 und einem unteren Ende 30 auf. Das Gehäuse 10 weist ferner an seiner Vorderseite ein erstes und zweites Abdeckblech 11, 12 sowie ein drittes Abdeckblech 50 zwischen dem ersten und zweiten Abdeckblech 11, 12 auf. Im oberen Bereich 20 des Gehäuses 10 ist ein viertes Abdeckblech 60 vorgesehen, welches sich um ein vorgegebenes Maß über das obere Ende 20 des Gehäuses 10 hinaus erstreckt. Die Gehäuse 10 der Wärmepumpenvorrichtung sind dabei derart ausgestaltet, dass eine weitere Wärmepumpenvorrichtung darauf gestapelt werden kann. -
Fig. 2 zeigt eine seitliche Ansicht der beiden Wärmepumpenvorrichtungen vonFig. 1 . Das Gehäuse 10 der Wärmepumpenvorrichtung weist somit ein oberes Ende 20, ein unteres Ende 30, ein Seitenabdeckblech 13, ein drittes Abdeckblech 50 und ein viertes Abdeckblech 60 auf, wobei sich das vierte Abdeckblech an dem oberen Ende 20 und teilweise an der Vorderseite des Gehäuses erstreckt. Im unteren Bereich 30 des Gehäuses sind die Füße 40 vorgesehen. Das Abdeckblech 50 erstreckt sich um ein vorgegebenes Maß über das Gehäuse, insbesondere die Abdeckbleche 11 und 12 nach vorn. -
Fig. 3 zeigt eine perspektivische Ansicht der beiden Wärmepumpenvorrichtungen vonFig. 1 . Das Gehäuse 10 der Wärmepumpenvorrichtung weist somit ein oberes Ende 20, ein Seitenblech 13, ein erstes Abdeckblech 11, ein zweites Abdeckblech 12 und ein drittes Abdeckblech 50 an der Vorderseite der Wärmepumpe auf. Das vierte Abdeckblech 60 erstreckt sich entlang des oberen Bereiches 20 und teilweise entlang der Vorderseite. -
Fig. 4 zeigt eine Draufsicht auf eine Rückseite einer Wärmepumpenvorrichtung vonFig. 1 . Die Rückwand 70 des Gehäuses 10 weist Öffnungen 71, 72, 73 und 74 auf, welche dazu dienen, Anschlüsse der Wärmepumpenvorrichtung aufzunehmen, welche durch das Gehäuse 10 geschützt werden soll. Die vier Löcher spannen dabei im Wesentlichen ein Parallelogramm derart auf, dass die vier Löcher von oben sowie von der Seite betrachtet sich nicht überschneiden und nebeneinander liegen. -
Fig. 5 zeigt eine Ansicht des Bodens 30 des Gehäuses 10 der Wärmepumpenvorrichtung. InFig. 5 sind ferner die vier Füße bzw. die Standfüße 41 gezeigt. Ferner ist das dritte Abdeckblech 50 gezeigt. -
Fig. 6 zeigt eine perspektivische Ansicht der Rückseite der Wärmepumpenvorrichtung vonFig. 1 , wobei ein Seitenblech sowie die vorderen Abdeckbleche entfernt worden sind. In der Rückwand 70 sind wiederum die vier Öffnungen 71-74 gezeigt. Auf der oberen Seite 20 des Gehäuses sind zwei Schienen 61 zur Aufnahme des vierten Abdeckblechs 60 vorgesehen. - Das Gehäuse 10 weist einen selbsttragenden Rahmen sowie Abdeckbleche bzw. die Rückwand 70 auf. Der Rahmen weist eine vordere Strebe 110, eine hintere Strebe 150, eine obere Querstrebe 140, eine untere Querstrebe 120 und eine vordere untere Querstrebe 130 auf. An der Vorderseite sind zwei Streben 51 vorgesehen, welche zur Aufnahme des dritten Abdeckblechs 50 dienen. An der unteren seitlichen Querstrebe 120 sind Dämpfelemente 200 vorgesehen, welche dazu dienen, die Baugruppe der Wärmepumpenvorrichtung aufzunehmen und und eine Schallentkopplung vorzusehen. Somit wird eine schwingende Lagerung der Baugruppe der Wärmepumpe an dem Rahmen des Gehäuses ermöglicht.

Fig. 7 zeigt eine perspektivische Ansicht der Wärmepumpenvorrichtungen vonFig. 1 . Es wurden die Seitenbleche 13 und das erste Abdeckblech 11 entfernt. Somit ist die vordere und die hintere Strebe 110, 150, die obere und untere Querstrebe 140, 120 sowie die obere und untere vordere Querstrebe 160, 130 gezeigt. Im Bereich der Füße der oberen Wärmepumpenvorrichtung können Distanzstücke 190 vorgesehen werden, um die obere Wärmepumpenvorrichtung auf der unteren zu befestigen. -
Fig. 8 zeigt eine perspektivische Ansicht der Wärmepumpenvorrichtung vonFig. 1 ohne die Abdeckteile 11, 50, 12 und die seitlichen Bleche 13. Der Rahmen des Gehäuses weist somit zwei vordere Streben 110, zwei hintere Streben 150, zwei seitliche untere Querstreben 120, zwei seitliche obere Querstreben 140, eine vordere untere Querstrebe 130 und eine vordere obere Querstrebe 160 auf. Diese Querstreben können mittels Schrauben, Nieten, Schweißen, Druckfügen oder einer anderen Verbindungsmethode miteinander verbunden werden. -
Fig. 9a zeigt eine schematische Schnittansicht der Wärmepumpen vonFig. 1 .Fig. 9A zeigt eine Schnittansicht der beiden Wärmepumpen vonFig. 1 . Insbesondere sind die Rahmen der Gehäuse der Wärmepumpe zu sehen. Der Rahmen weist zwei hintere Streben 150, zwei vordere Streben 110, zwei- obere Querstreben 140, zwei untere Querstreben 120 auf. Im Bereich der unteren Querstreben 120 sind zwei Dämpfungselemente 200 vorgesehen. Im Bereich der Füße 40 ist jeweils ein höhenverstellbarer Standfuß 41 vorgesehen. - In
Fig. 9b ist der Ausschnitt X vergrößert dargestellt. Zur Verbindung des oberen und unteren Rahmens der Wärmepumpen wird ein Distanzstück 42 vorgesehen, welches mittels zweier Schrauben 43 und 44 befestigt wird. Mittels der Schraube 44 wird der Rahmen der oberen Wärmepumpenvorrichtung an dem Distanzstück befestigt und mittels der Schraube 43 wird der Rahmen der unteren Wärmepumpenvorrichtung an dem Distanzstück 42 befestigt. Somit kann eine einfache und sichere Befestigung der beiden aufeinander gestapelten Wärmepumpenvorrichtungen vorgesehen werden. -
Fig. 9c zeigt eine vergrößerte Darstellung des Ausschnitts Y. Hierbei ist ein höhenverstellbarer Standfuß im Bereich der unteren Querstrebe 120 vorgesehen, so dass Unebenheiten in dem Boden ausgeglichen werden können. -
Fig. 10 zeigt eine schematische Ansicht einer Baugruppe einer Wärmepumpenvorrichtung gemäß einem zweiten Ausführungsbeispiel. Die Baugruppe gemäß dem zweiten Ausführungsbeispiel kann beispielsweise in dem Gehäuse gemäß dem ersten Ausführungsbeispiel vorgesehen werden. In der Baugruppe ist ein Verdampfer 570, ein Verflüssiger 580 und ein Verdichter 590 vorgesehen. Zwischen dem Verdampfer und dem Verdichter 590 ist eine Leitung 525 vorgesehen. Die Anschlüsse 511, 512, 513 und 514 der Baugruppe spannen im Wesentlichen ein Parallelogramm auf. Ferner sind die Anschlüsse derart angeordnet, dass sie sich sowohl von oben betrachtet als auch von der Seite betrachtet nicht überschneiden. Die Ausgestaltung und Anordnung der Anschlüsse 511-514 entspricht dabei der Anordnung und Ausgestaltung der Löcher 71 bis 74 in der Rückwand des Gehäuses. Die Anschlüsse 511-514 sind jeweils über aufgerollte Schläuche mit den jeweiligen Funktionskomponenten der Baugruppe verbunden. Die Anschlüsse 511 - 514 können beispielsweise fest im Bereich der Löcher 71 - 74 an der Rückwand 70 befestigt werden. Eine (Körper) Schallentkopplung kann hierbei durch die Dämpfungselemente 200 (auf welche die Baugruppe dämpfend gelagert wird) und durch das Vorsehen der Schläuche zwischen den Anschlüssen und den Komponenten der Baugruppe erfolgen. -
Fig. 11 zeigt eine seitliche Ansicht der Baugruppe 500 vonFig. 10 mit den Anschlüssen 511-514 sowie den entsprechenden Zuführungsschläuchen. -
Fig. 12 zeigt eine weitere seitliche Ansicht der Baugruppe vonFig. 10 . Auch hier sind die Anschlüsse 511 bis 514 sowie die dazugehörigen Schläuche gezeigt. -
Fig. 13 zeigt eine Ansicht des Bodens der Baugruppe 500 vonFig. 10 . InFig. 13 ist ein Filtertrockner 550 und das Drosselorgan 560 zu sehen. -
Fig. 14 zeigt eine Draufsicht von oben auf den Bauträger 500 vonFig. 10 . InFig. 14 ist der Verdampfer 570, der Verflüssiger 580 und der Verdichter 590 zu sehen. Der Verdampfer 570 weist einen ersten Anschluss 572 auf, an welchem der Schlauch 523 angeschlossen ist, welcher zu dem Anschluss 513 führt. Der Anschluss 513 sowie der Schlauch 523 dient als Soleeintritt. Ein weiterer Anschluss 575 dient zum Anschließen einer Leitung 525, mittels welchem der Verdampfer mit dem Verdichter 590 gekoppelt ist. - Der Verflüssiger 580 weist einen ersten Anschluss 582 auf, an welchem der Schlauch 521 befestigt werden kann, wobei der Schlauch mit dem Anschluss 511 gekoppelt ist.

Fig. 15 zeigt eine weitere seitliche Ansicht der Baugruppe 500 vonFig. 10 . InFig. 15 ist die Rückseite der Baugruppe gezeigt. Somit ist der Verdampfer 570, der Verflüssiger 580 und der Verdichter 590 sowie das Drosselorgan 560 und der Filtertrockner 550 gezeigt. Der Verdampfer 570 weist vier Anschlüsse 572, 575, 571 und 576 auf. An den Anschluss 575 ist eine Leitung 525 gekoppelt, welche den Verdampfer mit einem Anschluss 592 des Verdichters 590 koppelt. An den Anschluss 576 ist eine Leitung 526 gekoppelt, welcher den Anschluss 576 mit dem Drosselorgan 560 koppelt. An den Anschluss 572 ist der Schlauch 523 gekoppelt, welcher den Verdampfer mit dem Anschluss 513 koppelt. An dem Anschluss 571 ist eine Leitung 524 vorgesehen, welcher den Verdampfer mit dem Anschluss 514 koppelt. - An dem Anschluss 585 ist eine Leitung 527 vorgesehen, welche den Verflüssiger 580 mit einem Anschluss 591 des Verdichters 590 koppelt. An dem Anschluss 586 ist eine Leitung 528 vorgesehen, welche den Verflüssiger mit dem Filtertrockner 550 verbindet. An dem Anschluss 582 ist ein Schlauch bzw. eine Leitung 521 vorgesehen, welche den Verflüssiger mit dem Anschluss 511 koppelt. An dem Anschluss 581 ist ein Schlauch bzw. eine Leitung 522 vorgesehen, welche den Verflüssiger mit dem Anschluss 512 koppelt.

Fig. 16 zeigt eine Explosionszeichnung der Baugruppe 500 vonFig. 10 . Der Verdampfer 570 kann mittels der Isolierung 573 und dem Blech 574 an einem Boden der Baugruppe befestigt werden. Der Verflüssiger 580 kann mittels der Isolierung 584 und dem Blech 583 an dem Boden der Baugruppe befestigt werden. InFig. 16 sind ferner die Schläuche 521, 522, 523, 524 und die Leitungen 525, 526, 527 und 528 gezeigt. - Das Kältemittel des Kältekreises wird mittels des Anschlusses 575 abgesaugt und strömt über die Leitung 525 zu dem Verdichter 590. Anschließend strömt das Kältemittel über den Anschluss 591 durch die Leitung 527 zu dem Anschluss 585 des Verflüssigers. Danach fließt das Kältemittel von dem Anschluss 586 über die Leitung 528 zu dem Filtertrockner 550 und anschließend zu dem Expansionsventil 560. Von dem Expansionsventil 560 strömt das Kältemittel über die Leitung 526 zu dem Anschluss 576 des Verdampfers 570. Somit ist der Kältemittelkreislauf geschlossen.
- Der Anschluss 513 dient als Soleeintritt, und der Anschluss 514 dient als Soleaustritt. Die Sole wird über den Anschluss 572 in den Verdampfer eingeführt und durch den Anschluss 571 wieder aus dem Verdampfer fortgeführt.
- An den Anschluss 582 des Verflüssigers wird der Heizungsvorlauf gekoppelt, d. h. über die Leitung 521 ist der Heizungsvorlauf mit dem Anschluss 511 gekoppelt. Der Heizungsrücklauf erfolgt an dem Anschluss 581 des Verflüssigers 580, d. h. der Heizungsrücklauf erfolgt über die Leitung 522 und den Anschluss 512.
- Die Zuführungsschläuche bzw. Leitungen 521 - 524 zu den Anschlüssen 511-514 sind vorzugsweise als Schleifen ausgebildet und weisen eine Umlenkung von größer als 90° auf. Die Anschlüsse 511 bis 514 sind vorzugsweise mittels einer Kunststoffscheibe von der Rückwand 70 wärmeentkoppelt. Die Anschlüsse 511 bis 514 werden starr an der Rückwand 70 im Bereich der Löcher 71 bis 74 befestigt. Um die Befestigung der Anschlüsse 511-514 an den Löchern 71-74 zu vereinfachen, kann zumindest eines der Löcher 71-74 als ein Langloch ausgestaltet sein.
Claims (13)
- Wärmepumpenvorrichtung, mit
einem Gehäuse (10), welches einen Rahmen aus einer Vielzahl von Streben und Querstreben aufweist,
wobei der Rahmen selbsttragend ausgestaltet ist, und
einer Vielzahl von Abdeckungsblechen (11, 12, 13), welche an dem Rahmen zur Abdeckung befestigt werde, gekennzeichnet durch
eine Rückwand mit mindestens vier Löchern (71, 72, 73, 74), welche dazu ausgestaltet sind, Anschlüsse einer Baugruppe der Wärmepumpenvorrichtung aufzunehmen,
wobei die Löcher (71, 72, 73, 74) derart angeordnet sind, dass sie ein Parallelogramm aufspannen und sich von oben und von der Seite betrachtet nicht überlappen,
so dass die Wärmepumpenvorrichtungen nebeneinander und/oder übereinander aufstellbar sind. - Wärmepumpenvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei der Rahmen des Gehäuses (10) mindestens zwei untere Querstreben (120) aufweist, wobei an den unteren Querstreben (120) Dämpfungselemente (200) angeordnet werden, welche dazu dienen, eine schwingende Aufhängung einer Baugruppe (500) der Wärmepumpenvorrichtung vorzusehen.
- Wärmepumpenvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei das Gehäuse Füße an seinem unteren Bereich (30) aufweist, wobei die Füße durch Distanzstücke (190, 42) ausgetauscht werden, wenn eine Wärmepumpenvorrichtung auf eine weitere Wärmepumpenvorrichtung gestellt wird, wobei die Distanzstücke (190, 42) dazu verwendet werden, die beiden Gehäuse der Wärmepumpenvorrichtungen miteinander zu verbinden.
- Wärmepumpenvorrichtung nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, wobei die Baugruppe (500) vier Anschlüsse (511, 512, 513, 514) aufweist, wobei die vier Anschlüsse (511 - 514) derart angeordnet sind, dass sie ein Parallelogramm aufspannen.
- Wärmepumpenvorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, wobei die Anschlüsse (511 - 514) derart ausgestaltet sind, dass sie sich von oben und von der Seite aus betrachtet nicht überlappen.
- Wärmepumpenvorrichtung nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, wobei die Anschlüsse (511 - 514) mittels Schläuchen (521 - 524) mit den Komponenten der Baugruppe verbunden sind, wobei die Schläuche in einer Schlaufe aufgerollt sind, wobei die Umlenkung größer als 90° ist.
- Wärmepumpenvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 7, wobei eine Wärmeentkopplungseinheit an den Anschlüssen (511 - 514) vorgesehen ist.
- Wärmepumpenvorrichtung, nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, mit der Wärmepumpenbaugruppe (500), mit einem Verdampfer (570), einem Verflüssiger (580) und einem Verdichter (590), einer im Gehäuse (10) angeordneten Aufnahme für die Baugruppe (500), wobei das Gehäuse (10) Dämpfungselemente (200) aufweist, an welchen die Baugruppe (500) gelagert ist.
- Wärmepumpenvorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, wobei die Baugruppe (500) mindestens vier Anschlüsse (511, 512, 513, 514) nach außen aufweist, wobei die vier Anschlüsse (511 - 514) über Schläuche (521 - 524) jeweils mit dem Verdampfer (570) oder dem Verflüssiger (580) im Wesentlichen schwingungsfrei gekoppelt sind.
- Wärmepumpenvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 8 oder 9, wobei an den Anschlüssen (511- 514) jeweils eine Wärmeentkopplungseinheit vorgesehen ist.
- Wärmepumpenvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 10, wobei das Gehäuse (10) eine Rückwand (70) mit mindestens vier Löchern (71, 72, 73, 74) aufweist, welche dazu ausgestaltet sind, die Anschlüsse (511 - 514) der Baugruppe (500) der Wärmepumpenvorrichtung aufzunehmen, wobei die Löcher (71 - 74) derart angeordnet sind, dass sie ein derartiges Parallelogramm aufspannen, dass die Anschlüsse (511 - 514) fest an den Löchern (71 - 74) befestigt werden können.
- Wärmepumpenvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 11, wobei das Gehäuse aus einem Rahmen aus einer Vielzahl von Querstreben und Streben selbsttragend ausgebildet ist, wobei an dem Gehäuse eine Vielzahl von Abdeckblechen (11, 12, 13) vorgesehen ist, welche an dem Rahmen zur Abdeckung befestigt werden.
- Wärmepumpenvorrichtung nach Anspruch 12, wobei der Rahmen des Gehäuses (10) mindestens zwei untere Querstreben (120) aufweist, an denen die Dämpfungselemente (200) angeordnet werden.
