Description

  • Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Vorrichtung zur schocksicheren, dichtenden Türanordnung auf Marineschiffen mit einem verschiebbar angeordnetem Verschlußelement zum Verschließen und zur Freigabe einer Öffnung, wobei das verschlußelement mechanisch über Stellelemente mit einer Verzahnung aus einer am Verschlußelement angeordneten zahnstange und einem eingreifenden Ritzel verschiebbar und in der Schließstellung über korrespondierenden Aufnahmen an einer Zarge unter Einschaltung von Dichtungen gehalten ist.
  • Anordnungen von Stahlschiebetüren sind bekannt, wobei die Verstellung über zugeordnete Hydraulikaggregate erfolgt. Es hat sich aber gezeigt, daß diese bekannten Antriebsausbildungen für einen Schockfall nicht geeignet sind.
  • Nach der EP-A-1 752 602 ist eine Anordnung mit einem verstellbaren verschlußelement bekannt, wobei über einen Antrieb durch eine Zahnstange mit einer Verzahnung in der Ebene des Verschlußelementes eine Verstellung erfolgt. Hierbei wird über einen Mechanismus das Verschlußelement vor dem Öffnungsvorgang in eine Abstandslage für die Verstellung gebracht. Eine derartige Ausbildung mit zueinander abgestimmten verstellbaren Teilchen ist nicht geeignet, auf Marineschiffen für ein schocksicheres, dichtendes Verschlußelement eingesetzt zu werden.
  • Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, eine einsatzfähige kompakte Ausbildung der gattungsgemäßen Art zu schaffen, die den auftretenden Kräften im Schockfall standhält und eine einfache Ausbildung ermöglicht.
  • Die Lösung dieser Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, daß das Verschlußelement eine Zahnstange mit einer Verzahnung senkrecht zur Ebene des Verschlußelementes aufweist und über eine im Bereich der Zarge zugeordnete Getriebeeinheit über ein Antriebsritzel eines Antriebes verschiebbar ist, wobei die Zahnstange innerhalb des Verschlußelementes oder auf dem Verschlußelement angeordnet ist und der Randbereich des verschlußelementes in der Schließstellung mindestens teilweise in korrespondierende keilförmige Taschen aufnehmbar und über Haltewinkel an zugeordneten Dichtungen fixierbar ist.
  • Hierdurch ist es möglich, lose bewegliche Teile zu reduzieren und damit eine funktionsfähige einfache Anordnung auszubilden, die für eine Schockbeanspruchung auf Marineschiffen geeignet ist.
  • Eine einfache Ausbildung wird dadurch geschaffen, daß der Antrieb der Getriebeeinheit als Elektro-, Hydraulik- oder Pneumatikmotor ausgebildet ist.
  • Um die Funktionsfähigkeit auch bei Ausfall des Antriebsaggregates zu gewährleisten, ist vorgesehen, daß die Getriebeeinheit nach außen geführten Zapfen für eine aufsteckbare Handkurbel als Notbetätigung beiderseits des Verschlußelementes aufweist.
  • In der Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung schematisch dargestellt. Es zeigen:

  • Bei der gezeigten Anordnung ist eine Stahlschiebetür 1 als Verschlußelement über Rollen 2 in einer Führung 3 verschiebbar zur Freigabe einer Öffnung angeordnet. Die Stahlschiebetür 1 wird dabei in der geschlossenen Stellung in keilförmige Taschen 4 einer Zarge 5 zur Anlage an Dichtungen 6 über korrespondierende Randbereiche 7 und über Haltewinkel 8 fixiert.
  • In dieser Ausbildung ist eine Zahnstange 9 in die Stahlschiebetür 1 integriert, wobei ein zugeordnetes Getriebe 10 mit einem elektrischen Antriebsmotor 11 im Bereich der Zarge 5 angeordnet ist und mit einem Antriebsritzel des Getriebes 10 in die Zahnstange 9 zur Verstellung und Arretierung eingreift.
  • Das Getriebe 10 ist mit nach außen geführte Zapfen 12, 13 versehen, die von der Innen -und Außenseite zugänglich sind, um einen Notbetrieb für die Verstellung, beispielsweise mit einer Handkurbel, durchzuführen.
  • Selbstverständlich ist es auch möglich, eine Anordnung nach dem gleichen Prinzip mit einem Triebstock einzusetzen, um einen entsprechenden Linearantrieb zu schaffen.

Claims (3)

  1. Vorrichtung zur schocksicheren, dichtenden Türanordnung auf Marineschiffen mit einem verschiebbar angeordnetem Verschlußelement (1) zum Verschließen und zur Freigabe einer Öffnung, wobei das Verschlußelement (1) mechanisch über Stellelemente mit einer Verzahnung aus einer am Verschlußelement angeordneten zahnstange (9) und einem eingreifenden Ritzel verschiebbar und in der Schließstellung über korrespondierenden Aufnahmen an einer Zarge (5) unter Einschaltung von Dichtungen (6) gehalten ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verschlußelement (1) eine Zahnstange (9) mit einer Verzahnung senkrecht zur Ebene des Verschlußelementes (1) aufweist und über eine im Bereich der Zarge (5) zugeordnete Getriebeeinheit (10) über ein Antriebsritzel eines Antriebes (11) verschiebbar ist, wobei die Zahnstange (9) innerhalb des Verschlußelementes (1) oder auf dem Verschlußelement (1) angeordnet ist und der Randbereich (7) des Verschlußelementes (1) in der Schließstellung mindestens teilweise in korrespondierende keilförmige Taschen (4) aufnehmbar und über Haltewinkel (8) an zugeordneten Dichtungen (6) fixierbar ist.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Antrieb (11) der Getriebeeinheit als Elektro-, Hydraulik- oder Pneumatikmotor ausgebildet ist.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Getriebeeinheit (10) nach außen geführten zapfen (12, 13) für eine aufsteckbare Handkurbel als Notbetätigung beiderseits des Verschlußelementes (1) aufweist.
