Abstract

Zur Ausbildung einer Aluminium-Diffusionsschicht zum Oxidationsschutz von metallischen Bauteilen durch Bildung einer Aluminiumoxid-Schutzschicht werden die an den nicht zu beschichtenden Flächen maskierten Bauteile zunächst in einem ersten Verfahrensschritt bei niedriger Temperatur an den verbliebenen freien Abschnitten in einer aprotischen Lösung mit Reinaluminium galvanisch beschichtet. Nach Entfernen der Maskierung in einem zweiten Verfahrensschritt werden die Bauteile in einem dritten Verfahrensschritt in einem bestimmten Hochtemperatur-ZeitProfil wärmebehandelt, wobei Aluminiumbestandteile in die Bauteillegierung und Legierungsbestandteile in die Aluminiumschicht diffundieren. Das Verfahren ist herstellungs- und materialseitig kostengünstig und gewährleistet in den zu schützenden Bauteilabschnitten eine definierte Ausbildung der Aluminium-Diffusionsschicht.
