Abstract
La présente invention concerne un dispositif conçu pour détecter le niveau de remplissage d'un récipient tel qu'une bouteille. Ce dispositif comprend une sonde de mesure qui peut être introduite dans le récipient et qui présente une voie de résistance mise en contact électrique en deux points. Cette voie de résistance peut venir en contact avec le produit de remplissage du récipient à différentes hauteurs de remplissage. La sonde de mesure présente une électrode à potentiel de référence mise en contact électrique. Cette invention concerne également un dispositif conçu pour remplir des récipients tels que des bouteilles et comprenant un dispositif du type susmentionné pour détecter le niveau de remplissage. Ladite invention concerne aussi un procédé pour détecter le niveau de remplissage d'un récipient tel qu'une bouteille, au moyen d'une sonde de mesure qui présente une voie de résistance mise en contact électrique en deux points. Ce procédé consiste à introduire la sonde de mesure dans le récipient, puis à remplir progressivement le récipient de manière que la voie de résistance vienne en contact avec le produit de remplissage du récipient à différentes hauteurs de remplissage, un potentiel électrique de référence étant alors produit à travers une électrode à potentiel de référence plongée dans le produit de remplissage, qui se trouve sur la sonde de mesure.
