Description

The invention relates to a molded block according to the preamble of claim 1. From the DE 20 2004 008 747 U1 For example, a concrete paving stone is known for creating a paving surface having a body with a planar top surface, a bottom surface and at least three vertical side surfaces with teeth, with teeth of different vertical height arranged on each side surface. In order to achieve a maximum joint volume between two stones interacting in the paving area, the prior art provides a clearance between individual groups of spacers. However, the bunker for jointing material formed thereby bring two dangers for the filling material of the joints with it. First, there is a risk that the filling material in the bunker in the rain is washed out quickly, since it can be washed in particular unhindered in the channels provided on this stone form. Secondly, there is a risk that the filling material is blown out of the joints by the wind.

The invention has for its object to develop a molded block, for which the conflict of objectives between a large proportion of teeth and a large joint volume under the aspects thrust transmission or support, seepage and elasticity of the teeth is optimally solved.

This object is based on the features of the preamble of claim 1 by the characterizing Characteristics solved. In the dependent claims advantageous and expedient developments are given.

The molded block according to the invention has on each of its side faces at least one group of teeth, which is composed of at least three teeth of different heights, wherein the vertical height of the teeth of a group of teeth increases or decreases in a circumferential direction of the block from tooth to tooth. As a result, it is possible to realize a maximum joint volume between cooperating shaped bricks without having to form bunkers between individual groups of teeth, since the proportion of comparatively low teeth in the total number of teeth is high. At the same time, the teeth of different heights form a kind of rugged surface, which is similar to a fence, which mechanically restrains the filling material in the joints in the wind.

According to an advantageous embodiment, it is provided to arrange all arranged on one of the side surfaces of the molded block teeth with a uniform horizontal distance from each other. This avoids the formation of bunkers for grout and protects almost the entire side surface of the block from being leached or blown out by teeth.

Furthermore, according to an advantageous embodiment, it is provided to increase the heights of the teeth of each of the groups of teeth arranged on the side surfaces in the same circumferential direction of the molded block from tooth to tooth. Such a uniform alignment of the groups of teeth ensures that identical blocks always interact with groups of teeth with opposite inclination. As a result, a relatively constant level of teeth is achieved in spite of the different heights of the teeth in the average.

According to an advantageous embodiment, it is provided to give the additional tooth a height which corresponds to a height of a largest tooth of the adjacent group of teeth. Thus, each side surface of the block is bounded laterally by two highest teeth. This facilitates in the production of the molded block, the so-called clipping, in which several bricks are lifted by a jaw gripper from a manufacturing base, as on the laterally disposed teeth, the forces of the jaws between the blocks are transferable without these tilt each other.

By using groups of teeth with different numbers of teeth, it is possible to adapt the molded block to a wide variety of dimensions.

Furthermore, it is provided to align the teeth of a group of teeth with their feet on a peripheral edge of the underside of the molded block. This creates the desired large-volume joint above the teeth.

Alternatively, it is provided according to an advantageous embodiment, to align the teeth of a group of teeth with their heads on a peripheral edge of the top of the molded block. This creates a large-volume joint below the teeth.

According to a further advantageous embodiment, it is provided to align the teeth of a group of teeth with their horizontal bisector to a horizontal, which rotates the side surfaces of the molded block parallel to the peripheral edge of the bottom. By this central arrangement on the side surface, it is possible to realize a joint above and below the teeth.

Furthermore, it is provided according to an advantageous embodiment, at least to arrange a tunnel on the underside of the molded block, which opens to the bottom and at least one side surface of the molded block. As a result, a water reservoir is formed under the molded block, over which wets the lying in the joints between the adjacent stones filling material. Since moist filling material, in particular moist natural sand has a strong cohesion, unwanted blowing out of the filling material from the joints can be counteracted in this way.

According to an advantageous embodiment, it is provided to round off the teeth or a part of the teeth to the upper side of the shaped block. As a result, the introduction of the filling material is facilitated in the formed between the teeth gap.

It is also provided according to an advantageous embodiment to arrange on each side surface to the adjoining side surfaces in each case a highest tooth to facilitate the handling of several juxtaposed blocks by a manipulator which compresses the blocks with two opposite jaws. As a result, in particular buckling of adjacent shaped blocks in the region of the gap not filled during transport is avoided.

According to an advantageous embodiment, it is provided to assemble a kit of molded bricks according to at least one of the preceding claims, wherein the teeth of a first molded block in the installed state occur in tooth gaps, which are formed between the teeth of a second molded block. As a result, the thrust transmission or the support and the elasticity between adjacent molded blocks is ensured.

According to an advantageous embodiment of the kit provides in co-ordinate or half-association cooperating blocks, the highest teeth of adjacent blocks each cooperate. As a result, tilting of the adjacent shaped blocks is effectively prevented in the case of a load acting on only one of the two blocks.

According to an advantageous embodiment, it is provided to form a joint, which has a W-shaped contour in a side view toward the teeth, through the interaction of two groups of teeth of two adjacent molded blocks above the teeth. As a result, grouting material can be successfully retained in the joint even in strong winds.

It is further provided according to an advantageous embodiment, by the interaction of two groups of teeth of two adjacent blocks below the teeth form a joint, which has a M-shaped contour in a side view to the teeth. This alignment of the teeth causes an additional clawing of the stones in the ground, since the positioning of the teeth between the teeth and the ground creates a kind of positive engagement.

Finally, it is provided according to an advantageous embodiment, by the interaction of two groups of teeth of two adjacent blocks, above and below the teeth form two joints, of which the upper in a side view to the teeth out a W-shaped contour and the lower one M -shaped contour. Such positioning of the teeth combines the two aforementioned advantages.

Further details of the invention are described in the drawing with reference to schematically illustrated embodiments.

In the FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a molded block F shown. The molded block F has a body K with a top 1, a bottom 2 and four side surfaces SF, which are referred to in detail as side surfaces SF1 to SF4. On the side surfaces SF teeth Z are arranged which form a toothing with teeth Y of a further molded block, not shown, but also take over the function of spacers. The three teeth Z of each side face SF each form a tooth group ZG. The three teeth Z and Z1, Z2 and Z3 of each of the tooth groups ZG have different heights HZ, HZ1>HZ2> HZ3 for heights of the individual teeth Z1, Z2 and Z3. The heights HZ of the teeth Z and Z1 to Z3 of each teeth group ZG decrease in a circumferential direction UR from tooth Z to tooth Z, respectively, and in a circumferential direction UL from tooth Z to tooth Z, respectively. The Circumferential directions UR and UL are parallel to the upper side 1 and lower side 2 and are defined as directions of rotation about a vertical axis HA of the shaped block F. Between the teeth Z1 and Z2 or Z2 and Z3 or next to the tooth Z3 are each tooth spaces ZL, which are referred to in detail as tooth gaps ZL1, ZL2 and ZL3. On the side surface SF1 of the molded block F are in the FIG. 1 as an example, the teeth Y or Y1, Y2 and Y3 indicated, which enter the tooth spaces ZL. These teeth Y belong to a not shown, adjacent shaped block. Furthermore, the teeth Z of a tooth group ZG have a uniform horizontal distance LA to one another.

In the FIG. 2a is a plan view of a paved surface P shown, which consists of two shaped bricks F. The stones F are similar to those in the FIG. 1 formed molded block. The two shaped stones F, which are only partially shown, each have a grid dimension R in a direction y. Taking into account a tooth depth TZ or TY, the raster dimension R is selected so that teeth Z and Y of the shaped bricks F do not touch one side surface SF of the adjacent molded block F, respectively. Furthermore, adjacent teeth Z and Y adjacent shaped stones F do not touch even with side edges 3, 4. Thus, in plan view of the paving area P, a slot 5 extending in a serpentine fashion between the adjacent shaped blocks F, which guarantees the elasticity and the ability to seep in the paving area P.
