Description

The invention relates to a shaped embankment, mainly made of concrete, according to the preamble of claim 1.

Embankment stones are used in garden and landscape design and in road construction to cover and secure the embankments from the ground, as well as for the construction of soundproofing walls and the like. the like

(DE-A-2 922 818).A set of components for the mortar-free production of walls is already known, which consists of rectangular plates and for connecting the same specific binders. These trusses are designed so that they can be positively stacked, each rotated by 180 degrees relative to one another, a gap for receiving a plate being formed by the inner inclined surface of a respective lower truss and the outer inclined surface of a respective upper truss. The top of the truss is trough-shaped with a flat bottom, and its underside runs parallel to it and is stepped below the inner inclined surface so that this recess is positively supported on the corresponding web of the underlying truss. (DE-A-2 922 818).

A wall created with these elements can be filled with gravel or soil and planted. The disadvantage, however, is the need to manufacture and maintain two different types of stone. It is also unfavorable that this set of components can only be moved in a single way, so that there is no possibility of variation when using it. Also, for example in the case of heavy downpours, the soil filled in between the plates can be easily washed out, including, of course the planting would suffer.

(DE-U-79 22 619).In addition, a component made of concrete or the like. for retaining walls or the like known that has a bottom parallel to the top plane-parallel, and on the top or bottom at least one, in its longitudinal direction between its side surfaces, groove-shaped recess. (DE-U-79 22 619).

These components are also intended to erect dry masonry. For this purpose, the stone has an approximately V-shaped cross-section, with its two legs forming a very obtuse angle to one another. Since they can only absorb small horizontal forces when stacked on top of each other, the wall they built is stabilized by anchor stones laid in the ground. These anchor stones are for this purpose over flat iron or the like. connected to the anchor rods laid in the groove-shaped recesses.

It is also a disadvantage of this stone that it does not offer any variation when it is laid, and that the planted hatches of a wall, which are filled with soil, can be washed out very easily because the contact surfaces for the earth run practically horizontally without having a front upstanding web.

The object of the invention is to provide a stone for the creation of plantable dry stone walls, embankment cladding or the like. to develop, which can be layered in a secure network due to its spatial design with large contact surfaces. The masonry created with this should be able to transfer or absorb significant horizontal forces. It should also make it possible to create walls with different slope angles with it, even on a flat surface and with only one type of stone, without the stability of the wall being affected. Regardless of how the stones are stacked, it should also securely hold the potting soil filled in the hatches between two adjacent stones and provide enough space to accommodate larger plants or shrubbery.

This object was achieved by the embankment block according to the characterizing part of patent claim 1.

A further advantageous embodiment of the stone according to the invention is described in claims 2 and 3.

The following can be mentioned as advantages of the stone according to the invention:
  • As the only type of stone, ie without any auxiliary stones, it can be stacked in different positions so that masonry or embankment cladding with different angle of embankment is created.
  • with each type of stacking, it always has large mutual contact surfaces, so that there is a very dimensionally stable wall which is able to transmit or absorb large horizontal thrust forces without additional anchoring,
  • it has such an advantageous spatial shape that it can hold the soil stored in the hatches between two adjacent stones and prevent it from being washed out by its obliquely upward-facing surfaces or walkways, and these hatches are so spacious that they can also hold larger flowers and Can absorb shrubs. Of course, these stones can also be moved without gaps.

The drawing explains the embankment block according to the invention using exemplary embodiments and applications.

Es zeigt:

  • Fig. 1 den Böschungsformstein in perspektivischer Ansicht,
It shows:
  • 1 is a perspective view of the slope stone,
  • 2 and 3 the stones to a plantable embankment wall at an angle of about 75 degrees on hatch offset in the sectional view and in the front view,
  • 4 and 5 the stones at the same angle one above the other, but without hatches offset in the sectional view and in the front view,
  • 6 and 7 a soundproofing wall, which consists of stones at an angle of approximately 75 degrees one above the other and placed on hatch stones, in sectional view and in front view,
  • 8 and 9 a vertical embankment retaining wall with stones placed on the hatch in the sectional view and in the front view, and
  • 10 and 11 an approximately 45 degrees to the horizontal support wall, also with stones placed on hatch in the sectional view and in the front view.

12, 13 versehen. The embankment block has two plane-parallel side surfaces 1, 2. Its top is formed by a trough 3 with a flat bottom 4, which is delimited by a front and a rear web 5, 6, each directed obliquely upwards. The base is stepped and runs parallel to the trough bottom 4. The raised part 7 of the base is adapted in its profile to the top trough and its heel height to the height of the rear web 6. The stone front 8 is inclined forward at an angle of approximately 60 degrees and the rear 9 is inclined rearward at an angle of approximately 75 degrees. The two webs 5, 6 running in alignment with the front and the rear are uniformly thick over their entire height, i.e. the inner flank 14 of the front web 5 runs parallel to the stone front 8 and the inner flank 15 of the rear web 6 runs parallel to the back 9 of the stone. The upper edges of the two webs are provided with chamfers 10, 11 and 12, 13.

This often structured surface of the embankment block according to the invention permits the variable application explained in the drawing in the form of embankment and soundproof walls. The stone in the application examples according to FIGS. 2 to 7 with the trough 3 upwards and in the examples according to FIGS. 8 to 11 with the trough downwards or obliquely downwards is placed on an impact or on a hatch. In any case, however, the webs, protrusions, shoulders and depressions interlock so that the wall created withstands the stress caused by the backward ground pressures. By means of an appropriately designed foundation which supports the lowest row of stones, any slope angle can be achieved, as shown in FIGS. 2 to 11.
