The sealing sleeve 51, and in particular the sealing lip 52, are in this case dimensioned such that in the in Fig. 7 shown insertion position of the marking pin 2 in the cap 3, the sealing lip 52 rests on the edge of the cap opening 18 under pretension, so that the cap opening 18 is sealed when inserted into the protective cap 3 marking pin 2 against ingress of dust and spray. The longitudinal end 50 of the marking pin 2 facing the end of the sealing sleeve 51 is preferably widened to a Abstützwulst 53 or support head, which improves the ergonomics, and thus the handling of the marking pen 2.

In einer in den Fig. 9 und 10 gezeigten Ausführungsform der Schutzkappe 3 ist in das Längsende 28 ein Spitzer 60 zum Anspitzen der Auftragsmine 5 integriert. Der Spitzer 60 ist im Wesentlichen gebildet durch eine zu der Kappenachse 23 parallele Bohrung, die als Minenführungskanal 61 wirkt. Dieser Minenführungskanal 61 mündet am Längsende 28 in einer Einführöffnung 62 und verjüngt sich im Inneren, so dass er eine Gegenform für die zu formende Minenspitze bildet. Der Minenführungskanal 61 kann dabei - je nach gewünschter Minenform - im Inneren wahlweise spitz oder in einer definierten Rundung auslaufen. Der Minenführungskanal 61 ist dabei zu einer Seite der Schutzkappe 3 hin aufgeschnitten, so dass ein Auswurfschlitz 63 für abgeschälte Minenmasse gebildet ist. Beide Ränder 64 dieses Auswurfschlitzes 63 sind scharfkantig ausgebildet und wirken somit als Schabekante zur Abtragung der Minenmasse beim Spitzvorgang. Um eine besonders gute Schabewirkung zu erzielen, sind Ränder 64 dabei insbesondere spitzwinklig ausgebildet.In one in the FIGS. 9 and 10 shown embodiment of the protective cap 3 is in the longitudinal end 28, a sharpener 60 for sharpening the Auftragsmine 5 integrated. Eine in Fig. 11 dargestellte Variante der Schutzkappe gemäß Fig. 9 und 10 unterscheidet sich von der dortigen Ausführung dadurch, dass sich der Auswurfschlitz 63 nicht über die gesamte Länge des Minenführungskanals 61 erstreckt. Vielmehr ist gemäß Fig. 11 der Minenführungskanal 61 nur in einem der Minenspitze entsprechenden inneren Bereich aufgeschnitten, so dass der Auswurfschlitz 63 eine fensterartige Kontur einnimmt. Bei dieser Ausführung ist zudem nur der in der Darstellung untenliegende Rand 63 als Schabekante ausgebildet. Zur Stabilisierung dieser Kante ist hierbei ein Metallplättchen 65 im Bereich des Spitzers 60 in die Schutzkappe 3 eingeschoben, so dass dessen innere Kante den Rand 63 zumindest teilweise flankiert und somit die Schabekante bildet.An in Fig. 11 shown variant of the protective cap according to FIGS. 9 and 10 differs from the local design in that the ejection slot 63 does not extend over the entire length of the lead guide channel 61. Claims (17)

  1. Marking device (1) having a marking pen (2), which comprises a pen housing (4) and an applicator cartridge (5) arranged therein, and having a protective cap (3), which is provided having an elongated inner chamber (16), which flows into a cap opening (18), for the partial acceptance of the marking pen (2),
    - wherein the marking pen (2) has a wide grip region (9) and a thin neck region (10) connected to it, on the free end of which is formed an outlet end (8) for the applicator cartridge (5),
    - wherein the protective cap (3) has a wide inner chamber section (21) for the partial acceptance of the grip region (9) and a thin inner chamber section (19) for the acceptance of the neck region (10) of the marking pen (2),
    - wherein a mounting bracket (25) is arranged on an outer surface (24) of the protective cap (3), which is fitted onto the protective cap (3) with a fixed end (26) in a region that borders the cap opening (18) and from there substantially moves to the longitudinal end (28) of the protective cap (3), which faces away from the cap opening (18)
    characterised in that
    - the applicator cartridge (5) is arranged in the pen housing (4) so that it is able to move,
    - the marking pen (2) comprises an actuating mechanism (6) for feeding the applicator cartridge (5),
    - a sharpener (60) for the sharpening of the applicator cartridge (5) is integrated into the protective cap (3) on the end (28) of the protective cap (3) facing away from the cap opening (18), and
    - the sharpener (60) has a tapering cartridge guide channel (61) at least in one section for guiding the applicator cartridge (5), which flows into an insertion opening (62) at the end (28) of the protective cap (3) facing away from the cap opening (18).
  2. Marking device (1) according to claim 1,
    characterised in that,
    at least one blocking element (30) is formed on an inner surface (29) of the mounting bracket (25) facing the outer surface (24) of the protective cap (3), which sticks out from there in the form of a hooked barb, in the direction of the fixed end (26) of the mounting bracket (25).
  3. Marking device (1) according to claim 2,
    characterised in that
    the or each blocking element (30) has a stopping limb (32) and a free limb (34), wherein the stopping limb (32) is fitted on the inner surface (29) of the mounting bracket (25) and sticks out from there diagonally in the direction of the fixed end (26) of the mounting bracket (25), and wherein the free limb (34) is bent in such a way with respect to the stopping limb (32) that a free end (35) of the free limb (34) is aligned diagonally in the direction of the inner surface (29) of the mounting bracket (25).
  4. Marking device (1) according to claim 3,
    characterised in that,
    the holding limb (32) tapers from the inner surface (29) of the mounting bracket (25) in the direction of the free limb (34).
  5. Marking device (1) according to claim 3 or 4,
    characterised in that,
    the free limb (34) of the or each blocking element (30) is formed as a support plate.
  6. Marking device (1) according to one of claims 1 to 5,
    characterised in that,
    a step-like ledge (15) is formed between the grip region (9) and the neck region (10) of the marking pen (2), and that at least one stop (36) that interacts with the ledge (15) is provided in the inner chamber (16) of the protective cap (3).
  7. Marking device (1) according to one of claims 1 to 6,
    characterised in that,
    the outer diameter of the grip region (9) of the marking pen (2) is less than the inner diameter of the wide inner chamber section (21) of the protective cap (3), such that, in the case of the marking pen (2) inserted into the protective cap (3), an annular gap (38) is formed between the outer periphery of the grip region (9) and the inner wall of the protective cap (3).
  8. Marking device (1) according to claim 7,
    characterised in that,
    the radial thickness of the annular gap (38) is at least 0.2mm.
  9. Marking device (1) according to claim 7 or 8,
    characterised in that,
    a central protrusion or several interacting central protrusions (37) are formed in the inner chamber (16) of the protective cap (3), which in the case of the inserted marking pen (2), rest against the outer periphery of the grip region (9) of the marking pen (2) in such a way that the marking pen (2) is held coaxially with the protective cap (3).
  10. Marking device (1) according to claim 9,
    characterised in that,
    the central protrusion or at least one of the central protrusions (37) is dimensioned in such a way that it radially charges the inserted marking pen (2) in the grip region (9), such that the marking pen (2) inserted into the protective cap (3) is held securely in the protective cap (3) by the or each central protrusion (37).
  11. Marking device (1) according to one of claims 1 to 10,
    characterised in that,
    in the case of the marking pen (2) inserted into the protective cap (3), at least one third of the axial length of the grip region (9) of the marking pen (2) is accepted inside the protective cap (3).
  12. Marking device (1) according to one of claims 1 to 11,
    characterised by,
    a sealing sleeve (51) made from elastic material and pushed onto the longitudinal end (50) of the marking pen (2), which faces away from the pen tip (8), the edge that faces the pen tip (8) of which sealing sleeve (51) is formed as a sealing lip (52), which closes the cap opening (18) of the protective cap (3) in the case of the marking pen (2) inserted into the protective cap (3) in a sealed manner.
  13. Marking device (1) according to claim 12,
    characterised in that,
    the end of the sealing sleeve (51) facing away from the pen tip (8) is spread to a support bulge (53).
  14. Marking device (1) according to one of claims 1 to 13.
    characterised in that,
    the cartridge guide channel (61) is cut laterally in at least one section for the formation of an ejection slot (63) for cartridge material, wherein at least one edge (64) of the ejection slot (63) is formed as a cutting edge or a scraping edge.
  15. Marking device (1) according to one of claims 1 to 14,
    characterised in that,
    the pen housing (4) comprises a basic body (40) made from plastic, onto which is clipped a casing (41), which is approximately C-shaped in cross-section and is made of metal or a transparent plastic, in the grip region (9).
  16. Marking device (1) according to claim 15,
    characterised in that,
    the casing (41) at least substantially fits exactly into a complementing ledge (42) of the basic body (40), such that an outer surface of the casing (41) at least substantially aligns with an axially bordering outer surface of the basic body (40).
  17. Marking device according to one of claims 1 to 16,
    characterised in that,
    at least one nub-like protrusion (43) is formed in the grip region (9) on the periphery of the pen housing (4).
