Description

LASTAUFNAHMEHAKEN MIT EINEM FACHWERK
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Lastaufnahmehaken zum Einhangen einer zu bewegenden Last. Haken dieser Art werden als Zwischenglied zwischen der zu bewegenden Last und einem Zurr- oder Hebemittel eingesetzt, das mit einer die jeweilige Bewegung der Last auslosenden Transporteinrichtung verkoppelt ist. So wirken beispielsweise bei Kranen oder vergleichbaren Einrichtungen zum Ziehen, Anheben, oder Absenken von Lasten die vom Kran ausgeübten Kräfte typischerweise über Ketten, Seile oder Bander, die über einen Haken mit der zu tragenden Last verkoppelt sind. Die Ankopplung der Last an den Haken selbst kann dabei wiederum mittels geeigneter Zurr- und Hebemittel erfolgen.
Die Funktion als Zwischenglied zwischen der
Antriebseinrichtung, die die für die Bewegung erforderliche Kraft ausübt, und der zu bewegenden Last bringt es mit sich, dass Lastaufnahmehaken der in Rede stehenden Art in der Lage sein müssen, die im Zuge des Bewegens der Last auftretenden statischen und dynamischen Kräfte sicher zu übertragen. Diesen Anforderungen gerecht werdende Haken werden üblicherweise durch Warmumformen, insbesondere Gesenkschmieden, eines geeigneten Stahls erzeugt. Solche Haken werden beispielsweise unter der Bezeichnung JH-I von der Spanset AG, Oetwil am See, Schweiz, unter der Bezeichnung VIP-Cobra-Osenhaken VCOH, von der RUD- Kettenfabrik Rieger & Dietz GmbH & Co., Aalen, Deutschland, oder unter der Bezeichnung TWN 1835/1 6-XL von der Thiele GmbH & Co. KG, Iserlohn, Deutschland, angeboten. Geschmiedete Haken weisen ein deutlich höheres Lastaufnahmevermögen auf als vergleichbare gegossene oder durch Sintern erzeugte Bauteile.
Um trotz der grundsätzlich schon hohen Belastbarkeit geschmiedeter Haken den immer höher werdenden Belastungsanforderungen gerecht zu werden, sind in der Vergangenheit immer stärker belastbarere Werkstoffe entwickelt worden, deren Eignung für die Herstellung von Haken der in Rede stehenden Art durch geeignete Wärmebehandlungen weiter erhöht werden konnte.
Gleichzeitig sind Haken entwickelt worden, deren Dimensionierung den sich in der Praxis stellenden Anforderungen angepasst worden ist. Insbesondere durch die Verwendung von hochbelastbaren Stahlwerkstoffen, die zusätzlich geeigneten Wärmebehandlung unterzogen wurden, konnte dabei eine übermäßige Gewichtszunahme in Folge der immer größer werdenden Abmessungen der Haken verhindert werden. Dennoch zeigt sich, dass die in der Praxis eingesetzten Haken vielfach ein derart hohes Gewicht erreicht haben, dass sie nur noch schwer handhabbar sind.
Die Aufgabe der Erfindung bestand daher darin, mit einfachen Mitteln einen Lastaufnahmehaken für das Bewegen von Lasten zu schaffen, der trotz einer hohen Belastbarkeit ein gegenüber den bekannten Haken vermindertes Gewicht besitzt .
Diese Aufgabe ist durch einen Lastaufnahmehaken, in den die zu bewegende Last einhängbar ist, gelöst worden, bei dem erfindungsgemäß mindestens abschnittsweise ein Fachwerk gebildet ist, dessen Streben abhängig von den bei in den Lastaufnahmehaken eingehängter Last ortlich wirkenden Beanspruchungen angeordnet und dimensioniert sind.
Durch die fachwerkartige Ausbildung mindestens eines Abschnitts wird bei einem erfindungsgemaßen Haken eine deutliche Gewichtsreduzierung gegenüber den bekannten Haken erreicht, die üblicherweise als massiver Korper ausgebildet sind. Dabei weist ein erfindungsgemaßer Haken eine Belastbarkeit auf, die mindestens gleich der Belastbarkeit konventioneller, gleich dimensionierter Haken ist. Diese Eigenschaft erfindungsgemaßer Haken wird dadurch sichergestellt, dass in dem jeweiligen Fachwerkabschnitt die Streben des Fachwerks jeweils so angeordnet und ausgelegt sind, dass sie die im praktischen Einsatz in der jeweiligen Zone des Hakens auftretenden Kräfte sicher aufnehmen können. Im Bereich der neutralen, d. h. unbelasteten Zonen des Fachwerksabschnitts, kann das Material des Hakens dagegen auf ein Minimum reduziert oder sogar vollständig weggelassen werden.
Indem die Erfindung das Prinzip des Fachwerks nutzt, wie es seit langem im Bereich des Brücken- oder Hausbaus bekannt ist, wird somit im mit dem Fachwerk versehenen Bereich des Hakens eine skelettartige Struktur geschaffen, bei der die Lasten von den Streben des Fachwerks aufgenommen werden, wahrend die zwischen den Streben vorhandenen Bereiche entweder als Offnungen ausgebildet oder mit Fullmaterial von geringem Gewicht oder geringer Starke gefüllt sein können .
Eine insbesondere im Hinblick auf eine kostengünstige Herstellung durch Schmieden vorteilhafte Ausgestaltung der Erfindung ist dabei dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zwischenräume zwischen den Streben mit Füllmaterial gefüllt sind, dessen Dicke geringer ist als die Dicke der Rippen, wobei das Füllmaterial einstückig mit den Streben verbunden ist .
Entsprechend der üblichen Gestaltung konventioneller Haken, kann ein erfindungsgemäßer Lastaufnahmehaken einen Tragabschnitt zum Ankoppeln eines Tragmittels, wie Kette, Seil, Gurt oder Band, und einen an den Tragabschnitt angeschlossenen Hakenabschnitt zum Einhängen der zu bewegenden Last aufweisen. Tragabschnitt und Hakenabschnitt können dabei grundsätzlich durch ein Drehgelenk oder ein anderes, eine Relativbewegung zwischen Tragabschnitt und Hakenabschnitt erlaubendes Gelenk miteinander verkoppelt sein. Die Vorteile einer erfindungsgemäßen Gestaltung eines Lastaufnahmehakens wirken sich jedoch dann besonders günstig aus, wenn Trag- und Hakenabschnitt einstückig ausgebildet sind, da in diesem Fall die mit der fachwerkartigen Ausbildung erzielte Gewichtsersparnis optimiert werden kann.
Abhängig von der jeweiligen Grundgestalt des Lastaufnahmehakens und der in der Praxis sich stellenden Anforderungen an die Handhabung und Formgebung kann es zweckmäßig sein, das Fachwerk im Bereich des Tragabschnitts auszubilden, während der Hakenabschnitt massiv geformt ist. Eine solche Gestaltung kann beispielsweise dann zweckmäßig sein, wenn im Bereich des Hakens breite Auflageflächen oder bestimmte Formelemente ausgebildet werden sollen, die für die Ankopplung oder Sicherung der zu bewegenden Last benötigt sind. Alternativ kann das Fachwerk auch im Bereich des Hakenabschnitts ausgebildet sein, während der Tragabschnitt massiv geformt ist. Diese Ausgestaltung kann beispielsweise dann zweckmäßig sein, wenn im Bereich des Tragabschnitts eine Ose oder eine vergleichbar große Öffnung für das mit dem Haken zu verkoppelnde Tragmittel ausgebildet werden soll. Unter einer "massiven" Ausbildung der einzelnen Abschnitte des Hakens wird dabei eine Gestaltung verstanden, bei der die betreffenden Abschnitte keine deutlich abgesetzten Dickenunterschiede mit nach Art eines Fachwerks ausgeprägten Streben aufweisen, sondern bei denen die mehr oder weniger dicken Bereiche wie bei den konventionellen Haken in weichen Übergängen großflächig ineinander übergehen.
Eine weitere für die praktische Handhabung besonders geeignete und gleichzeitig eine hohe Stabilität gewahrleistende Ausgestaltung der Erfindung ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein erfindungsgemaßer Lastaufnahmehaken im Bereich des Fachwerks mindestens abschnittsweise eine Außenrippe aufweist, durch die die Außenkontur des jeweiligen Abschnitts bestimmt ist. Diese Außenrippe stellt sicher, dass es zu keinem unerwünschten Verhaken des Tragmittels oder der zu bewegenden Last mit den Streben des Fachwerkabschnitts kommt, und verhindert, dass sich die Nutzer eines solchen Hakens an frei vorstehenden, kantigen Teilen verletzen.
Ein besonderer Vorteil der Erfindung besteht darin, dass sie sich auf einfache Weise schmiedetechnisch umsetzen lasst. Dementsprechend besteht eine besonders vorteilhafte Ausgestaltung eines erfindungsgemaßen Lastaufnahmehakens darin, dass er ein Schmiedeteil ist. Nachfolgend wird die Erfindung anhand einer ein Ausfuhrungsbeispiel darstellenden Zeichnung naher erläutert. Es zeigen jeweils schematisch in seitlicher Ansicht :

Der in Fig. 1 dargestellte, aus einem Stahlwerkstoff einstuckig geschmiedete Lastaufnahmehaken 1 weist einen Tragabschnitt 2 und einen daran angeschlossenen Hakenabschnitt 3 auf.
Der als Fachwerkskonstruktion ausgebildete Tragabschnitt 2 umgrenzt mit seinem zentralen Mittelbereich 2a, seinem sich an den Mittelbereich 2a anschließenden und von dessen einem Ende frei in Richtung des Hakenabschnitts weisenden Endabschnitt 2b und seinem sich an das andere Ende anschließenden, in den Hakenabschnitt 3 übergehenden Ubergangsabschnitt 2c eine Aufnahme 4. In die Aufnahme 4 kann als Tragmittel beispielsweise ein hier nicht gezeigter Hebegurt eingelegt werden, über den der Haken 1 beispielsweise mit einem ebenfalls nicht gezeigten Kran verkoppelt wird.
Das freie Ende des Endabschnitts 2b ist mit seinem Endbereich 2d in Richtung des Ubergangsabschnitts 2c abgekropft. In entsprechender Weise ist am
Ubergangsabschnitt 2c ein in Richtung des Endabschnitts 2b gerichteter Vorsprung 5 ausgebildet. Auf diese Weise begrenzen der Vorsprung 5 und das freie Ende des Endabschnitts 2b zwischen sich einen Durchgang 6 zur Aufnahme 4, dessen Breite geringer ist als die Breite der Aufnahme 4. Die Materialstarke des Vorsprungs 5 und des Endabschnitts 2b in seinem abgekropften vollflachig ausgebildeten Endbereich 2d ist dabei wesentlich dunner als die Materialstarke in den jeweils angrenzenden Bereichen des Hakens 1.
Der abgekropfte Endbereich 2d des Endabschnitts 2b geht auf seiner äußeren Umfangsseite über eine massiv ausgebildete Ubergangszone geringer Hohe in eine Außenrippe 2e über, die über den gesamten Umfang des Tragabschnitts 2 bis zum Ende des Ubergangsabschnitts 2c verlauft und dort in das Material des Hakenabschnitts 3 mundet. In entsprechender Weise geht vom abgekropften Endbereich 2d des Endabschnitts 2b eine innere Rippe 2f aus, die um die Aufnahme 4 herum über den Ubergangsabschnitt 2c bis zum Material des Hakenabschnitts 3 gefuhrt ist.
Zusatzlich erstrecken sich ausgehend von den beiden oberen, dem Mittelbereich 2a des Tragabschnitts 2 zugeordneten Eckbereichen der Aufnahme 4 zwischen der inneren Rippe 2f und der Außenrippe 2e jeweils eine Strebe 2g, 2h, durch die die Außenrippe 2e und die innere Rippe 2f gegeneinander abgestutzt sind. Die Streben 2g, 2h teilen die von der Außenrippe 2e und der inneren Rippe 2f umgrenzte Öffnung des Tragabschnitts 2 in drei Offnungsabschnitte 2i,2j,2k, die frei sind vom Stahlwerkstoff des Hakens 1. Die Außenrippe 2e, die innere Rippe 2f und die Stege 2g, 2h bilden auf diese Weise ein Fachwerk, durch das der Tragabschnitt 2 trotz seines gegenüber einer massiven Ausfuhrung deutlich geringeren Gewichts eine Stabilität und Tragfähigkeit erreicht, die Tragabschnitten in konventionell massiver Ausfuhrung gleich kommt. An den fachwerkartigen Tragabschnitt 2 des Hakens 1 schließt sich der aus massivem Material ohne eingeformte Offnungen gefertigte Hakenabschnitt 3 an. Dessen freier Endbereich 3a ist so gebogen ausgeführt, dass er eine gegenüber der für das Tragmittel bestimmten Aufnahme 4 gegenüberliegend positionierte Lastaufnahme 7 umgreift, in die die zu bewegende, hier nicht dargestellte Last eingehängt werden kann.
Der in Fig. 2 dargestellte, als einstuckiges Schmiedestuck ausgebildete Lastaufnahmehaken 11 weist ebenfalls einen Tragabschnitt 12 und einen sich an den Tragabschnitt 12 anschließenden Hakenabschnitt 13 auf. Im Unterschied zum Haken 11 ist beim Haken 11 jedoch der Tragabschnitt 12 aus massivem Metall, also nicht als Fachwerkskonstruktion, geformt, wahrend der Hakenabschnitt 11 durch ein Fachwerk gebildet ist.
Wie beim Haken 1 umgreift auch beim Haken 11 der Tragabschnitt 12 mit seinem zentralen Mittelabschnitt 12a, seinem abgekropften freien Endabschnitt 12b und seinem Ubergangsabschnitt 12c eine Aufnahme 14, in die beispielsweise ein band- oder gurtartiges, hier nicht dargestelltes Tragmittel zum Verkoppeln des Hakens 11 mit einem ebenfalls nicht gezeigten Kran eingelegt werden kann.
Der Ubergangsabschnitt 12c geht in einen Anschlussabschnitt 13a des Hakenabschnitts 13 über, an dessen innerer, der Aufnahme 14 zugeordneten Seite eine innere Rippe 15 angeschmiegt ist. Die Rippe 15 ist ausgehend von dem Anschlussabschnitt 13a in einem Bogen in Richtung des freien Endabschnitts 12a des Tragabschnitts 12 gefuhrt und umfasst auf diese Weise die Lastaufnahme 16 des Lastaufnahmehakens 11. Die innere Rippe 15 endet an der freien, in Richtung des Endabschnitts 12a gerichteten, jedoch mit Abstand zu diesem angeordneten Spitze 13b des Hakenabschnitts 13 und geht dort über in eine Außenrippe 17, die um den äußeren Umfang des Hakenabschnitts 13 herum in einem größeren Bogen zurück zum Anschlussabschnitt 13a gefuhrt ist. An den Übergang von der inneren Rippe 15 zur Außenrippe 17 ist dabei auf der der Lastaufnahme 16 zugeordneten Seite der Spitze 13b des Hakenabschnitts 13 ein längs der Rippe 15 gerichteter Steg 13c angeformt, der zur Aussteifung der Spitze 13b dient.
Im Bereich des Übergangs zum Anschlussabschnitt 13a des Hakenabschnitts 13 erstrecken sich zwischen der inneren Rippe 15 und der Außenrippe 17 Streben 13d, 13e, 13f durch die die Außenrippe 17 gegenüber der inneren Rippe 15 in der Zone abgestutzt ist, in der es bei im Haken 11 hangender Last zu den höchsten Belastungen kommt. Die Streben 13d, 13e, 13f teilen die von der inneren Rippe 15, der Außenrippe 17 und dem Anschlussabschnitt 13a umgrenzte Öffnung in Offnungsabschnitte 13g, 13h, 13i, 13j , die frei durchgangig sind.
Aufgrund der fachwerkartigen Ausbildung seines Hakenabschnitts 13 weist auch der Lastaufnahmehaken 11 ein bei gleichzeitig identischen mechanischen Eigenschaften deutlich geringeres Gewicht auf als ein vollständig massiv ausgeführter Haken gleicher äußerer Gestalt.
Selbstverständlich kann zur weiteren Gewichtsersparnis beim Haken 1 auch der Hakenabschnitt 3 nach dem Vorbild des Hakenabschnitts 13 des Hakens 11 als Fachwerkskonstruktion ausgebildet werden. Ebenso kann beim Haken 11 dessen Tragabschnitt 12 nach Art des Tragabschnitts 2 des Hakens 1 fachwerkartig gestaltet werden, um auch beim Lastaufnahmehaken 11 weiteres Material einzusparen.

Claims

P A T E N T A N S P R Ü C H E
1. Lastaufnahmehaken zum Einhängen einer zu bewegenden Last, d a d u r c h g e k e n n z e i c h n e t, d a s s er mindestens abschnittsweise durch ein Fachwerk gebildet ist, dessen Streben (2g, 2h, 13d-13f) abhängig von den bei in den Lastaufnahmehaken (1,11) eingehängter Last örtlich wirkenden Beanspruchungen angeordnet und dimensioniert sind.
2. Lastaufnahmehaken nach Anspruch 1, d a d u r c h g e k e n n z e i c h n e t, d a s s die Zwischenräume zwischen den Streben mit Füllmaterial gefüllt sind, dessen Dicke geringer ist als die Dicke der Streben (2g, 2h, 13d-13f) .
3. Lastaufnahmehaken nach Anspruch 2, d a d u r c h g e k e n n z e i c h n e t, d a s s das Füllmaterial einstückig mit den Streben (2g, 2h, 13d-13f) verbunden ist.
4. Lastaufnahmehaken nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, d a d u r c h g e k e n n z e i c h n e t, d a s s er einen Tragabschnitt (2,12) zum Ankoppeln eines Tragmittels, wie Kette, Seil, Gurt oder Band, und einen an den Tragabschnitt (2,12) angeschlossenen Hakenabschnitt (3,13) zum Einhängen der zu bewegenden Last aufweist.
5. Lastaufnahmehaken nach Anspruch 4, d a d u r c h g e k e n n z e i c h n e t, d a s s das Fachwerk im Bereich des Tragabschnitts (2) ausgebildet ist, während der Hakenabschnitt (3) massiv ausgebildet ist.
6. Lastaufnahmehaken nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, d a d u r c h g e k e n n z e i c h n e t, d a s s das Fachwerk im Bereich des Hakenabschnitts
(3) ausgebildet ist, während der Tragabschnitt (2) massiv ausgebildet ist.
7. Lastaufnahmehaken nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, d a d u r c h g e k e n n z e i c h n e t, d a s s er im Bereich des Fachwerks mindestens abschnittsweise eine Außenrippe (2e,17) aufweist, durch die die Außenkontur des jeweiligen Abschnitts (2,13) bestimmt ist.
8. Lastaufnahmehaken nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, d a d u r c h g e k e n n z e i c h n e t, d a s s er ein Schmiedeteil ist.
9. Lastaufnahmehaken nach Anspruch 8, d a d u r c h g e k e n n z e i c h n e t, d a s s er einstückig ausgebildet ist.
