Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a slat blind for shading interiors with a plurality of flexible slats according to the preamble of claim 1.
  • slat blinds are the opposite longitudinal sides of each slat connected to the ends of a flexible tension member.
  • the tension member is connected to a rotatable and drivable shaft.
  • the shaft When turning the shaft, the one longitudinal side of the slats lowers, while the other long side lifts, ie the slats are pivoted.
  • the slats can also be moved in the direction of the longitudinal axis of the shaft.
  • the present invention is an object of the invention to provide a slatted blinds for shading indoors, in which at high reliability of the cost of opening and closing the store and changing the position of the slats is minimized.
  • the displacement assemblies each connected to one end of the blades, are moved along a first path of travel.
  • the first end of each blade is connected via a pulling member of given length with the other blade end, which is opposite to the first end.
  • Each pulling element is guided over a deflection element.
  • the changing of the position of the slats now takes place in that the distance between the deflecting member and the first end of each slat is reduced or increased. This has a pivoting of the slats to one perpendicular to the closing or opening direction of the store extending pivot axis result.
  • the mechanism for adjusting the slats is relatively simple and less susceptible to interference.
  • the slat blind 1 has a plurality of flexible slats 2, which are preferably made of fabric.
  • the in the open position of the slat blind 1 ( Fig. 1 ) hanging slats 2 are connected at its upper end 2a with a support rod 3 and at its lower end 2b with a transverse bar 4.
  • the support rods 3 and the cross bars 4 are inserted into hollow seams at the upper and lower end 2a, 2b of the slats 2 and extend at right angles to the direction of movement A of the slats 1.
  • the support rods 3 define pivot axes 3a for the slats 2.
  • Each lamella 2 is connected at its upper end 2 a with a displacement arrangement 5.
  • Each displacement arrangement 5 consists of two displacement elements 6 and 7 (FIG. Fig. 6 and 7 ), each of which is mounted at each end of a support rod 3.
  • the displacement elements 6 and 7 are each guided in a guide rail 8 and 9 respectively.
  • the two guide rails 8 and 9 are parallel to each other and each define a linear path of movement for the displacement elements 6 and 7.
  • the displacement elements 6, 7 are slidably guided in the guide rails 8 and 9, respectively.
  • the two guide rails 8 and 9 are each attached to a longitudinal member 10 and 11 respectively.
  • the mutually parallel side members 10, 11 are connected to each other in the region of their ends by means of a cross member (see Fig. 6 and 7 ).
  • the formed by the side members 10, 11 and the cross member 12 rectangular Frame is suitably attached laterally to the masonry or supported on the ground.
  • the displacement elements 6, 7 are connected to each other by means of flexible tension elements 13, 13 'of given length, which are respectively fastened to two adjacent displacement elements 6 and 7.
  • a drive device For moving the displacement assemblies 5 along the guide rails 8, 9, a drive device is present, which has two flexible drive elements 14, 14 '(eg toothed belts or chains).
  • the drive elements 14, 14 ' are each arranged on one side of the slatted blinds 1 (see Fig. 6 and 7 ) and a drive wheel 15 or 15 'and a (in the Fig. 6 and 7 not visible) deflecting 16 guided.
  • the drive wheels 15, 15 ' are connected to a drive shaft 17 and 17', which are driven by a drive motor 18 which is housed in the cross member 12 (see Fig. 6 ).
  • each blade 2 is connected to the upper end 2a of the same blade 2 by means of a flexible pulling member 20, 20 '.
  • the tension members 20, 20 ' are attached at one end to the transverse bar 4 and at the other end to the support rod 3.
  • Each pulling member 20, 20 ' is guided over a deflecting member 21, which is attached to a control assembly 22.
  • Each control arrangement 22 has two control elements 23 and 24, which are guided on both sides of the slat blind 1 in guide rails 25 and 26 and are connected to the support rod 3 of the associated slat 2 ( Fig. 6 and 7 ).
  • the guide rails 25, 26 are parallel to the guide rails 8, 9 for the Sliding elements 6, 7 and are also attached to the side rails 10, 11, as the Fig. 6 shows.
  • the direction of movement B of the control arrangement 22 or of the control elements 23, 24 is parallel to the direction of movement A of the displacement arrangement 5 or of the displacement elements 6, 7.
  • the control elements 23, 24 are slidably guided in the guide rails 25, 26.
  • the control elements 23, 24 are connected to each other by means of flexible tension elements 27, 27 'of given length. Each tension element 27, 27 'is fastened by its ends to adjacent control elements 23, 24.
  • the control assemblies 22 do not have their own drive but are drivingly coupled to the driven slide assemblies 5 for displacement along the guide rails 25, 26 by means of a releasable coupling arrangement 28.
  • the coupling arrangement 28 has two pawls 29, which are arranged on both sides of the lamellar store 1. These pawls 29 are in the Fig. 6 and 7 Not shown. In the Fig. 1 to 5 only one of the two pawls 28 is visible.
  • the pawls 29 are attached to the first or foremost displacement arrangement 5 'or to the first or foremost displacement elements 6, 7, as in the Fig. 1 to 5 is shown schematically.
  • the pawls 29 In their operative position, the pawls 29 cooperate with pins 30 which are attached to the first or foremost control arrangement 22 'or to the first or foremost control elements 23, 24. At the end of the path of movement of the control arrangements 22 there is a stationary switching cam 31, which actuates the pawls 29 in a manner to be described.
  • the slat blind 1 is shown in its open position. In this open position, the displacement assemblies 5 and the control assemblies 22 are pushed together at their shortest distance. The slats 2 take a vertical position, ie they hang down. Since the cross bars 4 have a certain weight, the slats 2 are weight-loaded at their lower ends 2b.
  • the drive elements 14, 14 ' by means of driven by the drive motor 18 drive wheels 15, 15' rotatably driven.
  • the frontmost shifting arrangement 5 'connected to the drive elements 14, 14' is displaced in the closing direction A.
  • the subsequent displacement assemblies 5 are taken and also moved in the direction A. Since the foremost control arrangement 22 'is coupled to the foremost displacement arrangement 5' via the coupling arrangement 28, the foremost control arrangement 22 'is carried along by the foremost displacement arrangement 5' ( Fig. 2 ).
  • the displacement arrangements 5 are moved further in the direction of the arrow A. Since, as mentioned, the control arrangements 22 can not join in this further displacement movement, the distance between the support rods 3, ie the upper end 2a of the slats 2, and the associated deflection member 21 is increased. This has the consequence that on the traction elements 20, 20 ', a tensile force in the direction of arrow D ( Fig. 4 ) is exercised. Thereby, the lower end 2b of the slats 2, that is, the cross bar 4 of each slat 2, raised. Have the displacement assemblies 5 reaches its front end position, the blades 2 are completely pivoted upwards, like that Fig. 4 shows in the the slat blind 1 is shown in its closed position.
  • the slat blind 1 instead of as in Fig. 4 shown completely closed and only partially closed.
  • the slats 2 In all intermediate positions of the foremost displacement arrangement 5 'between the in Fig. 3 shown intermediate position of the slat blind 1 and the closed position according to Fig. 4 are the slats 2 more or less pivoted out of their hanging position and leave between them a correspondingly large gap free, can fall through the light into the interior.
  • the drive mechanism for closing and opening the slat blinds 1 is very simple and thus less prone to failure. Only the foremost or first displacement arrangement 5 'is driven. The remaining displacement assemblies 5 are taken when closing in the manner of a towing connection.
  • the pivoting of the slats 2 is very simple, but it takes place via tension members 20, 20 ', which are respectively attached to opposite ends 2a, 2b of the slats 2 and guided over a respective deflecting 21 whose distance to one end 2a (and also the other end 2b) of the slats 2 is changed.
  • the deflecting members 21 move with the slats 2, for pivoting the slats 2 but with different speeds.
  • slat blind 1 is preferably arranged below horizontal or inclined, translucent roof surfaces, such as below glass roofs of conservatories.
  • the releasable entrainment connection between the first or foremost displacement arrangement 5 'and the first or foremost control arrangement 22', i. the releasable coupling arrangement 28 may also be formed differently than shown.
  • the sliding assemblies 5 and the control arrangements 22 can instead of sliding also rolling in the guide rails 8, 9 and 25, 26 are performed.
