Claims (11)

  1. Unité de palier (12) réglable en hauteur pour permettre de relier un bras d'extension (8, 28) de l'unité de palier (12) monté pivotant sur un chariot mobile avec un profil d'appui (1) de l'unité de palier (12) pouvant être fixé à un bord de vantail inférieur d'un vantail, dans laquelle
    (a) l'unité de palier comporte un tourillon de palier (4, 24) de l'unité de palier (12) qui est introduit à force par son extrémité inférieure (4a) par une liaison par la forme dans le bras d'extension (8), et qui peut être monté réglable axialement et mobile en rotation dans un premier évidement (1*) du profil d'appui (1),
    (b) le tourillon de palier (4, 24) forme, avec une partie de palier (5, 25) de l'unité de palier (12) une unité de réglage en deux parties pour laquelle le tourillon de palier (4, 24) est équipé à sa partie supérieure d'un évidement cylindrique (15) muni d'un filetage interne (15a) et la partie de palier comporte un prolongement cylindrique (5c) muni d'un filetage externe (5d) correspondant,
    (c) la partie de palier (5, 25) est réalisée pour pouvoir être logée dans un second évidement (1') du profil d'appui (1), fixe axialement mais mobile en rotation de façon à permettre de recueillir une charge transmise par le profil d'appui et de la transmettre au tourillon de palier (4, 24) par la liaison filetée (15a, 5d, 21),
    caractérisée en ce que
    (d) la partie de palier (5, 25) et le tourillon de palier (4, 24) comportent des perçages (5b, 4, 24a, 25b) s'étendant le long d'un axe commun (7*, 13) et alignés entre eux pour permettre la réception d'un élément en forme de tige (7, 9, 17) de l'unité de palier (12) pour pouvoir recevoir, dans une situation position ne permettant pas le réglage, l'élément de tige (7, 9) chargé élastiquement et réalisant une liaison par la forme entre le tourillon de palier et la pièce de palier (4, 5), ou l'élément de tige (17) réalisant une liaison par la forme entre le tourillon de palier et la partie de palier (24, 25).
  2. Unité de palier (12) conforme à la revendication 1, dans laquelle la partie de palier (5) comporte, à distance axiale au-dessous de son extrémité supérieure (5a) profilée par permettre la mise en prise d'un outil de réglage, une collerette (16) en saillie radialement vers l'extérieur qui est montée à l'extrémité du premier évidement (1*) du profil d'appui (1) de préférence avec interposition d'un disque de palier (6, 26).
  3. Unité de palier (12) conforme à la revendication 2, dans laquelle le disque de palier (6) est réalisé en un matériau synthétique résistant à l'usure ayant de (bonnes) propriétés de glissement.
  4. Unité de palier (12) conforme à l'une des revendications 2 et 3, dans laquelle l'élément de palier (5) est bloqué en position axialement par le bas par l'extrémité supérieure (3a) d'un coussinet (3) situé dans le premier évidement (2a, 2b) en particulier sous la forme de douilles d'aiguille.
  5. Unité de palier (12) conforme à l'une des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle pour permettre de former la liaison par la forme, le perçage (4c) situé dans le tourillon de palier ainsi que le perçage (5b) situé dans la partie de palier sont réalisés avec une section polygonale, le perçage situé dans le tourillon de palier comporte un ressort de rappel (10) dans sa zone de base, en particulier au niveau de son fond, l'élément en forme de tige (7, 9) réalisé de préférence en deux parties présente, dans sa zone inférieure ou dans sa partie inférieure (9) une section adaptée à la section polygonale des perçages (4c, 5b), et dans sa zone ou partie supérieure (7) une section diminuée qui est librement mobile en rotation dans au moins la partie supérieure des perçages polygonaux et pénètre par une extrémité (7b) plus effilée en passant au travers d'une ouverture (5a) dimensionnée de façon correspondante dans la face frontale supérieure de la partie de palier, dans la position de liaison par la forme de l'élément en forme de tige.
  6. Unité de palier (12) conforme à la revendication 5, dans laquelle l'ouverture (5a) située sur la face frontale supérieure de la partie de palier est réalisée sous la forme d'une ouverture polygonale pour une clé de réglage.
  7. Unité de palier (12) conforme à l'une des revendications 1 à 5, dans laquelle, pour permettre de réaliser la liaison par la force, le perçage (24a) situé dans le tourillon de palier (24) est réalisé sous la forme d'un perçage taraudé, et l'élément en forme de tige (17) comporte dans sa zone inférieure (17b) un segment fileté correspondant qui, lors de l'établissement de la liaison par la force vient en prise avec le perçage taraudé réalisé dans le tourillon de palier, et est simultanément positionné par une partie de tête (17a) qui est réalisée avec une section polygonale pour la mise en prise d'un outil de réglage, sur la face supérieure ou dans une cavité (18a) située dans celle-ci pour permettre d'obtenir en tirant ou en tournant l'élément en forme de tige une liaison par la force entre la partie de palier (25) et le tourillon de palier (24).
  8. Unité de palier conforme à la revendication 1, dans laquelle le perçage situé dans la partie de palier (5) est réalisé sous forme polygonale au moins dans sa zone inférieure.
  9. Unité de palier conforme à la revendication 1, 5 ou 8, dans laquelle le perçage (4c, 15) situé dans le tourillon de palier (4) est réalisé sous une forme polygonale au moins sur la plus grande partie de sa longueur, en particulier sur le segment supérieur d'un perçage (4c) plus étroit.
  10. Unité de palier (12) conforme à l'une des revendications 1 à 10, dans laquelle des perçages (24a, 25b) alignés situés dans la partie de palier (25) et le tourillon de palier (24) reçoivent une tige (17) qui forme, dans sa position de déplacement / rotation une liaison par la force entre le tourillon de palier (24) et la partie de palier (25).
  11. Unité de palier (12) conforme à l'une des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle l'unité de palier (12) est prévue pour un chariot mobile (11) d'une porte ou d'une fenêtre coulissante pouvant être bloquée en tant que vantail pour relier un bras d'extension (8) monté pivotant sur le chariot mobile avec un profil d'appui (1) pouvant être fixé à un bord inférieur du vantail.
