Claims (6)
- Véhicule ferroviaire avec superstructure de wagon et trains de roulement ferroviaires destinés à recevoir un dispositif de machine servant à usiner mécaniquement les rails d'une voie,
caractérisé en ce que
la superstructure de wagon du véhicule ferroviaire est composée de deux segments de tête (2, 2') situés à l'extérieur dans le sens longitudinal du véhicule et d'au moins un segment médian (3) disposé entre ces deux segments de tête (2, 2'), chaque segment de tête (2, 2') comprenant un châssis (4, 4') s'appuyant respectivement sur un train de roulement ferroviaire (1, 1') ainsi qu'une pluralité de plans de brides (6.1, ..., 6.6) reliés par une construction soudée (5, 5'), orientés perpendiculairement à l'axe longitudinal du véhicule et orientés en direction d'au moins un segment médian (3) du véhicule ferroviaire,
et l'au moins un segment médian (3) comprenant une pluralité de longerons (7.1, 7.2) qui sont fixés entre les plans de brides (6.1, ..., 6.6) se correspondant mutuellement de deux segments de tête (2, 2') par un raccordement dissociable (8) pouvant être sollicité par des forces transversales, de traction et de flexion. - Véhicule ferroviaire avec superstructure de wagon et trains de roulement ferroviaires destinés à recevoir un dispositif de machine servant à usiner mécaniquement les rails d'une voie selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le raccordement dissociable (8) entre les longerons (7) du segment médian (3) et les plans de brides (6.1, ..., 6.6) des segments de tête (2, 2') est assuré par des liaisons ajustées en correspondance géométrique (8.1) permettant d'absorber les forces transversales ainsi que par des raccords par vis à tige allégée (8.2) permettant de transférer les forces de traction et de flexion.
- Véhicule ferroviaire avec superstructure de wagon et trains de roulement ferroviaires destinés à recevoir un dispositif de machine servant à usiner mécaniquement les rails d'une voie selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un segment de tête (22') dispose d'au moins une plaque réceptrice (9) orientée perpendiculairement à l'axe longitudinal du véhicule et permettant de fixer des outils (10) d'usinage mécanique des rails, la plaque réceptrice (9) étant orientée en direction du segment médian (3) du véhicule ferroviaire.
- Véhicule ferroviaire avec superstructure de wagon et trains de roulement ferroviaires destinés à recevoir un dispositif de machine servant à usiner mécaniquement les rails d'une voie selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un sous-ensemble servant à fraiser un rail de chemin de fer est fixé au moyen d'un traînard (11) sur la plaque réceptrice (9).
- Véhicule ferroviaire avec superstructure de wagon et trains de roulement ferroviaires destinés à recevoir un dispositif de machine servant à usiner mécaniquement les rails d'une voie selon une des revendications 3 ou 4, caractérisé en ce le segment médian (3) comporte d'autres parties de boîtier (12) permettant de loger les outils d'usinage mécanique des rails.
- Véhicule ferroviaire avec superstructure de wagon et trains de roulement ferroviaires destinés à recevoir un dispositif de machine servant à usiner mécaniquement les rails d'une voie selon une des revendications 3 à 5, caractérisé en ce le segment médian (3) comporte un espace intermédiaire accessible (13) d'où on peut accéder aux outils d'usinage mécanique des rails.
