Claims (16)

  1. Système modulaire (10) constitué de modules individuels pouvant être alignés côte à côte, comprenant
    - un module de tête (12) présentant au moins un raccord (14) pour un signal de bus externe sur un bus externe, au moins un raccord d'alimentation pneumatique (18), un raccord d'alimentation électrique (20) et, respectivement guidé vers l'extérieur sur le même côté :
    ▪ une interface de bus sérielle (22) pour un bus sériel interne,
    ▪ une interface d'alimentation électrique (24),
    ▪ une interface de multipôle (26) et
    ▪ une interface d'alimentation pneumatique (28);
    - et au moins un module fonctionnel (42) comportant :
    ▪ une ligne de bus sérielle (44) interne,
    ▪ des lignes d'alimentation électriques (46),
    ▪ des lignes de multipôle électriques (48) et
    ▪ une ligne d'alimentation pneumatique (50) ;
    celles-ci passant respectivement d'un côté au côté opposé et étant connectées chacune à une interface correspondante du module de tête (12),
    - le module de tête (12) convertissant des signaux de bus sériels en signaux de mutilpôle et émettant ceux-ci à l'interface de multipôle (26) ;
    - le module fonctionnel (42) dérivant sélectivement au moins une des lignes de multipôle (48) et réalisant avec un signal conduit sur celui-ci une fonction pneumatique ou électrique ou bien tant une fonction pneumatique qu'une fonction électrique ;
    un module intermédiaire d'extension (52) qui peut être inséré entre deux modules fonctionnels (42), qui fait passer la ligne de bus sérielle interne(44) depuis un côté vers le côté opposé, qui présente sur un de ses côtés une interface de multipôle (26) pour le module fonctionnel (42) raccordé à celle-ci et qui convertit des signaux de bus sériels sur le bus interne en signaux de multipôle étant prévu, caractérisé en ce que le module intermédiaire d'extension (52) présente un raccord d'alimentation électrique (54) séparé pour diviser le système modulaire en segments qui sont aptes à être mis en marche ou mis hors circuit individuellement de sorte que dans le cas d'une erreur, seuls les modules d'un segment doivent être déconnectés de l'alimentation en tension et non l'ensemble du système modulaire, et en ce que le module intermédiaire d'extension (52) présente une interface de bus (56) séparée pour entrer un signal de bus externe sur un bus externe, l'interface de bus (56) étant une interface de diagnostic/de programmation, et les lignes de multipôle (48) comprenant tant des lignes d'entrée que des lignes de sortie, et les lignes de multipôle (48) dans le module intermédiaire d'extension (52) étant divisées en lignes d'entrée de multipôle (48a) et en lignes de sortie de multipôle (48b).
  2. Système modulaire (10) selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le module de tête convertit des signaux de multipôle de l'interface de multipôle en un signal de bus sériel.
  3. Système modulaire (10) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le module de tête (12) présente un raccord de prolongement de bus dérivé de l'interface de bus sérielle (22), auquel un premier module d'extension peut être raccordé, lequel présente sur un de ses côtés des interfaces pour un module fonctionnel (42), dont au moins une interface de multipôle (26) est réalisée de manière analogue à celle du module de tête (12).
  4. Système modulaire (10) selon la revendication 3, dans lequel le premier module d'extension présente un raccord de prolongement de bus auquel un deuxième module d'extension peut être raccordé.
  5. Système modulaire (10) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le module intermédiaire d'extension (52) émet des signaux de multipôle à l'interface de multipôle (26) ou convertit des signaux de multipôle en un signal de bus sériel.
  6. Système modulaire (10) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel est prévu un module fonctionnel de bus qui peut être inséré entre deux modules fonctionnels (42) ou entre un module fonctionnel (42) et un module terminal et qui présente une interface de bus.
  7. Système modulaire (10) selon la revendication 6, dans lequel le module fonctionnel de bus présente au moins unité de convertisseur.
  8. Système modulaire (10) selon la revendication 7, dans lequel ladite au moins une unité de convertisseur comprend au moins un convertisseur analogique-numérique et/ou au moins un convertisseur numérique-analogique.
  9. Système modulaire (10) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel un module fonctionnel (42) avec une fonction pneumatique présente au moins un raccord de réponse séparé.
  10. Système modulaire (10) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, comprenant en outre un module fonctionnel d'extension pneumatique dans lequel les lignes de multipôle (48) sont divisées en lignes d'entrée de multipôle (48a) et en lignes de sortie de multipôle (48b) et les lignes d'entrée de multipôle (48a) électriques sont converties en lignes de sortie de multipôle (48b) électriques.
  11. Système modulaire (10) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel les modules sont réalisés avec un blindage à degré de protection IP65/IP67 élevé.
  12. Système modulaire (10) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel un module fonctionnel (42) avec une fonction pneumatique présente son un raccord d'alimentation pneumatique particulier.
  13. Système modulaire (10) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel sur les côtés des modules sont prévues des fiches de connexion qui s'engagent les unes dans les autres avec des bagues d'étanchéité et des collerettes de liaison s'engageant les unes sur les autres.
  14. Système modulaire (10) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel l'étanchéité du système modulaire (10) ou de modules fonctionnels du système modulaire (10) est réalisée par un scellement partiel.
  15. Système modulaire (10) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, comportant des raccords qui sont scellés avec une masse d'étanchéité du côté intérieur.
  16. Système modulaire (10) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel une mise à la terre pour un module fonctionnel (42) est prévue via un ligne à la masse sur une platine, la ligne à la masse étant relié via un élément en acier à ressorts avec un raccord extérieur scellé du côté intérieur, du module fonctionnel.
