Description
- Die Erfindung betrifft einen Elektrowinkelstecker gemäß dem Oberbegriff von Anspruch 1.
- Ein solcher Stecker ist aus der
JP 07-030 472 U - Bekannt ist aus
US 2259799 A ferner ein amerikanischer Flachstecker mit kompliziert herzustellender Ausdrückhilfe mit geteilten Bundbolzen und Feder. InGB 2416432 A - Die Erfindung hat sich zur Aufgabe gestellt, durch einfache, billige und marktfähige Maßnahmen den Stecker abzuändern, um eine äußere Krafteinwirkung auf Steckdose, Stecker bzw. Kabel beim Herausziehen des Steckers nahezu auszuschließen. Der Stecker sollte nur mit einer Hand unter geringer, in sich geschlossener Krafteinwirkung entfernt werden können. Dies soll mit einfachen, geringen Änderungen an den am Markt befindlichen Winkelsteckern oder an deren Herstellungsverfahren (Spritzgussmaschinen) erreicht werden, damit eine wirksame Nutzung der Vorteile dem Anwender zugute kommt.
- Zur Lösung dieser Aufgabe sieht die Erfindung einen Elektrowinkelstecker wie in Anspruch 1 definiert vor. Vorteilhafte Ausführungsformen und Weiterbildungen sind in den abhängigen Ansprüchen angegeben.
- Mit der Erfindung wird eine in einem Winkelstecker einfach herzustellende und einfach einbaubare Ausdrückvorrichtung mit einfachem Druckteil und Gegendruckteil erreicht, mit welchem der Stecker mittels Daumen und zwei Fingern relativ leicht aus der Steckdose gedrückt werden kann. Das Durchgangsloch und das Aufnahmeloch sind einfach herzustellen.
- Durch die Ausstattung des Elektrowinkelsteckers mit der vorgeschlagenen einfachen Ausdrückvorrichtung ist eine Erhöhung der Sicherheit der Anlagen bei Steckdosen und Steckerkabel durch Fehlen einer äußeren Kraftanwendung zu erwarten. Weiters kann der Stecker durch die effektive Einhandbedienung wesentlich leichter aus der Steckdose entfernt werden, ohne diese auch bei eventueller schlechter Befestigung aus der Aufnahmedose herauszuziehen. Die vorgeschlagene Ausdrückvorrichtung kann wegen der leichten Adaptierung der Spritzgussmaschinen, vorzugsweise für Spritzgussstecker, auch als Ergänzung bei entsprechender Vorbereitung in allen anderen Winkelsteckern eingebaut werden, welche lediglich die zwei glatten, sehr einfach herzustellenden, vorzugsweise zylindrischen Durchgangslöcher zur Aufnahme des Druckteiles und des Gegendruckteiles aufweisen müssen.
- Die Erfindung wird nachfolgend anhand eines Ausführungsbeispiels (im Prinzip ein Schukostecker CEE 7/7) unter Bezugnahme auf die Zeichnung noch weiter erläutert. Es zeigen:

Fig. 2 : ein einer Frontansicht den Stecker, teilweise im Schnitt zur Veranschaulichung des Druckteils und des Gegendruckteils. - Gemäß dem dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel von
Fig. 1 und Fig. 2 ist ein sonst normgemäßer Schuko CEE 7/7-Spritzgußstecker 1 mit einer Ausdrückvorrichtung versehen, die ein Druckteil 2 aufweist, das in Verbindung mit einem Gegendruckteil 3 dazu führt, dass der Stecker 1 leicht mit Daumen und zwei Fingern aus einer Steckdose (nicht dargestellt) herausgedrückt werden kann. Das Druckteil 2 ist mittels Anschlagen in Form eines Betätigungsteils 6 und eines Anlageteils 7 gleichzeitig auch gegen ein Herausfallen gesichert. Das einfache, glatte, vorzugsweise zylindrische Durchgangsloch 4, mit etwas größerem Durchmesser als das Druckteil 2, erlaubt ein leichtes Bewegen beim Ausdrücken. Ein einfaches, glattes, vorzugsweise zylindrisches Aufnahmeloch 5, mit strengem Sitz für das Gegendruckteil 3 fixiert dieses und kann vor oder hinter dem Druckteil 2 (oder sowohl als auch, s.Fig. 1 ) angeordnet werden. - Das Gegendruckteil 3 kann auch geteilt in das Aufnahmeloch 5 einbringbar sein.
Claims (5)
- Elektrowinkelstecker (1) zum leichten, einhändigen Herausdrücken/Entfernen aus der Steckdose mit einem glatten, annähernd zentralen, Durchgangsloch (4) und einem darin eingebrachten dazu passenden, einfachen, glatten, beweglichen Druckteil (2) versehen ist, welcher mit außen angebrachten Anschlägen (6, 7) gegen Herausfallen gesichert ist und als Ausdrückvorrichtung des Steckers dient, und mit einer Gegenabstützung, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Gegenabstützung ein einfacher, glatter Gegendruckteil (3) in einem dazu passenden glatten Aufnahmeloch (5) dient.
- Elektrowinkelstecker nach Anspruch 1 dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gegendruckteil (3) ein im Aufnahmeloch (5) geteilt einbringbares Gegendruckteil ist.
- Elektrowinkelstecker nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gegendruckteil (3) und das Aufnahmeloch (5) zylindrisch sind.
- Elektrowinkelstecker nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Druckteil (2) und das Durchgangsloch (4) zylindrisch sind.
- Elektrowinkelstecker nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Aufnahmeloch (5) mit strengem Sitz den Gegendruckteil (3) fixiert.
